What can I say if you're in the mood for some great Italian food and pizza I highly recommend coming to this establishment plenty of verity to choose from the menu and of course. Very friendly atmosphere, great service, great food. Thank you Sofia and Alexa

I've been coming here for years with my family and friends. The food is always top notch, at least everything I have ordered. Service is usually pretty quick, and ambiance I'd describe as a family restaurant/pizzeria. Although it could be a date spot if you're into a more casual experience. My normal order is the eggplant parm dinner which includes a side pasta or salad. Fun fact, my best friend is slightly allergic to eggplant and still indulges eating it here as its so finely prepared. I order penne ala vodka as the side for a slight upcharge but its definitely worth it. He would do the same with the gnocchi. The spinach wheels and rolls are absolutely amazing. So is the pizza, the sicilian slices are just what the doctor ordered. My father loves ordering their calazones, greek salad, and the minestrone when he is in that soupy mood. I must admit I haven't been able to address their dessert menu since we're so full when were done with the entrees. Sorry for the bite on the Pizza, I was hungry.🤷‍♂️

I finally braved it out post-Arctic blast to have a late lunch at old-school Italian, Villa Monte, in New Springville. They have a huge menu and lots of different dishes to choose from. We started with shrimp oreganata and then had a vodka pie which was huge - but always happy to have leftovers. Food and service were both very good!

Grabbed pizza at Gino's Villa Monte and it was a solid Staten Island classic. The plain slice and pesto pie were fresh, cheesy, and flavorful—sauce has that perfect tangy kick. Portions are generous, and everything tasted homemade. Service was excellent: staff super friendly, quick, and welcoming even when busy. Atmosphere is your typical no-frills pizzeria—clean, casual, good for dine-in or takeout, but nothing fancy. Great value and reliable spot for a quick pie or Italian meal!

I am usually satisfied with food & service but today I was very disappointed I am not even 10 minutes away took about an hour to deliver which is fine I get that they can get busy but the quality of food should not take a hit more importantly pizza should not be cold to the touch like it was sitting more importantly you should get exactly what you ordered they gave thin crust instead of regular normally I would not complain but the thin crust was absolutely horrible was like pizza on a cracker I would not suggest anyone to get the thin crust here in fact don’t even order delivery better to eat or order at establishment it is not the first time they botched an order

Went with few friends and our kids. Pizza came out quick and was good. We also ordered chicken roll, chicken fingers, hero & salad. All food came except the salad. Waitress took it off the bill.

I have been ordering food from this place for 40 years the service went down hill . The owner act as they are do favor by serving you and taking your money. I order a square pie by phone wait 1:10 minutes for a pick up . They than gave me a under cooked pie. I hope they read this and do better.

Food is average. Guy upfront was unwelcoming and looked as if he did not want to be there. Asked for 2 slices to go and they were freezing cold. Will not be back.

Eh...it's edible. But, for $20, I'd expect a cheese pizza to be really good. It was below average. There was cheese, a bland sauce, and a cardboard like crust.

I ordered Chicken Parm dinner with penne pasta. The food was truly was disappointing. The cheese they used on was flavorless the whole meal had no taste extremely plain. I couldn’t tell if there was even tomato sauce on the chicken. I then moved on to the penne pasta in the same red sauce that came with the meal. Again absolutely no flavor I couldn’t tell there was tomato sauce on the pasta. It was like eating plain pasta with some flavorless paste. I took about 2-3 bites of the pasta and threw the whole dinner in the garbage. I can’t believe this place has been around this long serving food this bad. This area has so many great places to order Italian food from. Ruined my dinner what a waste of money. I actually took a covid test just to make sure I didn’t loose my taste. The staff was friendly,the delivery guy was great as well. The portion size was good even though I threw it out. The bread they sent along was actually good and ended up being my dinner tonight. Hope they can straighten out their cooking.

Group of teens that congregated and covered the bar and ignored that I was sitting there and nevered even smiled or asked me if I needed anything. Horrible place to be and to eat. The appetizer was horrible. I will never eat here again.

Food is good .and usually on time for delivery but last week I ordered pizza and it took a2 hours to come even though I kept calling and they kept saying it’s on the way on the way this week I made the mistake of ordering again NEVER CAME Even though I kept calling and calling and they said it’s on the way like I said never showed I will never be ordering from here again

I've always ordered from Villa Monte for years, but as their prices went up, their food quality went down, and to charge 8.50 for a BURNED chicken role is just ridiculous. A place that delivers you chicken roles like this has no position charging even $2 for burned garbage like this! Let alone $8.50! Quality should match the price and here it doesn't!
