I ordered a hamburger it was excellent juice running down your arm. My husband ordered a Philly cheesesteak he said it was delicious. I would highly recommend it. Oh and by the way I have had there wings in the past delicious especially the garlic flavor seasoning

We order from here whenever we have a craving for wings. Initially I was sad the wings were smaller than other places, but now I think it actually makes for a better bite. They're flavorful, saucy and have a good crisp to them. Have to get the butter garlic and medium. YUM! Throw in some curly fries too.

I ordered a boneless Butter Garlic Wings from here a week ago and it was absolutely horrible. The chicken were dry and i just don't felt like it has any merits except that it is hot. The batter was also thick and i was charged 13 bucks for it!!! Do yourself a favor, go to the MacDonald around the corner and order chicken nugget instead ( at least it's cheaper).

The manager named "Minor" was extremely unprofessional and rude. I had company over and placed a decent size order, when the food came I noticed the wrong food was sent. I called the store to let them know that there was a mess up with the order and asked for it to be corrected like it should be, Manager Minor told me that he is not going to correct the mess up that they did unless I pay for a new order. He chose to argue with me and said "I'd rather lose customers than fix your order." Terrible experience, I hope the calls are recorded and reviewed be the owner or corporate and get them straightened out.

Ordered 2 cheesesteaks, curly fries and 2 cups of cheese sauce. The cheese sauce in the cups and on the cheesesteaks tasted like they were spoiled. Couldn’t even eat it, absolutely disgusting. Fries were also a huge rip off, tiny amount for the price I paid. Never again.

RUDE STAFF, wrongly advertised menu. Spoke with Chris for my pick up order. Ordered beef nachos, paid 2$ for sour cream because sour cream does not come with nachos despite their online menu stating nachos comes with black beans and sour cream. I explained that the menu states these items cone with nachos and Chris’ response to me was “well we’re not everywhere else”. I stated but this is planet wings and this is the menu I am reading. He was just said they don't come like that there. Needless to say - this is the last time I’ll order from this planet wings.

Horrible. I ordered tonight worse decision ever. I live maybe 4 blocks away not even and it took an hour and 15 minutes to get my food. When I did get my food everything was soggy and you can tell it was sitting for awhile. Whatever we decided to eat cause we were starving. Right after I finish a little bit of my food I instantly feel sick. I have been by the toilet for 2 hours now puking. I will never eat there again. My brothers burger was dry and cold. It was terrible.

Called them at 9:25 saying the food isn’t here and he said that the food is coming. It’s now 9:53pm, I have no food and they aren’t answering the phones because they are now closed. Called to place an order just now. The girl that answered the phone clearly doesn't want to be there. I had to ask her to repeat herself at least 7 times. Then when I asked for ranch dressing with the fries, her response was "what are you talking about". I get this isn't a place where adults spend their career and this was likely a young girl, but better management would have avoided this. I don't spend my money where people are nasty to me ✌️
