What a cool pizzeria, plenty of sitting outside or inside. Parking available nice Christmas music and friendly service. Pizza is good too!
Absolutely amazing what they've accomplished here. True to Staten Island's reputation for the best pizza around. This establishment deserves a spot on your list. With an impressive selection and perfectly portioned meals, it's an ideal spot for a business lunch. Situated in a commercial area of Staten Island, it offers a convenient break without straying far from the office for delicious food. Featuring a beautiful courtyard and ample seating for any event, it's fast, affordable, and welcoming. You can't ask for more. Plus, it's impeccably clean—everything in its place, and tables wiped down promptly after use. Congratulations on your success, and may it continue.
It was my first time there with a big group from JCC and to be honest, it was one of the best restaurants I ever been to, on Staten Island. 😀👍👍🍕🍝🥖This place is located in South avenue that is part of a building called Corporate Commons three. It was called pienza because of the nicotra family. I've tried their pizzas and cookies and my God they were delicious 😋 The Place looked very nice and Italian because of its red color and theme. They even had workers Wear white and black striped shirts for the experience. I like that they had a olive tree in the restaurant for display. They also have wine 🍷🥂 and their pastries I would like to try out if I come back to this place myself. They have delivery dine-in and take-out and the place is open on Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. 😋😀👍 They have a rooftop garden farm that supplies this establishment. It makes 1 million dollars to donate for charity. I might want to come back this place to enjoy more of the experience or order online just to try their food or both! 🍝🍕🥖🍷🥂🧑🍳🥮🍸🍾🍺🍽️
Such a wonderful place. We attended a trip and we had lunch here. Very good food and great atmosphere. The art and sculptures really add to the elegance. All of the profit is donated.
Delicious food, fair prices for good portions and very friendly staff. Specialty slices were amazing and sandwiches are great.

If heaven had a pizza oven, it would be tucked away right here at Pienza Brick Oven Pizza Café in Staten Island. I don’t say this lightly: this isn’t just a café—it’s a culinary escape, a warm hug, a Sunday dinner at Nanny’s house, and a passport to Northern Italy all in one slice. Nestled on the ground floor of Building 3—where my doctor’s office is (ironic, because this food is actual medicine for the soul)—Pienza is a hidden treasure with a mission that goes beyond the plate. 100% of their profits go directly to local charities. Yes, you read that right. You’re not just eating here, you’re doing good. But let’s talk about the food—oh my goodness, the food! 🌿🔥 Every dish, pasta, & pizza is ultra-fresh, with ingredients grown organically on their own rooftop farm. The tomatoes? They sing. The basil? It testifies. The pizza crust? Wood-fired perfection. One bite, and you’ll start mentally decorating your bedroom in the back of the café, wishing you could move in. It’s that comforting. That flavorful. That unforgettable. I was surprised last week to see that they had delicious mashed potatoes, fried chicken and veggies on that day's menu, sitting right next to those delectable meatballs. The ambiance? BABY. Step through those doors and you’re instantly transported to a rustic Northern Italian village. It’s warm. It’s charming. It’s peaceful—even when it’s busy, there’s something sacred about the energy inside. The décor invites you to sit, stay, vibe, reflect, and break bread with intention. I always sit near the tree in the corner (with twinkling lights, I think they have vines-or maybe it just makes me see vines, and all the magic of a fairytale trattoria) by the window. To me, it’s the “Tree of Life.” That’s how nourishing this place feels—spiritually and physically. From the wooden bar-style table, stretching across the back to the main dining tables set to make you feel cozy and at home away from home, old Italian movie posters, statues, sculptures, and an antique car parked out front, every inch is curated with love. The servers? Smiling faces and pure good vibes..."They" complete the dream. Dressed in classic Venetian gondolier uniforms—black-and-white striped shirts, black pants, and straw hats tied with ribbon—they carry the same elegance and hospitality you’d expect from a canal-side café in Venice. I haven’t dined outside yet, because I’m waiting for the right company to share it with—but let me tell you, the outdoor space is gorgeous. Every time I peek, I see happy faces and good vibes flowing like red wine at a Tuscan harvest table. To me, Pienza isn’t just Staten Island’s best-kept secret—it’s a destination. A gem. A place you crave not just for the food, but for the experience. It’s where food becomes memory, where strangers feel like family, and where you remember what it means to slow down and savor life. So yes, while other boroughs might have Itlalian restaurants and pizza joints on every corner, this right here? This is something different. Something special. Something that feels like a far away home, that you have never been to, yet don't want to leave. And me? I don’t even need a lollipop after my doctor’s visit—because I already know my reward is waiting downstairs at Pienza. ❤️🍕🥖🥬🧀🍽🍝🥗
Food is really good! Indoor and outdoor seating. The staff is great and extremely friendly.
A very pleasant surprise in a corporate environment. The food was amazing and staff extremely helpful and friendly. Clean and welcoming. Staff outfits perfect theme for this location.
Pienza is a charming destination for enjoying a delightful meal with friends and family! I've had the pleasure of bringing my daughter, grandmother, mother, and aunts to this remarkable spot, and each time, the food has been nothing short of exceptional. The ambiance is warm and inviting, making it the perfect backdrop for creating lasting memories over beautifully crafted dishes that tantalize the taste buds. Whether it's the rich flavors, the fresh ingredients, or the attentive service, every visit leaves us craving more.
I absolutely love this place. The food is made with the freshest ingredients from their rooftop garden. The staff is kind and there is plenty of art to see in the surrounding areas. I love that this is a not for profit facility, giving back and helping the community. I would highly recommend checking this place out. A few of our favorites are the Buffalo pizza and chocolate chip muffins.
Pienza pizzeria has excellent service, clean environment and amazing food. Can’t wait to go back again! Highly recommend!!!
Truly a hidden gem! I stumbled upon this place while on an adventure with my Son in the surrounding business park, and thought to take my partner there as a surprise after picking her up from work. Glad I did as we absolutely loved it! A beautifully designed building, nice and clean with great mood setting music playing. Excellent customer service. Very reasonably priced pizza with various unique options, plenty of beverages and snacks to choose from and everything was delicious! They grow their own organic vegetables that they use on the pizza atop the building's roof.. how awesome! Also 100% of their profits go to charity—you can't beat that! This venue offers an outdoor dining option as well, along with beautiful scenery. There's even heaters outside stationed above the tables, which was a surprise. Plenty of seating indoor and outdoor. Very clean and nicely designed restrooms, along with plenty of close by parking. They even have I feel like I can't speak highly enough about this place. We were impressed by it all, and have begun incorporating this as one of our weekly dining choices. I'm already looking forward to our next visit. Check it out!!

The pizza was a bit salty for my taste but not bad. They heat it up and it tastes fresh price was $5.17 for grandma slice. I will definitely come back here again.
I had cheese pizza and fountain soda in their place. The pizza was tasty but I don’t know if they add extra extra sugar in my fountain drink. It tasted like fountain sugar. The girl who took my order was so polite and professional. They forgot to serve my drink. So I’ve to go and ask for it. But the girl who served it to me was not passionate enough about her work. She was dull and not friendly towards me. No sorry nothing as she forgot one of my orders. Overall it was good.

I *really* wanted to love this place as they donate 100% of their profits to charity. How GREAT is that?! And the restaurant is beautiful. The music is excellent. The artwork & murals stunning. The outdoor dining courtyard gorgeous and inviting. Unfortunately my breakfast sandwich must have been microwaved (?!) as the roll got VERY hard to eat when I went to take my 5th bite 20 minutes after my 4th. (The problem that happens when you microwave a roll.) I was also unimpressed with the woman who took and made my order. Gruff & unfriendly. No smile. No warmth. Seemed annoyed I was interrupting her solitude as the restaurant was completely empty at 8:30 am on a Friday. While $5.75 for a bacon, egg and cheese on Kaiser roll is reasonable, $2.50 for an 8 Oz "automated" coffee seems steep with No refills. Disposable everything, which I try to avoid. I couldn't even get pepper and ketchup added to my sandwich without having to add it using disposable packages after the sandwich was already wrapped. I much prefer it cooked into the sandwich. So much potential here. I bet lunch and dinner is better, but breakfast needs some attention.

Very small slices for $3 and $4. Also not very hot. They must make the pies smaller overall because in other pizzerias slices are much bigger. Also go before 2:45 because the charter schools get out and they don't know how to conduct themselves quietly in a food establishment. Very disappointed.

I went to get lunch and I got a salad and the girl preparing the food was picking up the food with her gloves that she touched other things with, I’ve worked in restaurants and I know for a fact that the health department requires that you use food utensils to pick up food. The lady in front of me said something to her and this isn’t the first time I’ve heard someone complain that the food is pick up with gloves hands.
The food was delicious, but the service was disappointing. I ordered two slices and a sandwich, but I only received one slice and the sandwich. I waited for the second slice, but the staff began helping other customers instead. I also noticed that my missing slice was given to someone else. While employees were checking in with other customers to see if they were missing anything, I was ignored until I finally spoke up. When I did, the cashier gave complimentary items to two other customers who hadn’t been waiting nearly as long. It felt like the staff were more attentive and accommodating to regulars rather than new customers.

Update received a free order today instead of the previous one. Alex is very nice. Food is burned again!!!! pics attached. Again pizza was thrown in the garbage. Never dealt with a similar situation before. Very disappointing Burned food today!!! I wish I kept the receipt. Will throw pizza in the garbage. Paid $15.52 for 2 pizza slices and a muffin that actually worth $6 and the food is burned !! Staff is not friendly either. The woman serving pizza looks so pissed off for some reason. I don't know if this is because I wear veil, but it is so annoying. Please solve your issues before having to deal with people. Yesterday, I specifically asked her to add olives, mushrooms to the pizza which should be available according to the menu and I'LL PAY EXTRA MONEY FOR IT but she said I CAN'T DO IT FOR YOU. You can only have what you see!! Today she didn't bother herself to put 2 pizza pieces to go in a plate with a lid she put 2 pieces in regular plates on top of each other !!! I don't recommend this place. I just went there because I work in the same building but this is my last time. It doesn't worth the money.

this place sucks, food is overpriced and isn’t even good. the girl with the short hair has the rudest attitude to all her costumers. i watched her clean up trash with her hands and not wash it after. no one uses gloves. very unsanitary. need new workers!!!
