We wanted to try a new neighborhood place. This place didn’t disappoint! We ordered the Won-ton soup, roast pork lomein, shrimp fried rice, dumplings and chicken wings. They even sent a container of homemade sweet ice tea that was really good! Thanks for the great meal and leftovers. We will def be back!

I love this place their food is SOOOOO good and cheap even when you call late like 30 min to closing they dont get lazy and give you the bits of like chicken wings they give you ACTUAL chicken wings. Their sauce is literally amazing. Also their delivery is always swift and quick and when they say they will call they always do so. And the drivers are always nice.

Consistently good food for the 17 years I have been ordering from them. If something was missed they replace with no questions asked. Which has only happened on very rare occasions. I've tried many Chinese restaurants in many different locations and not only in NY but other states as well. Great China is GREAT!

I order at least twice a week the food is always fresh and tasty. I asked for things that are not on the menu and they made it for me no problem. This will always be my Staten Island Asian food stop!

They are always very pleasant. Delivery is fast and the food is delicious. Love the rib tips, teriyaki beef and the dumplings. So far, I haven't tasted anything I didn't like. No disappointment here.

Had to change my review the food is good but the delivery wait is absolutely insane over an hour is crazy and the food comes cold and they charge for delivery......if you are so busy why don't you hire an extra driver I'm sick of places in Staten working with a skeleton crew cause they don't want to pay workers

To start with the basics, it's a traditional fast food chinese spot with the pictures above the register. Nothing special inside, but if the food is good, that usually doesn't matter. They're always friendly and quick when you walk in. However, they do NOT take card (credit or debit). For that, you need to order online and pay a $1 service fee. It pains me to write this because I have been eating the lunch special here off and on for the last few months, and it has always been well flavored, hot, fresh, and tasty. The other day, I finally decided to bring some home for dinner for my husband. 2 large portions and 1 order of dumplings. Dumplings- undercooked dough inside, pale as if they were hardly pan fried, and tasted store bought instead of made. Quite disappointing. 2 parge portions- I'm not sure where they went wrong with this. One of the portions was something I had ordered over and over again (I'm a creature of habit), and the other was something new. Both came up short. More sour than their usual salty/sweet/umami sauce, and at the same time watered down. Both me and my husband had some prolonged and unpleasant dates with our toilets afterwards and the whole night into the next morning.

So amidst the Pandemic I went against my personal judgment and ordered from here. Placed an order for BBQ wings, it arrived missing BBQ but upon further inspection, it had approximately 1 spoonfull of sauce thrown on the wings. In addition, the feathers were still on the wing. I couldn't allow my kid to eat it. Worst service... Not ever again. I

The workers are very rude! I placed an order and they forgot to place my wings and “free soda” in the bag, when it was delivered to my home. I called back and they argued with me and insisted they put both in the bag. I have been giving them my business for 15 years and for them to accuse me of not being truthful, was the final straw for me. The lady I spoke to was very rude. I stopped going there and vowed I will never eat there again. Chengs is my new spot! The food is great and the customer service on point! Great China will Never get my money again!!!!!!! Give your money to a place that appreciates you as a customer!
