Lovely servers, food tasted great, and the dessert was really yummy. It gets a little pricey but it's worth it! My favorite was the fried scallops and the pretzel!

Absolutely can’t say enough good things about this spot! We came to Staten Island to bike around for the day and came across this diamond in the rough. Grade A seafood and service with an unbeatable lunch price!

2015 - 2017 a place for seafood....they expanded few years ago...but still have to wait if you go in rush hr....the joe seafood in a pot is my favorite.

Had a great experience at this lobster house today. The crab cakes were excellent—crispy on the outside and packed with flavor. The steamers were solid, and the lobster bisque was absolutely fantastic—rich, creamy, and loaded with lobster. The interior of the place is beautiful, giving off a warm, coastal vibe. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout. Highly recommend visiting if you’re in the area!

Great customer service the food was great. I only want to say to the chef when frying shrimp 🍤 make sure not to over fry . The batter should not be dark . The lobster 🦞 bisque soup 🍜 was delicious. Ambiance/ music great 👍 will come back 🍤🍤🍤🍜

Got the crab legs came either with a side order of fries or pasta. Chose pasta, didn’t get a chance to eat it , crab legs and the crabs cake were enough for me, the crabs cake were delicious , they have to type tho homemade and the one I chose, for what he explained homemade are bigger. Pricey no lie. But I was satisfied with my order , my partner ordered shrimp linguine with white sauce, he wasn’t too pleased with it , and it was a lil oily and watery instead of this thick white sauce.

Ordered Mussels in Red sauce and a 7oz tail. The mussels were tiny some non existent. You want to have something to chew on. The sauce was good but the mussels terrible. Tail was OK. I wouldn't recommend the mussels.

First time here --- was looking for a casual seafood spot to satisfy a shrimp craving and succeeded with this spot. It is definitely casual. Reason for low rating is really due to the atmosphere, or the lack of. Food was actually very decent 👌 and the service was great. We got the fried shrimp and tequila shrimp, both of which were good. We also had the fried fish (flounder) sandwich and the Connecticut lobster roll, each with waffle fries. Both dishes were good. They don't serve cocktails, just wine and beer.

food was ok, not great. At 5pm ordered Steamers, they took the order and then said they had rin out for the day. Oysters wete good, but not cut from muscle, so you had to fight with them using s butter knife. you would think after all the years in business they would step up their game from mediocre.

I've been eating here for over 30 years. We decided Mother's Day to order dinner. We called 3 of our favorite places and no one was taking pick-up or delivery orders due to being too busy. We were able to easily place an order at Lobster Joe's. What a disappointment. My Crab sauce over Linguine I had ordered for years, no longer was made with Premium Crab. My husband had their premium Homemade Crab Cake which he described as a Breadcrumb Patty fried in a deep fryer with old oil. My son had a Lobster Roll that was a bunch of dry shredded Lobster on a roll with a spicy mayo on the side. I guess we are spoiled with SeaBar's amazing Lobster Rolls. We've never got one that was mixed with either the mayo or butter. Even the Clams on the half shell were not fresh like we had many times before. I pass this place many times a day and now understand why their seats are always empty. Obviously, the owner gave up on his establishment. Sad.

I buy an entertainment book with discounts. The restaurant agrees to be in this book to get customers. I walk in and show them the digital coupon as the physical book no longer exists. The manager told me that’s a third party and it cannot be used (there’s two restaurants with this name but only has the address of this location). She’s been here 15 years and they never honor it and tell people no. Manager giving us such an attitude, we are trying to explain it’s not a third party site and your owner had to agree to it. She called the owner and will honor it this one time only because they are closing in two weeks. The owner knew exactly what we were talking about but just chooses not to honor it. Tbh it’s a good thing they are closing because their attitude for this is disgusting!!! Do not agree to be in the book if you want to give customers trouble. They were super nice to their regular customers but not my group and I. I also noticed the waiter checked on the regulars throughout meal and only came by to us right when the food what brought to us. Food- caeser salad was decent but pasta was spicy and it did not say it would be.
