First time here- visiting from Brooklyn. Staff was great, owner was great, food was prepared as asked- came out timely and very good quality and portion size, prices were more then fair and food was excellent exactly what I wanted. A rating and kept very clean. I love these old Greek American diners and their dying out- every time I get a chance to go to one I go. Very enjoyable and hope to be back soon.

This Diner'a food is delicious. They great customer service. The place is very clean and bathrooms too. You can take your family to dine here.

Nice local place for sushi and Japanese & Thai cuisine. We ordered chicken & beef teriyaki, prince roll & salmon avocado roll, and sweet potato & cream cheese roll, which are pictured. The shrimp tempura & pork gyoza were tasty as our appetizers. Their shrimp pad thai was good with just a hint of spice. We enjoyed our meal in a relaxing atmosphere. Street parking is available.

I enjoy the sushi at 3 guys and always have had good experiences dining there! The atmosphere in the restaurant is pretty and cozy to dine in. However, on my most recent dine in experience they told us they converted to a new system where you place your order on an ipad instead of with a server. I spend all day working on a computer, so the last thing I want to do when out to dinner is click around on an iPad placing my family of 5’s individual orders. This was super frustrating and took away from the dine in experience. One of the reasons I like to dine out is for the human connection!

It's good, but I wouldn't call it anything special, it's a small restaurant after all. It's good to eat if you're in the area or want to order but it isn't one of those restaurants you would go out of your way to try.

Childhood favorite! I love this place and have been going here for years. Visited with the family while back on the island and great service, food and environment. $20+ for a sandwich isn’t ideal; however, definitely worth it for a treat! Very happy here. If I were to give any feedback, avocado was browned.

We had a great dining experience! We came once in the evening and a couple times in the morning. Waitresses and waiters are attentive and friendly. The food was delicious - My fiance ordered the Chicken salad sandwich. It was huge serving - but she enjoyed it. I ordered the spinach omelette with home fries! I think their Home Fries are one of the best on the island! Clean bathrooms and low music playing in background was a relax vibe.

Food was a bit sub-par. Worst Dragon Roll I ever had. Bit pricey too. Service just seemed to take a long time even though we were the only ones in there at the time.

Very nice and quick service! However, the sushi is not great. The spicy salmon has no flavor and does not look/taste like real salmon. They also added crunch that I did not ask for. Just not good quality especially for the price. You can get more bang for your buck at another sushi spot on Staten Island for sure.

Food is great as always. I've been a loyal costumer for years but lately the delivery guy is being really annoying. He questions how much you tip on mutiple occasions. That is very insulting !! You should be lucky someone gave a tip at all and mind you i live near by. He drove less than 15 minutes to get to me. I doubt very much I will be placing another delivery anytime soon. They need to hire better delivery staff. This is VERY unprofessional.

Wanted to enjoy this place... The presentation is beautiful. However some of the sashimi was not very fresh and the tuna rolls gooey consistency.

For the most part, it’s OK. I went there today for breakfast and I sat at the counter. I wanted a glass of ice water and I noticed that the two waitresses kept putting the juice containers for orange juice and apple juice into the ice machine where they keep the ice to fill glasses. They were using it as their ice bucket, which is pretty gross because the bottom of the juice bottles have been on the counters in the refrigerator in stores, and God only knows where else these two women know better because they’ve been working there for years and have been around during many board of health inspections and they know nothing is supposed to be inside the ice machine not even the scooper that was pretty gross and that turned me off. I can just imagine what else is going on that you can’t see from out front if they’re cutting corners like that.

Boy I hate to give 3star ratings...but sometimes I can do no more. Kings Arms sis a lovely place..the look was a bit deceiving sadly. We ordered 3 sandwiches and a lox benedict. The Benedict was good and the fries very crispy. From there the order went downhill. A bbq burger arrived with no bbq sauce. A philly cheesesteak arrived ad the steak wasn't hot enough to melt the cheese. The final blow was a Taylor Ham sandwich arrived as a turkey sandwich. Now to be fair he said it was yummy but..... The waitresswas nice but very unconcerned, not even enough to bring a check. When some of the problems were pointed out to the manager when she asked she apologized and took the taylor ham off the bill. In all honestly the prices were high enough that more should be expected.

Used to be good, but today my fries were under cooked, and my gravy was like water. Very disappointing after years of good food

The food absolutely had no taste. We ordered pad Thai, pad kee mow, sushi and mango sticky rice. When I tell you nothing tasted good. The food was absolutely bland. Chicken was stretchy. The mango sticky rice was not sweet. It was eating steamed white rice with mangos. I called them to ask the chef a question and literally the receptionist was like all of a sudden the chef isn't here.

When I went into the restaurant I barely could understand what the woman taking the order said. Then (it was take out) it cost a huge amount for nine rolls of sushi, only then after I paid, did i see there was a lunch special for half the price, and included soup and salad. Do you think she MIGHT have mentioned there was a lunch special? No she didn't and for that reason they will never get my business again, I don't care what the other reviews.

Been here a few times and it has been decent. Waitress is very sweet, however after we ate out meal and was waiting for the check, I heard clipping noises. I thought, no it can't be..and sure enough one of the sushi guys behind the counter was clipping his nails right by the fish! I will NEVER return. What ashame.

Ordered food to go. Spent $30 on 1 soup and 2 rolls. Tom Yum was inedible. A sweet watery broth with only 3 shrimp and 5 mushrooms, nothing else. Gross. Never going back.

I waited for breakfast sat and waited for 15 mins before menu water. Then waited 15 mins for food. coffee slowed to a snails pace. I thought could make it my spot but they let me down. With a garbage trolley around the food. While eating it’s a lot.

My mother and four friends decided to give Kings Arms a try after their regular diner closed. They each ordered a Belgian waffle with coffee or tea. When the server mentioned there was an upcharge for eggs, they assumed she meant if they ordered eggs on the side. They did not. When paying, my mom noticed a $5 surcharge on the bill. The owner, who asked if anything was wrong, explained it was “for the eggs in the waffles.” My mom pointed out that the menu should reflect that if prices went up, but the owner refused to remove the charge. She and her friends left saying they’d never return. Honestly—what’s next, a fee for silverware?

I ordered food to my building and first of all the driver who delivered the food was very unprofessional and rude. The food was overpriced. She asked what my change was and then said “no tip?” and walked away with a stank face. I asked for a medium well burger and they gave me a rare burger. Not to mention there was a hair inside my burger. I’m really surprised and disappointed because I’ve ordered from here several times before and the food and service was okay.

I wanted to have a nice time with my family and my mom who was on vacation, eat something, but the food was bad, an omelet too cooked, a steak with egg. With house potatoes it looked bad but tasted even more bad.
