Honestly shocked at how much food you get for what you pay here. Ordered steak and sides for two people and it came out to way less than we'd spend at any decent steakhouse. Everything arrived piping hot thanks to their packaging setup. Quality is legit restaurant level but you're eating at home in sweatpants. Hard to beat that combination.

This is a different approach to take out, although you can eat in, this seems to be primarily for take out. Multiple styles of food, everything looks delicious. I especially enjoyed the thai food, something that is unfortunately lacking in the West Brighton, New Brighton area. The spicy noodles are worth going back for. Be sure to look for a discount as most things are a little pricey but you get what you pay for. I recommend this place

From the moment I tried Wonder, I was impressed. The customer service was outstanding—they walked us through everything they offer and how to order with patience and clarity. Once my sandwich arrived, I was hooked. The flavors were incredible—unlike anything I’ve had before. Since then, I’ve ordered twice more, and I have to say, their app makes the entire experience seamless. I absolutely love this place!

I’m a busy working mom and order from Wonder meals for my family 2-3 times a week at least. I like the variety of choices they offer. We particularly like their salads, Mexican food, a chicken sandwich and poke bowls. Most of the meals are very tasty, fresh and good value for the money. We also take advantage of the ability to order from other restaurants through the wonder platform. I particularly like their customer service because it is super responsive and accommodating if there are any mistakes in the order. I’m really happy that we have a wonder restaurant in our community.

It's definitely a different/unique concept. A large and varied selection of food. This should be good for groups of people who can't decide what type of food they want. There are some tables for those who want to eat there. Ordering is mainly done either online or through a kiosk at the location. They have a rather large parking lot. Location certainly looked nice and clean. Restroom was out of order. I went with the Detroit Style pizza from the Detroit Brick Pizza Co. Good size, good sauce.

None of it has reached the high-quality watermark that is expressed in the chef selection that they tout. All in all this is worth it and tremendously convenient, especially in my area of Staten island where food options are somewhat limited.

However today I decided to order the Chicken Pad Thai it seemed very appetizing on the App. When it arrived it smelled good but the taste was another story. If you can handle eating very salty food this dish might be for you. But it definitely was not for me. The tofu was very salty and the chicken and egg were very salty as well. There was no pepper except for the pickled jalapenos that brought some light to the dish but as someone who cooks frequently because of the disappointment of ordering food, this is the new low. Going to a place like this motivates me to just do it myself. If there was actual counter staff, I’d ask for my money back. This is not fresh gourmet cooking, it’s just a reflection of zero standards.

Street bird Corn bread - I was excited because there’s not many good options for cornbread on SI. It was dry, burnt and had no flavor. The butter on top helped it out a little. Decent size. Classic chicken sandwich - flavors were good and it was a decent sized sandwich but the chicken skin was so overcooked and tough that it wouldn’t break up when I would bite into it. Bellies Broccoli - disgusting. Tasted like hospital food. Smelled horrible. Overpriced. Bobby Flay Rosemary Fries - not bad but they’re not the thin cut fries that I was expecting and the rosemary taste is very strong and overwhelming. Burger baby Hotdog - I did not eat this because it was for someone else. It looked like an average hot dog, nothing fancy about it. It’s hard to go wrong with a hot dog. But when ordering from Wonder, seems there are many more enticing options. I think I’ll try Wonder again but maybe order some of the more popular fresh food options. I have a feeling nothing will taste authentic though.

I was really hoping this place would be a great surprise with delicious tasting food for the local neighborhood. Sad to say that my family and I were let down. This business's focus on their own proprietary food delivery & ordering app and packaging flair (Bobby Flay! Wow!) obscures the fact that the quality of food simply isn't what the prices of their menu items seem to imply. A tremendous opportunity for passive licensing income for their "chef partners" - and an easy way to siphon money off of local customers by overcharging for food that can easily be beat by other truly local, established SI restaurants like Ruddy & Dean, Shaw-nae's, Kills Boro (their old Craft House), Hop Shoppe, Da Noi, Joe & Pat's, Goodfella's, and plenty others. Not sure how long Wonder West Brighton will last here. Appreciate the renovation of the old bank though, that abandoned building was decaying for years. The staff here are very polite and pretty quick. My order was: Creamed Spinach: $9 Mushroom & Truffle Mashed Potatoes: $9 Ribeye: $37 12 Naked Wings: $18.45 Beef Brisket: $18 =$91.45 (-$15.00 intro promo) Attempt number 2 resulted in burnt pasta and an anorexic pizza pie. Both tasted not that great, and it was $20 for the pasta, $15.95 for the pizza pie. Attempts 3 & 4 were met with the same mediocre food - oxymoronic upscale fastfood but only at upscale restaurant prices. Oh, and the pasta was burned again. Staff continue to be polite and respectful, and quick to serve up these dishes to go. When we run out of the promotional discounts, the non-discounted regular price points juxtaposed with this quality of food just don't make sense for us to return.

Burger was awful, soggy, and flavourless. Fries were just warm. Seems like they made the burger and fries let them sit until the wings were done. No condiments with the burger and fries. My son liked the wings. Which is the only reason I gave 3 stars for the food. Overpriced for what it is. Fast food quality at dine in prices in a soulless environment. As my 16 yr old said, "it feels like a bank!" No staff interaction makes it horribly impersonal.

What they show you on the site vs what you get😩 I ordered a “build your own bowl”. I’m not a huge fan of chipotle but I can eat it and be ok, if I had to. Chipotle is gourmet compared to this. Also, they didn’t add any chicken or sour cream despite it being on the ticket. Also they were sold out on pico de gallo and guac for at least 5 days now. $19 and had to order a second dinner because this was TERRIBLE. No flavor and no protein. Waste of time and money. So disappointed. I was hoping this place would be awesome given the concept but ABSOLUTELY NOT

The server was very nice and patient , however; the salad is the worst I’ve ever had. The chicken was cold and tasted nasty, the beans taste like they are out of a can. I thought ok maybe the salad dressings would make it taste better, wrong. The lemon Cesar 🤮and the recommended dressing for the royal salad not good either. I would never buy from them again. Like how do you mess up a salad.

I ordered Tejas bbq and had their brisket. Tasted really oily, kinda funny but I didn’t think much. Hours later I ended up in the hospital with abdominal pain and vomiting following with chunks of brisket in it. I had to stay in the emergency room for almost overnight. Vomiting my guts out. Dr told me it was food poisoning and whatever I ate that was in the vomit caused it. I will never ever eat or order from wonder ever again. Forest ave on Staten Island can never cook food right.
