I recently catered a small gathering from here. The food was excellent. The quality was great. We ate healthy and every one of my guests were pleased. They offered me a free salad. It's was so good. It was a spring mix with berries and walnuts and a raspberry dressing. It was a pleasure. I ordered early for a specific time delivery and it came on time and hot. The price was good too. Extremely happy with this place. It was recommended by my sisterinlaw and she couldn't have been more right. Kudos to you call it a wrap... great job!

Call It A Wrap is a great spot with an awesome team behind it! The service is truly exceptional — fast, friendly, and efficient, which is exactly what you want from a wrap spot. The atmosphere is nice and comfortable, making it a pleasant place to sit and enjoy your meal. The food is good but I felt the wraps could use a bit more flavor and filling to really take them to the next level. Overall a solid place with a lot of potential — the incredible service alone makes it worth coming back!

Great beverages and healthy snacks to go along with salad selections and nutritional food offered on the menu. Located in one of the best neighborhoods on Staten Island. There's also parking available in front or on the street. Never too long of a wait either.

I've ordered with the gang at work and the wraps are fresh and made to order. I love their smoothies...my favorite is the peanut butter mudd. In person, the shop is small, and cozy with tables for dining in if you like. Nice selection of protein mixes for the shakes and smoothies. Fresh and healthy.

I am happy with the menu. The food is healthy, but I think it could still be more tasteful. The employees are very pleasant. We ordered takeout in the past, and also they delivered food to RUMC for us in the past. There is seating available if you prefer to dine in. Parking lot is crowded but I always found parking there. I would continue going here and recommend it to my friends.

Call it a Wrap is a good stop for healthy and fresh food. The place is small but not tiny, clean, easy to find and the staff is very helpful. There is a great variety of food choices and the place also serves juice smoothies. The service is fast and therefore a good choice for those on the run, or short work break. The place is located in a small plaza with ample parking. Definitively recommended.

I eat healthy but healthy food should taste good. Forget the myths about if it taste good then it's not good for you. Good place to visit for a quick bite to eat but flavor is something that their food is lacking. Average spot with a so so catchy name. Honestly if you're looking for food, I suggest the borough of Brooklyn. Staten Island is no where near the quality that my palette is use to.

Nice, small wrap store. They sell cold/hot foods. A little bit pricey, but delicious. Only downside is that I asked for my wrap to not have certain things in it & that's EXACTLY what they put in it. When I brought it up to the counter lady, she said sorry, but really didn't seem enthusiastic to correct it. It was already a long wait for my hot wrap & the rest of my group was already eating, so I gave it away. But they enjoyed their food, so I guess I can give 3 stars.

I've been going to Call it a Wrap since it opened. I have ordered many, many times. Lately I've been getting my orders messed up. Today, March 11 at 6:50pm I dealt with the nastiest manager I've ever spoken to in any business. Pizza was prepared incorrectly (missing broccoli) and a wrap was missing. We called to let them know that we can accept the wrong item but we need the wrap. The manager asked if someone "took it" with out us seeing and I explained that it's just my wife and I here at the moment and that no one took it. She told us she saw the wrap in the bag leave to us. I told her about our loyalty and explained that we're not trying to get a free wrap. She said it would take over an hour to get a new one or we could get a credit. We refused because her nasty attitude lead us to believe she would tamper with the food. Finally I said she could send us the wrap but I want the pizza done correctly too. She told me that the pizza was done right and did have the broccoli on it, again she said she saw it herself, I told her I could send a picture right now and i told her how much she was offending me. She got loud back and told me her boss would call us right away. I'm still waiting on that call. I'll never order from them again.

Ordered by phone and picked up A Malibu wrap. There was no avacado,no mozzarella. They stuffed it with lettuce and chicken. They’re not what they were once. I guess you have to be there to get what you really ordered. 👎

I truly understand what is happening with the pandemic and I want to thank every delivery person and essential worker for placing themselves at risk for us! I just want to explain the 1 Star. My food is not to be placed on the ground in front of my home. People walk there with dirty shoes, how is you placing my food on the ground helping me? I didn’t appreciate that. Their customer service has also declined dramatically over the years! I’ve stayed quiet but this is just wrong! 1/22/22 UPDATE! So I decided to order for delivery again… customer service is trash and needs improvement. The girl who picked up made me feel like I was ordering from McDonald’s “anything else” “is that all” “anything else” I felt rushed as if I were in a drive thru. Very distasteful. Also seemed annoyed when I asked her to repeat my order. I asked “how long” she stated 40-45 minutes and hung up the phone no thank you or “anything else”. the vibe of this establishment is garbage! Needless to say I picked the phone up and canceled the order!
