Quick Update!!! Nothing has changed! Still great food and great service! Everyone I send to Wild Crab House become loyal customers. Keep it up guys!!! I don't just hand out accolades just like that... This is THE best seafood boil spot on Staten Island HANDS DOWN! I took a chance and NEVER looked back. Almost an addiction. Fast and very friendly service. I've recommended this place to all my family and friends and they have never been disappointed. Some drive from Brooklyn and New Jersey just to pick up some of their delicious Snow Crabs legs. Thank You Wild Crab House!

So excited to have a poke place that delivers! The food is amazing. A little spicy, beware of the kick. Only issue is with GRUBHUB ordering. Must choose 6 additives and must add extra sauce for $ to complete order.

Im so happy to have a poke bowl spot in the area ! Tuna was seared and spicy which was a nice twist ! Im excited to try other things on the menu. So far so good !

This was honestly the best seafood boil I have had on Staten Island. I ordered for pick up, the food was ready on time & stayed steaming hot until we got home to eat. The portion was so huge I could have fed 3 people on one. The seafood was so fresh, huge pieces of fish & absolutely delicious. The seasoned garlic butter was perfect, so flavorful. It was even better the next day. My son was obsessed & we will definitely be back for more.

Place is okay, we had few of appetizers chicken,calamari was not that much good and crab balls, and we did Oder clam chowder soup it was not good we returned it, we bought some beer from outside, they not selling it in the restaurant, you can buy it from out Side and enjoy it in the restaurant, and for the main course we had seafood combo bowl, it was super delicious 😋 we really enjoyed it, for the seasoning we had Cajun, it was yummy .. we were so full, thank you very much for the delicious food, wish you all the best..! We are going to come again with lots of friends..❤️❤️✌️

We pick classic poke sauce. Reasonable portion. The only thing is amt o sauce if salad, hv them put less, if rice, a little more. The sauce itself is pretty heavy ** Reasonable price, and order poke and add bubble tea for $2 more. That is a big like. Good Luck.

Food was fresh.. the fried shrimp rice is delicious and the French fries were a lil soggy wish it was a lil more toasty .. but not bad, It was fast , I used the Uber eats. I’ll try another sauce next time, I had the house special .. a lil greasy but not overly. Gonna try it again.

Such a great vibe at Wild Crab House! The atmosphere is electric and really sets the mood for a fun seafood feast. The staff is phenomenal — friendly, helpful, and on top of everything all night. The food was okay but left me wanting a bit more — expected bolder, fresher flavors from a crab house. Still a really enjoyable outing overall and I'd come back hoping the food steps up to match the incredible service and atmosphere!

Poor food handling, I unfortunately found melted plastic chips in the chicken Teriyaki causing my brother to choke and cough it back up. When I went to file a complaint and request for a refund, I was denied due to not being able to produce the food because my brother unfortunately threw the food away. I was still able to show them the melted plastic chips and bowl but was still denied. I made a large order almost $70 worth but only wanted a refund on the mishandled teriyaki which was around $13. This was my first time ordering from them and it'll be the last, due to the above and their rude staff. I implore everyone to check their food and take photos or else you'll get the same treatment as me.

Don't order the +$2.00 Eel Protein, it's 3 small pieces. And don't call in about the hair you find stuck to the bottom of the bowl in your delivery because you will be called a liar. But at least the food was good, except the pickles. Don't choose those. Please reply to this, and tell me I am wrong. I will bring in the hair and we can post the DNA results if you want to prove me wrong. I never complained about the eel I simply asked how big the portion was supposed to be and then said it should be advertised. And two, I want you to do better and or just say sorry to the customer rather than call them a liar. People don't want just good food they want to support nice people.
