WOW, I know this picture doesnt do too much justice but when I say this is one of if not the best chicken noodle soup Ive had on the island I am not exaggerating. Fresh, full of veggies, and so deeply rich in flavor. Also got the mozzarella stick. That crunch will stay in the back of my mind for days. Basil has earned another loyal customer!

Basil never ever disappoints! Pictured is a small arugula salad that comes with fresh tomatoes, red onion, slivered almonds and candied lemon peels! The lemon vinaigrette compliments perfectly and a small chicken and vegetable soup (I only wanted half so I transferred to a mug so I can save the rest for tomorrow). There’s never a shortage of anything you order! Large portions of everything, and always delicious! No matter who answers the phone, they are always polite and assertive. They’ll read back your order at the end and always give you the total amount too. Their food is always fresh, hot and tasty no matter what time of the day you place an order. Basil Cucina is closed on Sundays, so don’t learn that the hard way like we did! Totally worth a try; you won’t be disappointed.

The Food has been great all three times I have ordered from there. The stuffed garlic know is huge! The hot basil sandwich is delicious and worth every penny. Would highly recommend trying it if you are in the area.

Who said you cant have a huge garlic knot sandwich. Basil's creative chefs created the chicken parm garlic knot. Just full of flavor and makes your taste buds wanting more. Besides the garlic knot, Basil has to have the best pasta. Their food is phenomenal and the chefs ensure that they are use the best quality meats and best ingredients. Bang bang shrimp is a must try

Best pizza I've ever had - period (Rainy Day pie). Meatball parm panini - again, best I've ever had. And to top it off, the staff is amazing - go out of their way to make sure you're happy - they encourage feedback to make it the best experience possible - how can you beat that?!? Do you know any other place like that? Just tried the vegetarian quinoa bowl with avocado - I'm not a vegetarian but tried it because it sounded refreshing and light for a hot day - I could eat this every day - unbelievable!

I like Basil, but when I order online, somebody needs to CALL OR TEXT ME when my food arrives, like I asked. The food sat for half an hour because the app can't track the restaurants courier, and someone was vaccuming so if they rang the doorbell I heard nothing. They do this repeatedly where the drivers don't call, which is a shame bc I don't want to rate this place low. I ***REALLY like their food. It's delicious. The rice balls are excellent, and the salads. You need to call (or text) people when their food arrives so it doesn't sit in the cold for over half an hour, and I'm still thinking the guy didn't come yet. This food was expensive.

My suggestion is only order the pizza! I got a panini and the chicken was so tough and dry, unfortunately I couldn't even eat it. But I will say I will still be back because the pizza was very good.

Been ordering for this place from you their food is good I just ordered a baked calzone it was half the size of the one we usually get only one person could eat and I went without eating Don't know what happened here

Have ordered here numerous times and the food is always good. Tried ordering online and they said a $10 delivery fee which is crazy, I called them and the person answering the phone said that now it’s a $5 delivery fee because we are 3.3 miles away. When I told her we’ve ordered numerous times, all close to $100 each time, she said well they should’ve charged you. I then asked where the $5 goes to the driver or business, she said the business. I told them we would not be ordering from here any longer she said ok and hung up. A business is willing to lose $1,000’s in orders each year for $5, seems a bit insane.

absolutely worst place to order from the food is good but the service is horrendous the manager / owner has to step there game up over 2 hour delivery time ?!? i tried ordering from them 3x and over two hour wait that's not even normal .... they will not be getting my business anymore

Yesterday I catered a platter, and specifically called and asked prior to ordering if gluten free. Was told they were. After serving them , one staff member discovered croutons, called and were told they were not gluten free. Its now 1245 - other side of the island and they offer to replace. School day ends at 205. Would not be here by then. They did say rest of platter is gf. Some people gluten is an allergy and should be treated like any other allergy . They offered 50% off next order. This whole order went in the garbage and will not be ordering again.
