Today, October 28, 2025 at 1:45 PM. I placed an order to the Dunkin' Donuts on 770 Forest Ave., Staten Island, NY 10310 and I placed an order pick up for inside. Once I got to the door, it was locked with a group of what looked like management sitting at a table so I tried the other door because it is 1:45 in the afternoon. I then knocked on the window to see how I can get my order because I do not have a car to go through drive-through. The manager told me to go up to the drive thru window to receive my order. This was incredibly dangerous because once I got up to the window, another car from the drive-through not knowing I was there came flying around the corner and nearly hit me. This is incredibly dangerous for any consumer of this Dunkin' Donuts location once I began to walk away with my order, another woman came up and said she needed to buy a cake. Then they proceeded to let her inside is my money not good for Dunkin' Donuts besides this woman's? Is my life supposed to be put at danger because I did a pick up order or is my life supposed to be put at danger because I didn't need a cake. This is ridiculous and unacceptable

Worst experience ever i love Dunkin every morning pretty much spend 30 to 50 $ and whenever comes to this location they always messed up my specially espresso drink order and never fixed and always said this coffee made always that way! Listen i am not getting coffee first time everyday i have same coffee i know how it’s look like but this location staff thinks no they are correct and on the top of that they don’t listen rolled eyes on customers never again i will go there was my 3rd and last time.

The place is fine but the cashier who served me was disrespectful, making fun of me even though I had already placed my order, which he didn't hear because he wasn't paying attention to me because he was talking to someone else. When I was repeating my order, he started laughing and making comments to the rest of the staff.

I ordered two drinks. A latte and americano both had no ice and were watered down. my latte had no espresso and was complete milk. workers seemed to be laughing and taking it as a joke. I would appreciate a full refund as this is not acceptable.

I wish I can give this place 0 stars. Extremely rude and unprofessional!!! A large macchiato is supposed to come with 2 shots not one! They cheap out on the shots to save money. When I asked to give me 2 shots of espresso the way it’s supposed to be they caught an attitude and over charged me for another one.

Don’t go here or order anything from here, especially if it’s through an app. I ordered a dozen donuts the worker told me they didn’t have strawberry or vanilla frosted. I said replace those with chocolate frosted. He gave me the whole box chocolate frosted after telling me he had all other flavors but to come in the morning & the manager will make it right. The manager told me it’s not the workers fault it’s mine & to bring the box back and he’ll give a new one cause he’s losing out on 12 donuts, that’s disgusting so you’d sell yesterday donuts another day????

How unfortunate it is that I have to write this review. I actually prefer this location over the others in my area but I will never eat here again. If anyone has eaten from here on May 28th 2024 and ends up sick more than likely it was from something you ate here. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant and upon eating I noticed how the food tasted off, after a couple of bites I open my sand-which to see mold in my egg. So thank you dunkin for my potential bout of food poisoning.

I try to support local...now They stopped giving receipts because your card is charged double and your free points never work! And to top it off today the Indian cashier in the drive thru said to me if you don't like it you don't have to come back. Mind you I've been tipping her and giving her Christmas tips!! For years....SO guess what I AINT coming back neither are my family nor friends! 24 hours will be closing because of nasty ungrateful rude people!!!

The male employee with a mask that works night shift was rude to my family and complained about us asking for our ice creams and he forgot our order in the drive thru. His attitude was absolutely disgusting that we don’t plan on returning ever again. They mess up with my sisters order when she order a waffle cone with vanilla and they gave her cookie dough instead and we asked for vanilla so the guy put an extra scoop of vanilla on top of the cookie dough and charged us extra for no apparent reason.

@245 am 4/14/2023 The staff member that is currently working is a racist. While he should be taking care of customers he was more concerned about me and my co-worker being parked in the parking lot. He places his head through the pick-up window yelling out asking what were we doing there? I told him we were placing an order via the app for pickup. We'll you are taking too long was his response. He then had an attitude when he had to serve us. I wonder if he knows that customers keep him employed. He appears to be a very rude middle age, overweight, Caucasian man. I asked for napkins. He sighed and took about 60 seconds to provide the napkins. If you are a black person be careful DD may not want to serve you. I will be making a formal complaint to the corporate office. I will also make a statement on social media. NO GOOD MORNING WELCOME TO DUNKIN DONUTS. Racism is real people beware. Order via the app to ensure no one tamper with your food.
