Best Chinese food in Port Richmond!! My husband and I been ordering take out and delivery for years, never had an issue always fast!!

Delicious food. Fried shrimp wonton are amazingggggg,wings are crispy & fresh...probably one of the best Chinese food restaurants I ever been to in New York City & hands down one of the best in Staten island.

Love Mr Rice food is always freshly made and hot, no matter if it's delivery or pick up. There is a man that always answers and takes my order and he very nice and pleasant, which is always a plus

I don't live on Staten Island. When I go there... I always order from Mr. Rice. I love their food. Especially the fried fish!! Cannot wait to go back!! Staff is very friendly and professional.

Kenny and Luis are brothers and are the owners of this establishment. I have been purchasing food from this restaurant since they initially opened several years ago. My common orders I get from the restaurant are the General TSO Chicken with House Special Fried Rice, Chicken Wings Fried Crispy, House Special Lo Mein, or Chicken or Shrimp and Broccoli with White Rice and Garlic Sauce. The food is always delicious and cooked to my liking every time I order. I always feel it’s best to get acquainted with the people who make your food because they always take care of you as a valuable and loyal customer!!!🤩

I liked it. It is American Chinese take out, but it's tasty. I had beef with broccoli and the beef wasn't fatty. My husband had general tso's chicken and it was white meat chicken, which I prefer. The scallion pancakes were a little greasy, but really tasty. Overall if you want a movie night array of Chinese take out goodies, it's a decent choice.

I don’t eat Chinese food often but when I get a taste for it, I go to Mr Rice. I am never disappointed. I usually order the fried fish, house special fried rice, sparerib tips, or shrimp fried rice. The prices have gone up but it’s two or three meals for me alone. 👍🏾

The food is pretty good. I just got a little annoyed because he made me wait while he took phone orders that came in after I walked in. My opinion is he should have placed those calls on hold until I finished placing my order.

BEWARE that the prices listed here are 5 YEARS OLD!!! Sesame Beef listed for $12.95 is now $16.95!!! OUCH !!!

Food is mid and they said “25-35 minutes but they came 50 minutes late. Food not throughly cooked. The eggroll is good though

The delivery driver gave my father an attitude about the tip. The driver was also complaining that he had to work and come to our place for a small order. Wish I would’ve witness this, I guarantee he wouldn’t have received anything for a tip. If you don’t like working, don’t work. Complain to your boss if the tips aren’t to your liking. This is the last time I’m ordering from here.

The "Thai" selections are gross. Have ZERO Thai spices. Food is ONE color. Ordered Chicken Pad Thai and it was ENTIRELY orange! Noodles were mush. Only discernable item in dish was bean sprouts. EVERY thing else looked essentially like baby food. Just threw the $30+ meal away with the menu. Best advise I can offer.

This was a recommendation from a coworker. They give large portions, so if you’re hungry you will be satisfied. That’s as far as the positive review can go. I called 20 minutes prior and told them what time I’d arrive. So they had ample time to drain the oil from the chicken wings and egg roll. The food was greasy and bland. I ordered tofu with broccoli and vegetable fried rice, a side of chicken wings and an egg roll. Sometimes you don’t need the sauces that come with the meal, this was not one of those times. I had to use every single duck sauce and soy sauce that came with the meal. They did provide a fork but no napkins. Not to mention, the guy that took my order was not the least bit friendly. Over all, I cant recommend this place and could only give 1.5 stars for the amount of food given. It just didn’t have that typical flavor you expect when you eat Chinese food. I was starving and didn’t take pictures of the egg roll and wings but you can see the grease from the pictures.

Which resulted in me having to get my card canceled right when my bills are due. Yes, I've spoken with my bank and they can't do anything about it.
