Best Chinese take out on Staten Island. Always FRESH & delicious. My favorite is the Beef Lo Mien. It always has that amazing firey taste. I love the chicken wings also. I always get them extra crispy (fried hard lol) iykyk. I live in Queens & I come to Staten Island for this food haha. My grandmother lives in Staten Island also, so when I visit her I def grab some food from here. 10/10

I’ve been living in New Jersey for eight years. I cross the bridge to go to Staten Island to this restaurant. My kids were hungry and we went to the Chinese restaurant after we left the doctors office. My kids never eat all of their Chinese food. They ate every single piece and then they ask for more, I’m gonna have to come to this restaurant from now on to order my Chinese food. I haven’t had Chinese food this good since I left Brooklyn the service at this location is excellent. They are extremely clean and very friendly

So far the food here has been pretty good. I’m not a fan of the general Tso here. The chicken has a weird consistency. If you want something really good go for the Chicken Mei Fun with Curry Sauce… wowwww it’s so good!

A few times we been disappointed in their meals. As the food isn’t always freshly made. We visit cause the lady is very delightful and the place has traffic regularly. It appears that the shrimp fried rice shrimp was old shrimp and their crab Lo mein was old frozen seafood that they use in our dish . When it was brought to their attention they didn’t do anything to address our dissatisfaction which was a red flag for my family. We end up bagging the food and taken to an individual that was unhouse to have. We end up at a restaurant name farming bagel which is a few blocks from there to enjoy our lunch.

I ordered here for years when Ivy was the owner. She knew my entire family, and delivered to my home personally at times. The customer service is still good. But I'm not sure what happened, the food just isn't good anymore! I moved and came back thinking it'll be the same and it's not even close. Just sad to see this place go under.

The only reason this place gets 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the decent food. I doubt they care enough to read these anyway. However, there is a young Asian guy who delivers for them that is very disrespectful. He called when he had arrived to deliver our order and Demanded of me to open the door instead of saying "Hello. Your order is here" or something else that exemplifies good customer service. Do not order from here unless you are ok with being disrespected by him. The Older Guy that dies delivery sometimes has a more pleasant attitude. Food is Decent.

While the food is always good I will not be returning as the service they provide is not up to par. We all recieved lunch specials that included drinks and when arrived they did not come with. The lady I spoke to before the manager was nice but the manager was not. She tried to imply first we recieved our drinks and then the next imply was to say our specials weren't lunch specials. They should not be stressing over three bottled water. When told we are loyal couples and we felt offended the only thing we got was "im sorry". With everything going on in the pandemic and the discrimination Asian Americans have recieved the fact that we are giving them buisness should show we are for them. I will find a different place from now on.

I wish it was less than 1 star. These people served me pork, which goes against my religious practice. When I realized I called. The lady answering was sympathetic. The manager was not . While he did offer to change the food he was not willing to change another order than I unknowingly mixed into to the tainted food. He said it is not his fault I mixed it. He was not into apologizing either. He claims that he has recording that I was told pork came with the order. Why lie? Just apologise. Simple.

The food is fine but I have ordered twice now and both times it took over an HOUR. Plus when I call, they can't help and tell me that a manager will call back.. what?! Who does that? Just tell me if my food left. Sadly this is my last time using them. I don't want cold food.
