I love pronto, the buffalo chicken rolls are my favorite, along with their awesome grandma pie. They also have excellent garlic knots, salads, and wings. Recently my mom had the chicken parm dinner and she loved that too. All the pronto locations are great, but I specifically love this one.

Best pizza I’ve had in a long time and they have new COVID rules and regulations that makes this place probably the safest pizza spot in Staten Island. Great staff and warm atmosphere. Highly recommend

Had large order of take-out and it was really good from riceball parmesean to baked ziti...the eggplant-parmesean roll... french fries are outstanding...I ordered a personal white pie, which is always good, but this time I added broccoli and anchovies forgetting to say "easy on anchovies"... The pie was covered with anchovies...My bad...but pie was good... Can somebody please tell me how to put plastic top back on aluminum pans? I never can and this time the cover broke.. Update 11/16/20 I have been ordering from another pizzeria in area, but decided to try Pronto today.. Baked ziti was fantastic, juicy and fresh with mozzarella and ricotta. Potato and egg hero was excellent, although it could have had a little more potato and egg.. will continue to order from Pronto as long as quality endures.

Ordered 12 piece buffalo wings, and penne vodka on Super Bowl Sunday. The wings were all right for the price point. Flavor was great, but they weren’t exactly Jumbo wings. The penne, vodka on the other hand was absolutely fantastic. Was cooked to perfection in the flavor was just amazing.

Always fast delivery. If you like peppers on your food or sandwich, make sure to ask them to cook them well. I ordered peppers n eggs a few times and peppers are always raw. really no biggie problem. otherwise great pizza for the price.

The pizza here is nothing special—good enough to stop and grab a bite if you're hungry and in the area but not great enough to warrant going out of your way. Staff is friendly and the restaurant itself is clean. They also have quite the selection of special slices and good deals for larger orders.

I ordered a regular and sicilian slice which I think was not the best. Staten island has more better options like presto pizza and brothers pizza. But the good thing about Pronto is that it is open till 12 am.

I always order and spend a lot of money at this Pronto's the food is good and fast delivery however, every time I order a Chicken Franchese hero they forget to put the extra sauce on the side and its frustrating who wants to eat a dry sandwich!!!

Any times i've order slices for pick up, the pizza is never hot, just barely warm. I live down the block so it's not like the pizza is getting cold in a 2 min drive. Recently ordered 2 mushroom slices and they put the mushrooms on top of already made plain slices, which is fine, but they didn't heat it up enough so mushrooms were cold, soggy. The appetizers they have are usually always good (mozarella sticks, wings) & never have an issue with those orders, probably because they're made on the spot.

While their food is usually great, the last two times I ordered baked ziti and Chicken francais which was very watery. They're not draining the water off the pasta and it's like a soup. Maybe they have a new chef. Better pay attention.

Not the best pizza you'll ever try but definitely not worse. 3 stars only because I got the feeling they don't like people of color. Just my observation.

Out of all locations, this one has the WORST cooked/tasting pizza. Their buffalo slices are the only thing that saves them.

Fast and clean. A bit more pricey. My grilled chicken and spinach was drenched in garlic and oil. It spilled everywhere. The kids enjoyed the pizza tho.

Years ago when the business was much smaller and actually run by the brothers the food was delicious and service was great, however I feel that now quality and service has suffered due to the extreme expansion of the business. They really need to pay more attention to the girls that answer their phones and take the orders. A GOOD lesson in "listening " is required, they are quick to get you off the phone and pay little attention to the customer, quite often the orders for delivery are wrong or items are forgotten and missing. Sometimes less is more, gone is the personal touch, sorry guys that's my opinion.

Every time we order from here we ask for a crispy pie and it always comes cold and limp. Cheese falling off of soggy dough and this time it wasn’t even cut through.. this pizza is good for drunk people or cheap celebrations, that’s about it.

Save your $. Go to dominoes . The pies are consistently horrible, I’m talking about the vodka pies here. So floppy, way too much cheese and sauce, and the cheese is so thick that it weighs down the whole slice and you can’t even properly hold it. So undercooked and flappy yet often burnt at the bottom? Their art here is screwing up something as simple as a pizza.

I ordered two cheese pies by the time it got to my house the pizza was so sloppy the cheese was coming off ,very chewy ,and the crust was not good.Pizza sucks from here, but sandwiches there are some of the best .

The worst Spent ten minutes waiting for two cheese pizzas.. the girls behind the counter took my money and proceeded too giggle amongst each other and check their phone...i didn't notice that my slices were not in oven until people after me received their orders.

Terrible. They never get my order right. I called in today for two calzones. I was told 25 minutes. I arrived in 20 minutes. They showed the call, but they never put in the order. This is the third time I ordered there, and the third time they messed up. I'm not there to look at the young girls working.

Ordered chicken cutlet parm hero and a small cold antipasto salad.the first complaint was the prices on line were not the prices that I paid. Online CCP was just under $8 and same with the salad. I paid $10+ for each total bill was $23.60 that was ok cause I was hungry. My Complaint was more serious my food came within 20min when they told me 35mins so thats a plus. But the I ask them not to toast the hero, well I thought it was toasted but turns out it was not fresh. The chicken was cold and the cheese was all ready stiff. It seam like the driver had it hanging g out the window, I can't imagine that it got that cold to me I only live 4 blocks away. The salad was not good either the cold cuts seem old as well very salty. I will not be ordering from them again.

Ordered a personal cheese pizza garlic knots and a personal slice - the personal pie was cut in the most haphazard way - looked like a slice of another small pizza was thrown on top and took half the cheese off with it - single Slice looked like it was thrown from one end of the store to the other - garlic knots were fine

This review isn't meant for potential customers. I sincerely hope this review reaches ownership. You're food has become terrible. Pizza- horrible, tastes like water, quality of ingredients have been going downhill for some time, now are at such a low level of quality it is alarming. Garlic knots- soggy, not crispy at all, tasteless, absolutely positively no love in them at all. Mozzarella sticks- from Costco??? Guys, cmon, pull it together. Here is the secret to good pizzeria food---owner makes less money and delivers a higher quality product. Friday is pizza night, My household rotates between pronto, Billies, Nuccis and Vincents, (None of which by the way are very good, but only options in the area)--you guys are fired, very sad that in NYC you are producing and selling garbage.

Why I continue to order from this place is beyond me. I keep thinking it will get better but it doesn't. And when once upon a time they were at least quick, it takes an hour to come less than a mile on non peak hours. Food is always cold and they always forget something. It's never worth calling to have them bring whatever they forgot because it will take another hour! Whoever works the counters need to pay better attention to both packing and timing.

Highly disappointed. I come here/order from here often as I dnt live far and each time I give them another try against my better judgment I see why I shouldn’t have. I LOVE their food, however the service I received today with delivery was absolutely terrible. They stacked the slices on top of each other, forgot my drink, when I called to complain they assured me they would replace the damaged slices, and only sent 1. The other things we ordered were barely warm. Severely disappointed.

The rolls were burnt on the outside and was dough on the inside. They were so small my tiny sized hand was bigger than it.. The pizza was so burnt I dropped it on the crust and NOTHING broke off it just cracked.. The clams so were so sandy that I choked on it too. Sad to say I order from here all the time too. SMH.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The customer service is beyond disrespectful. I ordered 2 entree's they charged me for and gave me sandwiches instead. They wouldn't refund the difference or correct my order. I was told I would have to pay for the food again for my order to get corrected. Sunday, April 26th. Just ordered a chicken parm hero and picked it up. Right in the garbage it went. Old disgusting chicken all discolored and hammer paper thin. It was a generous helping and great hero bread. The chicken was practically rancid. Unfortunately I cannot give negative stars in the review or a photo of this slop.

So I order a personal pizza..with Pepperoni I was very detailed and what I want it a side of sauce i was charged 75 cents for no problem I asked for and garlic and red pepper never got the garlic nowi look at Receipt...25 for red pepper i don't mind paying for the source I get it but condiments since when so I called the store I didn't get napkins which I asked for again I was very detailed in what I wanted then when the delivery guy called me and told me to come out as opposed to him coming in and delivering This is some place I will not order from again The pizza was mediocre at best I'm here to tell everyone Primo has great personal size pizza

I used to love this place. But wow its gone down lately to the point where I stopped ordering often. They are so inconsistent and the people working there have 0 accountability. They completely burnt our pizza to the point where the crust was falling away and was inedible. The worker got a manager after saying sorry they changed something (we couldn't make out what he said) before the manager jumped on. We didn't even want a refund We just wanted our pizza but since they had an hour til close apparently no one could get the pizza to us. They offered us a credit for the next pie but what does that do for us now with a hungry family? We once again just requested the pie to be remade and delivered but apparently no one could go out to do this courtesy. Then we just wanted a partial refund. The manager refused saying we already paid by card. To which we said that makes 0 sense and to deliver our pizza or offer a refund. They refused and started really pushing back saying they'd have to refund then re charge and it takes days etc. So at this point I will just have my bank wave the order. But for the love of God go to deninos, Joe and pats, round pie ANYTHING but pronto because they really suck now.

So, I ordered a pizza from here and it was soggy and not even hot when it arrived to my house. I called to explain the situation and THE STORE MANAGER told me pretty much it was MY fault that the pizza was soggy because I got extra cheese on the pizza and how the delivery driver doesn’t have a oven in his car to keep the pizza hot. Never not once did he offer any type of resolution! I asked if I can speak to his boss or if he can give my number to him and he told me NO there is nothing her can do about it. He did not care about his customer in anyway shape or form! It’s not even about the refund it’s about him at-least trying to make an effort for his PAYING customer to be satisfied at the end of the day.. which he did not do at all! I’ll never order from this place again. They definitely need a new manager because the way he handled this situation was very unprofessional.

I ordered a Chicken Francese pie tonight for my family and unfortunately the pie was nothing like I had in the past from pronto. That would've been acceptable if the customer service was better. When I called to ask if they had changed the pie the girl on the phone gave me an attitude asking me "so what's the problem, they changed it, they changed it!" When I asked to speak to a manager she came back to the phone and said they can't speak. The pizza had the taste of carbon but I hadn't tasted it yet while I was on the phone. I didn't even bother calling about that. What would've been the use in complaining about my $20 pie being burnt If I couldn't even get the respect of the manager to speak to me.
