I found it to be a cozy place, and I love that the food is really good. You can taste the freshness and great (natural) flavor. I highly recommend coming to try the food; they have a wide variety to choose from. The service is good and the prices are affordable.

One of the best bowls I ever had! I got the Mexican bowl with Peruvian Aji Dressing inside and guacamole on the side that paired extremely well. I came back from college and ordered through their app on my way back home, the app was efficient, easy to use and there were even promos! My order also came extremely fast, good for getting food quickly before work. Highly recommend.

This place is amazing!!! The staff is great, portions are huge and had some left over for the next day. The pita chips and the protein bark was such a great snack after the amazing bowl myself and my kids had. Must try!!!

They sent me a promotional email-buy 1 chicken bowl and get one free.I tried using it the app and on the website,but it didn’t work.So I called them and they couldn’t help me with it.And when I came in person the employee told me the promotion ended at 5:30.However there were no details regarding time limit on the promo.Highly disappointed.No client orientation.I don’t recommend this food place. PS. I decided to order take out today again and your team helped me out by providing a discount, which I was not able to use the last time.

Oh my god. Let me tell you, I recently tried Bowl Me Up and had an amazing experience! I got the Asian in a wrap, and it was absolutely delicious—so flavorful and satisfying! The ingredients were fresh, and the combination of flavors really hit the spot. The employees were super friendly, making the whole experience even better. The vibe of the place is laid-back and welcoming, making it a great spot to grab a healthy and tasty meal. I highly recommend checking it out if you're in the area! Also we tried the Teriyaki and the pita chips it was PERFECT! I could eat so many of those pita chips - they were absolutely nuts. Such an amazing spot.

I order a bowl for my wife and I via uber eats. We were obsessed with the freshness, taste, and portions. We got a Mexican bowl with the Peruvian Ají, and a Grains bowl with green goddess vinaigrette. Both were amazingly tasty! We can’t wait to try all their other bowl options. Also, the delivery came in such a cool box. It felt like it was an exclusive order. The attention to detail is spot on. P.S- I hope you guys open a location on the north shore. Got myself a little BOWL ME UP!!! I’ve said this before, Staten Island does not have a great salad/healthy bowl spot. Now it does!! I got the Greek with a little Peruvian Aji Dressing. It was very good! Staff is very friendly and respectful! The place has a great vibe. I’ll definitely give this place another try as it has so many options! Overall - Excellent!!

The restaurant has clearly invested in creating a comfortable dining space that encourages customers to relax and enjoy their time there. Whether you're dining in or ordering takeout, the overall vibe is upbeat and positive. The combination of good service and pleasant surroundings makes this a place where you'd want to return. However, the food itself is just average and doesn't quite match the quality of the service and setting. While the bowls are edible and will satisfy basic hunger, they lack the flavor, freshness, or creativity that would make them truly memorable or worth seeking out specifically. The ingredients are acceptable but nothing special, and the overall taste profile is middle-of-the-road. BOWL ME UP is worth visiting if you value atmosphere and service highly and don't mind that the food is just okay. It's a pleasant place to spend time, but don't expect the food to be the star of the show. Better for the experience than the cuisine itself.
