I can’t believe how good this place is! My chicken melt and fries were perfect, and I haven’t had wings this good in a loooooong time. Nobody in is doing it like this anywhere close, including down in Charleston! Worth the drive out here if you don’t live nearby, and if you do, you should’ve come to try it already.

First of all, this picture doesn't do justice to just how MASSIVE this burger is. The burger on the left is a BIG burger. It's the Blue Cheese Burger. But it looks small compared to the absolutely gigantic Monster Burger! The food was delicious, and obviously the portions were great. Even better, the staff (owner) was super friendly, personable, and engaging. The vibe and atmosphere were relaxing. And most of all, I'm super thankful they were open. The rest of the area was a ghost town at the ripe time of 8:30pm on a Friday night.

After a long day of traveling, my husband and I were so thankful this place was still open at 8:30pm. The owners were very friendly, answered all our questions (they have a menu with a wide variety of food, burgers, seafood, hibachi....) We had a couple burgers, everything made fresh to order, and one of the best burgers I've ever had!!! Thank you sooooo much! Delicious ❤️

We traveled from Knoxville, TN passing through to our destination. Looking for a good meal, our family guided us The Capital Grille & Seafood. My husband got catfish nuggets, and chicken wings, Lil' cuz got cheese fries and I ordered the Garlic and the Bang-Bang! When I say that choice was the best choice. My shrimp was plump and "THE BOMB DOT COM!!" Amazing family, good vibes, and great food. I know when we pass through again we got the spot. -Cherry McMahan . The Top Choice 💜🍒

This place was exceptional! I stepped in here after my cousin’s repass and was definitely greeted with a warm invite. I got my order added to the menu (try the chicken patty melt). I’m excited to have something in the community with quality fresh food when I travel to visit! I will definitely be back…

St. Stephen's being so small, I really wasn't expecting it to be this good. But it was! It merges short order traditional with hibachi and seafood options. Will be a returning customer!

I was looking to eat someplace new, and stumbled across this gem of a restaurant.. We were greeted by a very nice guy, he gave us menus and asked for our drink order. We placed our order and the food came out promptly. Hot and fresh!! And the food was awesome.. very reasonably priced as well.. We met the owners and they were just wonderful... Just an extremely delightful place..I'll definitely be back...

Attention Please!!! St. Stephens has a new dine-in restaurant called The Capital and it is the BOMB.COM! No seriously though you guys really need to visit this place! Supporting local businesses is how we keep them in our community so please stop by and get yourself a big basket! It’s a locally owned business and the husband and wife team are wonderful! The wife is the chef and she fixed us FRESH Hennessy Wings, Loaded French Fries, and there Philly Cheesestake with all the fixings! The husband is very professional and they keep a nice clean business. We WILL be back!

Today was my first time here and I will definitely be back! I got a Philly cheesesteak and fries and they were delicious. Everything tasted fresh and made to order. I’ll definitely be back to try other things on the menu.

The owner here is super nice. Worth a try! They offer seafood, burgers, and also hibachi style plates. I personally didn't care for the oysters or the fish, but I was told that most customers LOVE the oysters. Shrimp, fries, onion rings and hush puppies were delicious. Our seafood platter came out in 2 plates!!! So it was large servings. I prefer hand held menus and not just the one you have to get on your phone, my 80 year old mother wouldn't be able to order this way LOL. They REALLY need better signage outside, we almost missed eating here because it just looks like a bar and it's hard to see. Don't miss it! I will try a burger ext time, they had many varieties to choose from! Very clean restaurant. We would return.
