Idk what’s going on there this evening. This place is usually goof but the drive thru is closed and none of the food is ready. There are plenty of people working. Definitely not worth the money or the drive into town tonight

I ordered online for take out. I received a text message at 1213 saying my food was ready for pick up so I approached the counter and I was told they were waiting on the steak to cook. It took another 15 minutes for me to get my food. As what appeared to be the manager handed me my food I asked him why I got a message 15 prior saying my food was ready when clearly it wasn’t. All he could keep saying was that “well it was ready, we were just waiting on the steak.” I understand if you are backed up but I do not appreciate having to wait and additional 15 mins after I am told it is ready.

Went through the drive thru was told it would be 10 minutes for the order to be cooked perfectly fine with me. Was handed my Drink pulled where I was told to park took a drink and it was pure syrup so I waited until they brought me my food. I told the young lady that my drink was bad she informed me that she couldn’t take the drink from me because it had already been in my car I would have to go into the store. So I go in the young lady that waited on me in the drive thru came to the counter. I informed her that my drink was extremely syrupy she told me that she realized that after she gave me my drink, so why didn’t you correct this she said I had driven off, yes to where you instructed me to wait for my food 🙄. Not a sorry for the problem I was instructed that I could go and fix my problem at the self serve drink dispenser in the back of the restaurant. Not let me get that for you, nothing. So I did and left and when I stopped to eat no napkins or fork, knife nothing. Very disappointed in the lack of effort to address or even act like they care.

The experience was not pleasant at all. The service was terrible 1hr and 30 minutes before closing, they were already saying, “What’s out is what you can get,” and there was barely anything out. They locked the doors early, talked badly about customers with them in the store, and cussing off the walls almost every sentence. Just not a good experience at all. The food was old-looking and tasting.

Every single time we get food at this particular Panda Express, the veggies in the super greens are completely raw. This has also been happening with the green beans in the string bean chicken lately. Forced to eat a veggiless meal.. should be illegal if you ask me lol

BUYER BEWARE Went to this location and tried to get some lunch. It didnt end up that way. I asked Vergie if the Honey walnut Shrimp was fresh and told me that it just came up. I got another dish and left. I got outside to the traffic light and come to find out the Shrimp was not fresh and mushy. So after returning to the store and asking Vergie why she told me that, she started making a big scene in the store, raising her voice and acting very unprofessional. I had to get a refund and lost my lunch break and wasn't able to have lunch because she didn't know how to give a refund. I spoke with the GM today. She thought that offering me a free meal was the best thing to resolve the matter and was very polite. This is very common for this store and it's employees. It's very sad that panda is one of my favorite restaurants.But I can never eat there because of the poor service and poor management. I don't want a free meal, just don't want food thats been up there for an hour thats mushy. Also, when they brought out the new food, she put it in a dirty pan which I forgot to tell the GM because all she wanted to do was offer me a free meal which I don't want or need.

The food has been awful lately. The rice has been awful the last three times we've been. Nobody smiles, everyone looks miserable. Even the manager doesn't speak. Customer service is non existent. I used to work for Panda Express and I know that's not the standard. It's sad to see. It's not even worth the money anymore. I'll wait for the location to open in Brownwood before I eat at this location again.

Stopped by here about 30 minutes ago and grabbed 2 plates and two drinks. The tea tasted watery and the soft drink machine needed the carbonation adjusted. I let one of the workers know and immediately he went to go fix it. Within a few minutes, he returned and asked me to try it again, so I did and still it tasted the same. The so-called manager comes out with a small cup and proceeds to tell me that the tea doesn’t use carbonation (as if I’m stupid). I tell her to taste it and she says “oh, it’s sweet tea. It’s made with sugar”. Then she tasted the Root Beer and tells me it tasted fine too, and afterwards that she doesn’t drink sodas, so to her it’s all good. I ask for a refund since the drinks are almost $3.00 each only to be told they don’t “really” give refunds. So, I trash the cups and leave. I’m only one person with one unpleasant review, but this one person who has given this particular establishment quite a few chances will not be wasting my time, money, or energy patronizing here EVER again.

Went to panda yesterday, they were out of orange chicken. They said it would be 8 minutes. They asked me what rice I wanted and they put it into bowls. I asked if they had something I could get just a little plain white rice in to keep my 2 yr. Old busy. They gave me a small approx 3" tall container 2"x2" wide with 1" of white rice in it. They said they would bring it right out. 15 minutes later I noticed they were dishing out from the orange chicken to the line of ppl just came in. I walked up there my rice was still setting out. The orange chicken was almost gone. They said drive thru came first, then the customers standing in line. When I got to the table the rice was dry. The chicken was cold. I checked the receipt and they charged over $5 for the small container of plain rice.

Placed an online order. Showed up at my pick up time. My order wasn't reafy until 22 minutes after my expected pick up time! No soy sauce, no fortune cookie. Rude service. Place was a disaster. I saw employee after employee sitting at the tables taking breaks. Food all over the tables, floors disgusting. Worst Panda I've ever been to!

I spent $33 bucks for dinner for family I get Broccoli Beef not one piece of Beef . Not happy at all
