normally we only get the average mcdonald's experience at this one. Eating in this morning though let me realize the current condition of mcdonald's and their eating in experience. I waited nearly 10 minutes to exchange my sandwich since I had gotten the wrong one, the other one costs more. All of the doordashers around me were getting attention but not once did the staff think the guy standing right in front then holding a sandwich and receipt for 10 minutes would be wanting immediate assistance. So eating with my partner way after he's eaten because the staff don't even want to be interacted with. Seems like a fair assumption to me as a customer that I shouldnt be less of a priority than a doordasher.

27 minutes sitting in drive thru with no cars moved. drove around and their answer was we are short staffed as I watched 4 people walking back and forth waiting to be acknowledged. finally someone opened window and I voiced my opinion before driving off not ordering this location has to be the worst as far as speed and customer service yet want to be paid like they are some professional staff. it starts with ownership and management.

Ok this is probably the craziest thing ever happen at a fast food. I ordered two Large meals with Large drinks they kept getting the drinks wrong gave me one L one small drink I told the it was two Large so they take so after a bit she comes back with my large drink I noticed something weird with the cup butI'm good I drive off a few minutes later I get home and then after a bit realize what was up with the cup! THEY LITERALLY PUT THE SMALL CUP INSIDE A LARGE CUP AND JUST PUT THE LID ON! I WAS LIKE NO FN WAY!

If I could rate it less than 1 I would I waited 30 minutes f9r my food which was curbside pickup after 30 minutes I had to go in to get it git an attitude from the young black woman working the drive thru dhi told me I didn't wait 30 minutes and when I assured her I had she threw my bag of cold French fries and bacon less double bacon quarter pounder I ordered and the flat Dr pepper was just a topper on the meal ! This all after I sat in the drive thru Line fifteen minutes and not one car moved so I ordered curbside thinking I'd get better service that way ummm NOPE! I WAS WRONG This Mcdonalds haz good to hell in short time

ABSOLUTE TRASH. We sat in the drive thru unanswered for about 5 mins as the other lane had car after car pass through, so we decided to go inside, that was a bigger mistake. Ordered our food on the kiosk that you couldn’t pay at bc the machine was down but we didn’t know that (no signs or guidance) the line at the front counter was long and nobody was there to even take orders. The poor manager was running back and forth trying to run front cash and bag orders. Apparently the machine was down, we stood at the front counter as everyone looked at us but never took our order. After about 10 mins of standing there watching everyone walk by we left. This is supposed to be FAST food.

Ordered 2 plain Mcchicken sandwiches. Got one regular and one hot and spicy neither of which was plain. Either the girl was hard of hearing or their speakers don’t work because it took forever for her to get my order.

On December 13 I went trough drive thru of this macdonalds it was a nightmare from the very beginning,, I clearly told the guy taking my order that I need 3 # one’s one without pickles he sounded like he understood he told me po pull forward to the first window!! I got to the first window and he charges my card I told him if he understood that is 3 number ones he said yes I told him one without pickles he said yes but he had such a bad attitude towards me while flirting with another guy inside the place you heard that right a grown man with bright red lipstick on but that is not the problem here the problem is that when I pulled up to the second window to get my order I instantly notice a burger is missing as I was explaining to the girl in the second window that I’m missing a burger he comes from the back twisting and swinging and tell the girl: if she can’t get it together she needs to get in line and order again I have a 92 year old on my passenger seat who is tired and hungry wth is wrong with this person I walked inside and went to order another meal as I was standing there i watched the red lipstick guy flirting with another dude back there not paying attention to what people ordered there was 3 other persons inside waiting to get their orders fixed Manager if you read this please do something with the worker because the attitude he has is ridiculous

I ordered my food at 923 they asked me to park and at 950 still no food so I went inside and they said we are short staffed so everyone is get over it you are mcdonald's hire more people I will never go back there again. The workers were so rude I wanted a refund.

We run a group home that houses 6 handicapped ladies. They were really excited to participate in the monopoly games just to receive 0 codes with ANY of their meals even though it was ordered off the monopoly menu where codes are promised. This was super disappointing. Especially when we could’ve saved our money and ordered something genuinely tasty and/or healthier. Will not be back.

Ordered over $100 worth of mcdonald’s from the monopoly menu (in separate orders at separate times i’m not THAT crazy) and each time i received 0 monopoly codes or packaging. Why advertise you have them just to give me none? Not to mention each time they messed up my order and thought a complimentary apple pie would fix it 🤣 Don’t come here.

Saw this at auburndale mc too), its weird seeing all w people, the whole crew was swapped..😐.. well ,, the girl at the windows was very 🪨🪨 she got me small drinks instead of large,, another girls pointed it out, the manager was behind them and loudly said,, well get the other cup put more ice on the cup a d that's it.. I said ..no no more ice ,, she realized the windows was open ,, she said no ice ,, grumped and said well tell her to park,, 😐. Seems that mornings got more incompetent and loaded with unnecessary stress.. loved the old crew.

This is absolutely the worst McDonald’s in existence! Orders are always wrong and wait times are ridiculous! I ordered through the the app tonight and sent someone to pick it up from my household. 35mins wait! Then the order was wrong! My wife went back to correct the order because I would have not been so polite and they just gave her the missing bacon On the side for my burger and gave her the missing items that were and hour old and cold, Idk if you have ever eaten 1hr old McDonald’s but it is discussing. I didn’t eat my meal because it was cold and gross. When I tried to call while my daughter was waiting they just picked up the phone and set it to the side so they didn’t have to talk to anyone.

What a useless group of people. This is the 4th time my order has been missing items or given incorrect items. In a row. So today I decide to take my order back (2 hours after receiving it because I was at work) and they tried to correct it. And somehow even with my standing right there showing them what I ordered they STILL got it song. For the second time in 2 hours. I’m not talking about minor, just the whole item is wrong. I’m looking at 5-6 people behind the line and 4 people in front and I’m the only customer there. HOW is my order still wrong? I’m not even ordering a difficult item. Big breakfast, hash brown. That’s it. I can’t tell if they just don’t pay attention, don’t understand, or simply don’t care. Either way it makes the whole group terrible. You’re a team, so hold your team members accountable. Take an ounce of pride in the work you do. Simply do better. McDonald’s is making a mistake in paying these people to do anything at this location, with the terrible job they’re doing you’d think something would’ve been fixed by now. Also, don’t bother calling them ever because even with about 10 people working they couldn’t answer once in a 2 hour span.

Bad reviews are something that I avoid doing but, after my orders being messed up AGAIN, I finally decided to do this one. Today I ordered a plain meal at the drive-thru. It was not showing on the screen, so I repeated on the speaker that it supposed to be plain. Lady told me to proceed to 1st window to payment. I repeated (for the third time) that my meal suppose to be plain. She said "ok" and screamed it for the next window to let them know. Sure enough, on the second window I got my sandwich and it was wrong! I asked them for change and they told me to wait by the third window. They left me there for a gooooooood time and served multiple other cars meanwhile. When I finally got tired of waiting, I circulated the drive thru again. 1st window sent me for 2nd window where I need to explain (for the sixth time!) that I was waiting for my plain meal that was served wrong. Lady said "oh, I remember" and went to pick up my bag. I opened the sandwich and it was finally plain, so I left.... When I finally went to eat my second sandwich (the orders comes with 2 cheeseburguers)... Well, the picture speaks by itself. 😡 I just gave up and went to eat my french fries that were completely cold and soggy. (P.s: I treated them with politeness and was friendly during the entire saga!)

Very dirty, slow, and had live electrical outlets and conduit just sitting in reach of children. One drink machine was entirely down, the other only dispensed flat drinks. The tea was 4 hours past the "use by" sticker on it. Multiple problems. Will not be coming back again. Pictures are of the exposed mains electrical wires I had to avoid getting out of my car.
