Bonefish Grill - Lakeland

Bonefish had changed their menu. It was terrible. Only one (1) steak now. Far too many chicken dishes. Most of the seafood is some mix of shrimp and other fish. They had Rock Lobster on the menu. It was inedible. I talked to the manager 3 times about it. He completely agreed with me that it is a bad idea. The wait staff agrees. I was told many months ago it was a “test.” I wrote to corporate regarding my concerns. I received a $50 gift certificate and a note saying they changed their menu as a result of my concerns. They actually did change the menu and I am extremely happy. We are at Bonefish as I write this update. I am very pleased that Bonefish took my concerns seriously. Thank you Bonefish.

Tonight as always we had a great dinner experience. We had our favorite server Jenna. She is very attentive and helpful. We love this location. The manager Shawn is amazing also.

Had a great dinner with my wife. The food was delicious. Our server Lacey was amazing. We will definitely be coming back regularly.

This was our first time ever at a Bonefish Grill, and I can promise you that it will not be our last. Hannah Grace was our server and she was fantastic. From the time we sat down, Hannah Grace was over at our table, engaging with us, finding out what our needs were, and sharing what the menu was. She asked if we had any questions since it was our first time in. She understood the menu, made recommendations and made sure that we knew what was on the platters that we chose before we ordered them. I never had a chance to even ask for a refill on a drink because she was always one step ahead of us. It is truly refreshing to have a server that actually enjoys and cares about their job and the people that they serve. We saw that tonight in Hannah Grace. Because of her, we will be back to Bonefish Grill, and we expect to have her again! See you soon Hannah Grace!😉

The food was amazing, but the service is what really made it such an incredible delight! Our server, Lacey was so friendly & helpful. She was knowledgeable of the menu items, and even helped me decide on what to order by offering several recommendations. I appreciated that even though she was visibly busy, she made time to stop by & check in. Thanks for a wonderful dining experience!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this restaurant, and a huge part of that was thanks to my server, Lacey. From the moment she greeted us, she was warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. She checked on us at the perfect times not too much, not too little just the right balance that made us feel truly taken care of. Lacey was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and gave great recommendations that ended up being spot-on. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and upbeat personality made the entire meal even more enjoyable. It’s rare to come across service that feels this sincere and effortless. Lacey went above and beyond, and she’s a big reason why I’ll definitely be returning. If you’re dining here, you’re in great hands with her!

We went to the Tides of Flavor ( 5 course cocktail Pairing Dinner) and had a great time. Food and atmosphere was amazing. Staff was efficient and attentive. Definitely can't wait to go back again

I took my parents to dinner for their 63rd anniversary. Our server Jonathon did not disappoint. Service was excellent and food was very good. We got the seafood grill special, bang bang shrimp and the lobster ravioli. For desert the Carmel and bourbon brownie was amazing! Thank you for an awesome dinner and anniversary celebration. Definitely recommend. 👍

So, I want to start by saying I don't normally write a review on places but if I do, then it really impress me. This was me and my husband first time going. Our waitress was Cynthia and she was so sweet and very knowledgeable about everything. She stay on top of everything and checked on us multiple times, which I love very much. The atmosphere was very nice, clean, and a relaxing environment. The price is no different than any other restaurants. The manager there is Tom and he is very sweet as well. He checked on us twice. He was constantly walking around and talking to customers. It definitely shows he cares about his staff and his customers. I would definitely recommend coming here and we definitely will be back again!!!! 😁

We visited Bonefish recently for our first visit. The food was amazing, but nothing like the service we received. Lacey was absolutely amazing, paying attention to every little detail, and never letting our drinks go dry. I can’t praise her enough. We will be back and only requesting Lacey moving forward. 10/10 all the way around!

First time trying the Lakeland location and I’ll definitely return. My shrimp entree and sides were delicious. Perfectly prepared and great service.

Tyler is by far the best server I have ever had! Hes very attentive and friendly. He really makes the dining experience 5 stars. My drinks were always full and my food was brought hot. He suggested the dynamite salmon and it was phenomenal. Will be back just for him!

Schyvon was lovely as always. We sat at the bar and before we even realized she saw us, she was on her way over with our usual drinks and letting us know we had rewards on our Dine Rewards account jic we wanted to use them. She's just amazing!

Everything was amazing, food was amazing, place. and Jonathan was my waiter and he showed me and my lady mad love, very informative and patient.. I appreciate you homie !

Lacey Woodruff was such a good server, I just had to get her last name. She made an experience at a simple restaurant near my home one of the best dining experiences of my entire life. Everytime I come from now on, I'm calling Lacey on over to take care of me 100%

Haven't hit Bonefish in a bit, but had a craving for some Ahi Tuna!! Ordered to go, and it was delicious!! Got two orders, so one for tomorrow too! Of course, the bread is always yummy!

Bonefish always delivers on their food quality and service! Tonight I tried something new, swordfish and pumpkin ravioli recommended by our waiter Tyler. AMAZING!!! Will be coming back on a more regular basis and requesting him as our waiter!

We had an amazing time at the 3 Course Brunch! The food and drink pairings were delicious! Shawn was a wonderful host! He was funny, personable and made us all feel right at home. Erick was great too!

Not only was the food amazing for the first time of our Visit. Our server Lacey was beyond amazing. Best service that I’ve had in a long time. She made the first experience the best experience that I’ve had in any restaurant we will be coming back and asking for her when we go back for lunch again.

Had an amazing experience at Bonefish Grill! My server, Lacey, was incredibly kind, helpful, and made the whole visit enjoyable. The food was outstanding honestly some of the best seafood I’ve ever had, far better than most seafood restaurants. Highly recommend!

The 3 course brunch event was amazing. But the service was even better, especially Sean and Eric. They made sure that me and my guests were well taken care of and accommodated food allergies as well. The experience was top tier. Can't wait for the next one. We will be back.

Great service, wonderful entrees and appetizers. We all had seafood- bang bang shrimp appetizers ($7 on Tuesday nights) and fish. The glazed salmon was very good.

Celebrating a birthday. BangBang Shrimp- crispy and tasty as always. Bread fresh-baked with olive oil always welcome and quickly disposed of. Two ordered Dynamite Salmon, a special tonight, third person ordered shrimp and scallop dish - all came with huge serving broccoli and big scoop jasmine rice. Jenna, our server, is very professional, personable and competent. Whole experience was a 5!

Today me and my family went to lunch at Bonefish. We had a large group and our server Lacey took the best care of us. She was so good with our children and gave us exceptional service. We enjoyed everything and we will be back!

My wife and I came her for our anniversary. The food was, as always amazing. Our server, Jenna, was an absolute delight and perfectly attentive. The best service I've had in a very long time.

The 3 course brunch event on 10.11.25 was excellent. Shawn the manager, and Eric were accommodating and the staff were attentive to our groups needs. Will definitely attend another and recommend others to get a group together and have fun!

Danielle was a wonderful server. The butterfish was cooked perfectly and was so fresh. I had the sauce on the side which was perfect because the fish was delicious without it. I am so glad they got the coconut rum pie back. It was wonderful! So was my husband’s cheesecake. The serving size was also very generous.

Absolutely wonderful! I cannot find enough words for such a great experience! We sat at the bar, even though there other spots available. Dominique was beyond awesome, answered my food questions, made great drinks and the interaction she had with my teenage son, was just so sweet! Made me smile. It was my birthday actually, and she along with my family that joined me, truly made me feel special! Definitely will be back! And especially now knowing about "Martini Mondays"!

We took our granddaughter to Bonefish for her birthday. Our server Ginger was excellent. Allour food was served promptly and temperatures of all food was ideal. Only concern. A/C was set to low during our visit. Cool and chilly is how we felt. Overall excellent! We will be back for another great meal!

Even after seating us, she checked in to be sure my husband and I were enjoying his birthday, which truly made us feel cared for. Our server, Tyler, was equally impressive. His authenticity stood out, he was attentive, engaging, and very knowledgeable about the menu, and he genuinely ensured that my husband had a great birthday experience from start to finish. Our food was fresh and delicious, as always! My dietary restrictions were accommodated. We have frequented this location in the past and have always had great experiences, but Emily and Tyler truly set the bar higher. Thank you for making a special celebration even more memorable. We'll definitely be back.

We dined at the Bonefish Grill on Pipkin Rd. In Lakeland Fl. Although we did not have a reservation for Valentines Day, we were immediately seated in a booth. That was very rewarding. Our waiter Mike was very personable and made good suggestions for our meal. He was also very professional and patient with us.

Outstanding Service and Great Dining Experience! I had an excellent experience at Bonefish Grill tonight! The food was delicious as always, fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared, but what really made the evening stand out was the incredible service from our server, Tyler. He was attentive, professional, and genuinely kind from start to finish. He anticipated our needs without ever being intrusive and made great recommendations that really elevated the meal. It’s rare to find that level of service these days, and Tyler delivered it effortlessly. I’ll definitely be coming back, and will be asking for him by name!

We tried this place on a very busy night for them. The wait was long, but it was overall worth it. Blackberry Sangria was very, very good! Most of the dishes we tried were great. My son's Mac&Cheese, which is one of their premium sides, wasn't so impressive, and my stake was overdone (which tends to happen quite often since I like my meat medium rare to rare). They do ask you to check the temperature of your stake when they bring it to the table, but it's quite dark in there and I am also not a big fan of sending food back to the kitchen, for multiple reasons. This was my birthday dinner, so I've got a complimentary cheesecake slice at the end with a nice card signed by everyone. That was a nice touch! I would definitely recommend them and go back to try more of their dishes aaand the Sangria!!!

The service was great the new waiter Josh was excellent. The food was all hot and fresh and the dip was superb. The shrimp were decent I was looking for more of a kick of flavor but overall not bad. From what I remember the drinks were nice and strong the way I like it. The only other thing that could of been better was a bit more flavor on my steak and cooked to my wellness of medium vs med well

We were there for a surprise party. They would not seat us “until everyone was there,” even with minutes to spare in our reservation. Host was very stubborn about it. Barely made it work. Lighting was super dim. Couldn’t even read the menus. Servers would walk around the table not sure who ordered which drink or dish. Service and atmosphere was pretty underwhelming.

Looks fancy when you walk in but the crab is out of a can and I highly doubt they still get fresh fish delivered regularly. Very expensive for the quality of food they serve nowadays.. a lot changed when Bloomin Brands took over.. 😥

The food and service tonight, Valentines Day, was great! Johnathan was our waiter, he did great! Our hostess at the door did extremely poor, we had reservations made online a month ago, called an hour ahead to make sure we had a booth for the two of us. We were told that they had no booths available and that the ones that were open were being held for larger groups. We were seated at a very tiny table for 2 only, that is all that could possibly be seated and afterwards seen parties of 2 being seated at booths. Talk about pissed off!!!! We won't be going back, felt very unwelcome! We always loved it here before, no more.
