Stopped by Cracker Barrel for the first time and I totally get why it’s so popular. The atmosphere is cozy and unique, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the service was quick. The food was fresh, comforting, and tasted like real home-style cooking. Great portions, great value, and everything came out hot and exactly how we hoped. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch today. We all ordered something different. We ordered a BLT with a side of hashbrown casserole, pancakes topped with fried apples and whipped cream, and chicken fried steak with gravy and a side of carrots. It was all very good and our waitress was attentive. We also enjoyed looking around the gift shop. Cracker Barrel always has unique items for sale.

Excellent place for breakfast. The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The eggs were cooked perfectly, the pancakes were fluffy, and the bacon was crispy without being overdone. Portions were generous, and everything came out quickly. The atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming, making it a great spot to start the day. I’d definitely come back for breakfast again.

I used to go to this restaurant for over two decades now and believe that Cracker Barrel is one of the best family restaurants in USA and in the world. We were a bit upset when someone decided to rebrand our restaurant and almost stopped going there but, thank god, it didn’t happen. Cracker Barrel MUST stay the way it is. It is perfect.

Good food, nice quiet atmosphere, and friendly service. The server checked on us often to refill drinks and make sure the food was alright. Fried chicken was fresh out of the cooker. The burger was made just as described and the sausage casserole skillet was absolutely delicious.

We had an excellent overall experience at the restaurant. The food was served promptly. However, I was somewhat disappointed to find that some portion sizes had been reduced. There is significant room for improvement, particularly in the training of the waitstaff, to enhance the quality of service. Overall, the experience was positive, particularly in terms of service, but further enhancements are needed.

Nothing beats good old country cooking. I've never seen so few cars in the parking lot, so why were our two meals, which we paid over $38 for, cold, really cold? Since prices do not fluctuate with the quality of food or service, it may be time to stabilize your prices and level them out with the low quality of the food you serve. Signed, Disappointed.

Then, I open the bags of cornbread, and they look like this! Unacceptable. It reminded me of the Hungry Man TV dinners i had as a kid and first moved out from home staples. The waitress was trying her best but she seems to be always overloaded and forgetful. Place was packed so I figured I'll just take my business elsewhere

They were out of meatloaf, burgers, pot roast, salad, and baked potatoes, which is a huge portion of the menu. It honestly felt like the restaurant was struggling. This is not the Cracker Barrel I grew up with, and that was really disappointing. When you walk in expecting comfort food staples and most of them aren’t available, it kind of defeats the purpose. Save your money and consider eating somewhere else until things improve.
