Had the “Old Timers “ breakfast. Absolutely delicious and cooked as requested, eggs over easy, bread was grilled not toasted, hash brown casserole was superb and the bacon was crispy as requested without needing to be burnt. Finished the meal with one pecan pancake! Server was very attentive and warmed my coffee several times during our meal.
The last couple months are service was lacking. Server acted like the wanted to be anywhere but here. I thought about going somewhere else, but my better half said let’s give it another chance. And the server we had saved the day with me. Benjamin was was very prompt and professional with us and all he was serving around us. Filled our water and coffee b4 we needed to ask. And he is a blessing to Cracker Barrel. The food is always delicious and generous portions. It was the Great service and better atmosphere I really noticed that was better. Ty
Our team recently had the pleasure of trying the catering and it was fantastic. Chloe did an amazing job not only helping me place my order , but also delivering and setting it up. The food was fresh and well-seasoned. You could tell a lot of care went into preparing everything. Everyone in the office was talking about how good it was! Definitely some of the best workplace catering we’ve had.
Glad it's still the same old Cracker Barrel as you can't beat the atmosphere and decorations. Food is always the best and the store selections are fantastic. Buy somthing every time I go in and that's frequently. Please keep your store a truly family gathering place.
Enjoyed my visit here. I was able to ask questions about food allergies and cross-contamination to my satisfaction and choose options wisely. The waitress definitely made me feel confident I would be safe. We all enjoyed our meal here.
We had 8 kids under the age of 13 plus 4 adults in our group and we should up around 10am. They sat us away from the majority of the patrons which was a great move on their part and the server was awesome to all of the kids, kept drinks filled, patient as the kids were ordering their own food, and was respectful and kind to the adults of the noisy group. The check out lady was super kind and engaging. The negative was the host experience. We showed up, were asked how many were in our party, and then said it would take a fee to get tables together. All expected with our group size but she didnt ask us a name and didn't give us an estimated time frame till we would be estimated to be seated. Ended up being sbout ten minutes and although the kids were great dueing that time it would help the parents to plan accordingly (one child was an infant). This is a minor thing and overall it was a great experience. Great job!
Our server was amazing. She did a great job and got our order correct. My order was slightly delayed. She brought out my sides and explained the situation. She was super nice and respectful. She made sure we had everything we needed. Food was delicious!
Absolutely wonderful experience at Cracker Barrel! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and full of that classic comfort this place is known for. The food was delicious, fresh, and served promptly, but what truly made the visit special was the outstanding leadership and care from the manager, Anna. Anna went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and that guests felt genuinely valued. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly stood out and made the experience feel personal and memorable. It’s clear she takes great pride in her team and the service they provide. Thank you, Anna, for making our visit so enjoyable—we will absolutely be back! Btw the vanilla lattes are incredible! :)
You literally cannot go wrong here. Everything is good and it’s pretty much all really cheap. Especially the two for $20 special they have Monday through Friday. If you’re lucky enough, you’ll get Bernadette as your server. Absolute All-Star. Runs the entire show. Hostess, cinnamon roll cook, waitress, what doesn’t she do? 10 stars. Would come again
Cracker Barrel delivers exactly what it promises: familiar comfort food, consistent portions, and a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. It’s a dependable stop whether you’re traveling or just want a meal that feels familiar and filling. The menu is extensive, covering classic Southern staples like biscuits, gravy, fried chicken, meatloaf, and hearty breakfast plates served all day. The biggest strength is consistency. You generally know what you’re getting, no matter the location. Portions are generous, flavors are straightforward, and meals come out quickly. Breakfast is a standout, especially for value, and the biscuits remain one of the most reliable items on the menu. Service is typically friendly and attentive, though it can slow down during peak hours. The dining room is comfortable and welcoming, geared toward families, seniors, and groups rather than a fast-paced crowd. The attached country store adds a nostalgic touch and gives people something to browse while waiting for a table. Cracker Barrel isn’t trendy or inventive, and it doesn’t try to be. Its appeal is reliability. When you want a sit-down meal that’s affordable, filling, and familiar, it does the job well.

Everything is tasty, everyone is nice and welcoming Eating at Cracker Barrel feels like going to my grandma s house! I always get the lemon pepper rainbow trout and its delicious My bf got the oreo pancakes and they were fantastic The store is bizarre!! I want it allllll
We had an amazing experience earlier today. The food was amazing, the s’mores brownie dessert was to die for and the service from Arturo was phenomenal. He was very polite and helpful. Very good atmosphere.
Your waitress Bunny was phenomenal!! Her attention to service, detail and care was amazing! Thank you for providing a server that ensures a great experience when dining at Cracker Barrel. God Bless.

Best Cracker barrel experience I've had. It's was busy but there was no wait to be seated, or server was amazing, and the food was almost perfect. I ordered the steak and shrimp. The fried shrimp is amazing, the steak was tuff and bland so I'm assuming it was frozen. Definitely don't recommend getting steak here.
Chloe was fantastic! We had a great experience working with her for our corporate event. She was attentive, organized, and made the entire catering experience stress-free. Her professionalism and care truly stood out. She truly listened to what we needed and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Everything turned out better than expected, and Chloe played a huge role in that. Communication was clear and timely, all details were handled seamlessly, and execution was flawless. Her expertise made the process efficient and stress-free. If you’re lucky enough to work with her, you’re in great hands! Thanks to Chloe, the event went seamlessly. Highly recommend!

I wanted to leave a special shout-out to Chloe, the catering specialist who helped me from start to finish. She was organized, kind, incredibly responsive, and made the whole process feel effortless. She paid attention to every detail and made sure our order was exactly what we needed. Her professionalism and warmth truly set this place apart.I highly recommend Cracker Barrel for any event. If you get the chance to work with Chloe, you’re in the best hands!

Traveling in our RV and stopped for a delicious breakfast. Food was great as always. Our server on the other hand wasn't. She stood at the entrance to the kitchen talking to co-workers while we had empty drinks. We didn't see her until she brought the food out. Came for the food and it was delicious.
My experience that food quality and service is the luck of the draw with each location. At this location service was attentive and friendly. 3/4 of the meals were great and some portion no so great. Consistency seems to be the downside to Cracker Barrel.
I know the public has spoken about remodel. But I'm sure it doesn't mean don't fix anything. The bathroom looked like i was in a gas station in the middle of nowhere. The dining room was the same. Food was amazing like always. The waitress was friendly and on top of everything i needed. Lots of potential. Just lost in vision.
My husband was pleased with his meal & portions. I was pleased with the taste of my meal however I felt the side portions were small...2 tablespoons of rice and 4 small sprigs of broccoli. The Rainbow Trout was wonderful! The server was great until she kept wanting to take our plates and give us to-go boxes at 6:30 pm. We advised 3 times we were still eating. Atmosphere was nice...not many guests. A few screaming kids but you can't control that. Overall a nice dining experience.

We called in to order 8 biscuits fresh baked so we could have them on our drive from Florida to Indiana. The lady told us 15 min, we got there in 5min and waited in line to pay. Our order was ready, and sitting behind the cashier, meaning they were not cooked fresh. This took time away from our travels as we then had to speak to a manager and wait the 20 minutes over for fresh biscuits. We called it in so we wouldn't lose time on the highway, someone doing what they wanted, instead of making them fresh, canceled all of our careful planning. I will say the manager was very nice, and fixed it but he couldn't give us our time back, and failed to compt the order due to their mistake.

Normally I love cracker barrel. The one closest to me is awesome! This particular store was probably the worst one I've ever been to. Only stopped here because we were on our way home from Lakeland and starving. Lesson learned. Should have waited a few more exits and went to Sonny's.
I stopped at the Cracker Barrel for dinner and to park in the lot overnight. First of all, dinner was perfect, the service was too of the line. (I eat alone most nights and very often I find the service is pour because a solo eater means the tip is going to be smaller. But Mackenzie did an awesome job and that made dinner perfect) The 2★ rating comes from the morning. As I was getting ready to drive out, I heard a semi truck blair his horn at an RV bus who was blocking his way. So the bus moved. Then the semi truck pulled in behind the store to unload. I wanted to make sure I had room to get around him so I walked over to look and I saw that I was going to have enough room. Then I walked back to my truck with the fifth wheel to finish up everything that needed to be done before I could leave. 10 minutes after I started up and pulled up. Unfortunately the driver saw me looking to make sure I had enough room and during the 10 minutes it took me to head towards the back of the building he stopped using the conveyor belt line which is how he was unloading his truck when I checked if I had enough space. But during those 10 minutes he decided to move his truck to block my access to pull around him and he also quickly grab two hand carts and put them between his truck and the store which made it so I could not pull between his truck and the store. Then he and his helper unloaded more handcarts from the middle of the truck to show that he was not going to let me through it all. A couple minutes later I took this picture which shows him just starting to unload the truck. The inconsiderate behavior of the semi driver who forced an RV bus to move so that he could drive through, only to see me checking if there was enough room for me and he decided to move his vehicle to cut my access off and when he saw that I was going to drive between his truck and the store which I had plenty of space to do he quickly moved hand carts between his truck and the store to cut off my access 100%. That's why I'm giving the store two stars, the manager came out and rather than stop the unloading process before it started so that I could pull through he decided to allow the truck driver to start tossing boxes out. 1 and 1/2 hours later the truck was unloaded and I drove between the truck and the store. As I was driving through I had my windows down and the truck driver told his helper that he "has no respect for RV drivers". The manager had the chance to pause the unloading process before it even started but decided not to. It would have taken no more than 2 minutes for me to drive through but instead I had to sit and wait for 1.5hrs All because the semi driver has no respect for RV drivers.

Order a cup of soup got a half a cup of chicken soup got a half a cup. When she brought it out she told me there's no cornbread and no biscuits it'll be 20 minutes for bread! How's a cracker barrel not got cornbread or biscuits! With the tip it ended up costing me almost 15 hours for a half of a cup of chicken soup and a cup of sweet tea. I've been hitting cracker barrels a long time now and never had such a poor dinner. I'd recommend avoiding this one and finding someplace else to eat!
First off our server was really bad. Didn't come to our table for like 15 minutes whilst others got seated and had drink orders taken right away. Drinks took a while then the food was awful. It tasted horrible. Way too salty (I had the pot roast) it was inedible. Just meat in salty gravy. The server didn't even come to check so didnt raise this with her. Told the people at the register and a manager was called over. This manager was so rude. He said you should have asked for a manager in the restaurant. If we were asked how the meal was then we would have but our server never came back so how are you meant to raise this? He said we can't help it if the suppliers give us bad food. So basically its a bag that they microwave and serve. I think they really need to taste the food they serve as it is disgusting. Absolute waste of money and left hungry, had to go eat somewhere else after. Rude people and bad service.

Probably will never go back. They have gotten rid of so many classic items. The prices are extremely high for the quality. Our food was lukewarm. The brown gravy is completely different. Tasted like it came out of a jar. It was not busy but took our server quite a while to greet us. I ordered a kids meal that comes with a drink. She charged me for the drink. They took the iconic lanterns off the tables. The changes do not seem for the better.
