I usually order my food late night and the wait in line kinda depends on who works the window i noticed. The white guy gets the line moving rather quickly but idk about everyone else.

After 12midnight hours is the best. The manager that runs that shift is great at his customer service and food service. Hot and fresh with a smile every time .
I hardly do review but I'll make one exception. So impress on how Eva helped me very nice nice lady to begin with. Will surely come back again.
This BK is always packed late night but they have some pretty good employees cause they seem to get you thru the drive thru line pretty dam quick unless like this morning some fool falls asleep while waiting in line and screws the hole rhythm up overall its a fast food place so don't expect anything magical and you wont be disappointed

My friends and I are there early morning at 6:30 the morning manager is so good, she already knows what we want to order and many times she brings are meals to our table. They keep it clean and we feel safe and enjoy ourselves there.
I only go to this burger king and I have to say thank you to the employee by the name of Ava I believe she is sweet kind and have grate customer service my kids love whenever we go through the drive-thru and she comes out.
I wouldn't recommend the drive thru it takes really long sometimes up to 30 minutes especially if you go at night. I recommend getting off and going inside they always get everything right. It was fresh and good the times I've gone
Burger King in Charter Way (MLK) is really clean. Their dining room is very clean as well. Staffs are all friendly. I really recommend this place. Me and my friends hang out here early morning most of the time. Parking is plenty.

The food I ordered through the drive-through was hot and quickly delivered, and the employee, was really kind and accommodating.
I went here last night around 2:30-3 in the morning. This and the Wilson Way location are the two 24 hour Burger King locations here in Stockton. It took a few minutes before the worker took my order but when I received the order it was nice and hot and fresh. When I got home the food was not cold and it was good. It was Burger King like you should expect it to be. If you're in the area and it's late night come get some BK you won't be disappointed.

Whoever was making the lunch sandwiches did an excellent job. That was the best put together highest quality Rodeo Burger I’ve had from a Burger King. It was good enough that I wanted to write this review. Staff were friendly enough, but the area is seedy as you’d expect. Several homeless people were hanging around the area.
The Manager C. treats us very good. Our food is always done and fresh. The place is always clean. My cold coffee is always the way I like it. Never have to wait more then just a few minutes. The restrooms are always clean. They treat us very good there. Thank you BK for having very hard workers.
The drive through window girl was very upbeat and patient. The food was to my suprise, hot.Found out we were missing 1 order or fries, but wasn't worth a trip back.
Place is ok,little busy,food is good better than Jack or McDonald's ,restaurant itself is clean,salute to people running this place they try hard in serving customers which some of them can't be pleased.
I forgot to ask for no cheese on my jr. Burrito when I placed my order online. They were nice enough to change it when I went through the drive thru. However I sat in the drive thru for about 5-10 minutes not moving. Not sure what the problem was. Thinking they had one gal there running both the counter and drive thru. But overall she did a great job and was pleasant.
For the main part it was as expected, then i got home to discover in four meals they were all missing there nuggets...i did not wish to drive back and wait, So mu double loss. This was the first time tho, i have experienced a short coming from this Burger King.
Well the staff were very friendly. However they were out of sourdough bread and instead of telling me they put my whopper melt on a regular bun. Also there was no bacon. They did make it up to me though so I'm satisfied
Burger King is a favorite when it comes to the mixing of your own concoction also known as the suicide among my children and I. I was satisfied overall because of you can still get a decent meal and not have to break the bank doing so. So I actually got to have it my way and so did the kids.
This Burger King is close to my home.I only eat burger kings.So I enjoy their french fries the most and they're little single burgers are just great for me , but they french for ice are the best
The burger was great as always, the location not so much. Lots of folks in the area looking for a handout. I was traveling N/B on I-5 and Google maps had me get off on the exit before and go the LONG way. You can exit right where the BK is located and flip an easy U-turn to get there.
Burger King is your average fast food place. The one thing I have to say about the one on Charter Way next to I 5 is that the people are more polite and quicker than other Burger Kings.
It's always a different experience whenever u visit BK. They either get your order perfect, or let you drive off missing something. Otherwise, food and prices are good.
The service is okay sometimes it takes longer than 5 minutes to get your order. The soda machines malfunction almost daily. Either the ice is stuck, water leaks or soda taste funny. At least its clean tho.
Last time I was inside was last year the outside is trashed from people hanging out begging for money front by the drive-thru side by the parking lot back by the dumpsters overall maintenance appears to be low when I come through! Pretty bad when you see the drive-thru window employee cleaning the driveway with the dustpan and handle from the drive through windows
April 11.2022. Ordered 1 with cheese large fry. Diet coke because they had no ice tea. Ordered also 1 with cheese no piclkes small got a root beer because they had no unsweet tea no dr pepper. Also a ice cream cone that was made aweson. Problem was my 1 woper had no cheese and the meat just had slight warm to it so i went back said i ask for cheese like a fresh one gave them the one i had and waited for a fresh one. I dont know if i got a fresh one. Cause the hambugar tasted like the took my i gave them open it up put cheese on it and put in microwave. And put fresh paper on it cause cheese was not melted much and the meat was almost cold. . And your crew on the mask thing well there no point on putting one one if your not going to cover your nose. And to look at a employee with zitzts pop on his nose and blood on his nose was grose. Your parkingking lot is filthy and you have zero trash cans . I understand being short handed. But not this. And also no reciept . What your trying to save paper. Really dont deserve 3 stars but the ice cream was good and frys were good and the sandwich that had no pickles was correct. And good. Will not be returning.
The people working in this BK were excellent: friendly, efficient, pleasant. The fodd.....is BK, what is there to say. It was prepared well, but I find BK food to be just OK so no knock on staff at this location. I rated atmosphere low because this location is right off of a freeway and there were a number of homeless people walking through the parking lot. That is OK, but one of them came in and had some sort of melt down, smashing the thin plexiglass used to separate the cashiers. Not a good experience. I feel sorry for the homeless guy, but he was dangerous and my daughter with her new baby was frightened.

Good deal, good price. They seemed surprised that I had a mobile order, and not quite sure what to do with me. After sorting that out, I did receive the correct food order. Very impersonal at the window, pretty much no conversation, just handed food out.
Bums everywhere and walking in looks like a prison. First burger king ive seen with security glass all the way to the ceiling. My double whopper was dry. Dry patties and very little sauce. Do better guys.
Food was good but they forgot my fries. I even asked if everything was in the bag the worker said yes with an attitude and gave me a dirty look. I will be finding a different burger King since this wasn't the first time this has happened
This place has chosen not to give bbq sauce while running the dollar for 10 nugget menu ( I was informed by an employee). I am tired that they do not represent the brand and sending my co.plsint to Corp. Food is so so like all fast food and the employees are friendly and they earned the 2nd star
It is OK. For some reason their whoppers do not taste the same as other BK's. Chicken sandwhich is good though. I use the app to make orders but it doesnt help with speed of order.
Was just there, sat inline to get dinner for 30 minutes only to have it wrong, and the way they shove the bags at you; you don't get a chance to make sure the order is correct. Paid for a large onion ring... Not in either of the 2 bags.
I usually love this place and I think the food is great but they can’t seem to get any order right. They are too in a hurry to even listen to what your saying and they always miss up orders. They also take a long time to even get your order done and sometime you feel like you wasted your time. Also the people that go their are very hostile. The food is great but don’t expect your order to be right nor to be treated with respect.
Long wait even though we got there at 11:20 am. My daughter and I ordered grilled chicken sandwiches, no mayo, and my husband ordered 2 whoppers, one with no mayo. The chicken was fried and both my husband's whoppers were swimming in mayo. My husband had also asked for barbecue sauce. We were charged for that but didn't get it.
I live near this Burger King so it's the main reason I come here, but as other comments have said it depends what staff is there but seems like the afternoon/evening crew is horrible. Waited in the drive-thru for 15 mins+ with only two cars in front of me and it was for an order of chicken fries which were stone cold when I received them. The reason it's not a one star rating is because there is sometimes where the service is fast and food is hot
Maybe they had a bad day? They're out of meat, broiler isn't working, out of lettuce types for salads, milkshake machine inoperable, self serve soda machine was out of almost all the flavors. So why 2 stars instead of 0? Well I order a chicken sandwich which wasn't affected from the problems and Coke was ine of the 3 working drinks so my only main problem was the 10 minute wait. I'll have to go there another day to see if this is normal or just a really bad day for them.
They have gotten to be so slow the last two months. Last night I watched McDonalds service eight cars to their two. The workers are playing around instead of taking orders. I waited a minute and a half before someone asked me for my order in the drive thru. I won’t be going back there
When you just want a whopper. Staff is terrible. Extremely slow. Terrible communication, Drive thru & inside. I almost drove an extra 10 miles just for better service. & my food was just warm!
Came to pick up breakfast for my family of 4, it took 35 minutes to get 4 breakfast sandwiches, 1 hashbrown rounds, 2 orange juice, and 1 coffee. While standing and waiting we could hear the lady saying she kept pushing our sandwiches back because she couldn't get any help on her side of the cooking area so that's pretty sad I won't be returning but now I also remember why I wasn't going to Burger King in the first place for breakfast!
I dislike giving bad reviews, generally because I'm proud of the young people out here working instead of being troublemakers. But this was not a good experience. First the young lady taking the order kept cutting me off saying "anything else?" I was literally telling you what I wanted and you cut me off. Went over the order before we pulled up, double checked at the window and there was something wrong, they said they were making another because it was wrong... STILL got the wrong burger and none of my whoppers (4) had cheese. I asked for heavy mayo and pickles on one and got heavy onion.... If this was free then ok... maybe. But I spent $45 and my Autistic child that eats plain whoppers WITH cheese is pouting because his burgers are not right. Thank goodness they didn't forget the ketchup or my baby wouldn't have eaten. Never had issues at this particular BK but today, I am not a happy customer.
Okay, service wasn't bad and I still gave 2 stars vs 1 because at least they HAVE vegan options but....geez. They need to WARN people when they are serving REAL MEAT in a VEGAN burger! I ordered the new Impossible Bacon cheese burger, TRUSTING the Impossible meant NO MEAT! Before people nag at me, vegan bacon is a thing! I use it myself so that's why I assumed they were just broadening their vegan options and excitedly ordered. No one warned me the bacon was REAL. So.....having been vegan for 26 years, the bacon made me SICK! I researched what was in the burger and to my disgust realized I eaten meat! And not only real meat but a meat this is ALSO against my religion to eat! 🤢 Very disappointed. Restaurants have a right to put whatever they want on the menu but they should WARN their customers with a name like IMPOSSIBLE/Meatless options and then adding REAL meat smh

They take a LONG TIME to serve your food through the drive thru. I was there at midnight when I got off of work and there's A LOT of homeless people that bother you and ask for money while you're sitting in your car in the drive thru waiting for your food. I'm never going there again. They need to STOP and PREVENT homeless people from loitering and walking up to the cars in the drive thru asking for change! They also need to SPEED UP the service at the drive thru!

Unfortunately aside from breaking down in the drive through no fault of theirs. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional . My experience on Thanksgiving evening was this: I went through drive drive-through made my purchase (not cheap I might add for fast food. )As I was exiting the drive thru my car broke down. Fine .everyone behind me was very polite ,very patient. I moved out of the way parked the car& waited for a tow truck. Went into the establishment to use the restroom and grab another soda. The girls ignored me at the front when I said good evening how are you tonight I was blatantly ignored again . I made my purchase and said thank you. And, was ignored yet again. Only this time I got dirty looks shot at me. I said well then you girls have a nice evening very much have a nice evening continued through the to the side door to exit. Which now all the sudden was blocked off with some chairs. Whereupon, I found two younger gentleman wrestling about and chasing each other at which point I asked if there was a manager available that I could speak with? 1 of the kids jumped up from underneath his wrestling position and said I am the manager. I kind of chuckled to myself and thought is he 12? And, who the heck is in charge here why are these boys why are these boys who are supposedly in management playing grab-ass with his coworker? I explained to him what poor customer service I received . His reply to me was that they were probably mad cuz they have to work Thanksgiving. Oh Cry Me a River!TBSS too bad so sad ! Sorry you had your epiphany on Thanksgiving. Guess it's time 2 grow the heck up and enterThe Real World. Here's a news brief a lot of us also worked on Thanksgiving and we're capable of being nice to our customers and clientele. I've been in customer service my whole life and it takes just as much energy to be positive and kind as it does to be rude and obnoxious I don't think there's anybody employed there that evening that was over the age of 18 absolutely the worst customer service and management I've ever seen. I hope this isn't any indication of the sign of the times and the new generation and their work ethic if so and this is not an isolated incident we're in trouble.
I live in the area and each time i come to this place its at least a 30-45 minute wait thru drive thru. Food is usually cold. Youd think the wait would mean the food is freshly cooked. Well its not!

Staff is rude needed st speak with manager about fraud changes on cc. They would not give me any management's contact info The phone numbers are all bogus the hang up or never answer. They had customers waiting to get there orders taken, it took so long I seen several people walk out while I waited to try and speak to someone.
It was soooo dirty, bad. I never write bad reviews but the main manager needs to know. Food all over the ground, on tables, water and soda all over, no ketchup out front, no straws. My food was not hot felt like my food was sitting there for sometime. Paid with my debt card and did not get a receipt nor did I get my debt card back. I been calling there number but it’s out of order now I have to drive 1/2 hour back to Burger King to see if they have my debt card what a drag.
Spent an hour and a half in this line for some fries the guy who I'm assuming is the manager told me they were understaffed which typically is the situation here but never to this extent it was astonishing. I wouldn't blame the employees this is a clear problem with management they obviously need to hire more people THIS IS A BUSY STORE YOU NEED MORE PEOPLE WORKING
I ordered a vanilla Ice coffee and it was 99% creamer. I went back to to get it replaced and they put water in my drink! I am returning to the store right now and getting a refund. I no longer trust this Burger King because they played with my food and I know the damn difference!!
I live close by and go here often. The service is fast and great depending on who is working. I like Burger King but I'm tired of getting home and having things missing from my order. I should probably check and will be from now on... But now I am at a loss and have to take up more time in that long drive thru line to confirm my order is correct.
Do NOT COME HERE. This is probably the worst Burger King I've ever been too. I was in the drive thru from 3:30 AM and still here at 4:30 AM. That's an hour! The staff seem friendly and probably very under staffed. Not really sure what the problem is here, but waiting in the drive thru for that long is such a no. Never coming back. Can't even leave the drive thru once you enter and lots of homeless who stare at you through the window. Not safe and scary.

If I could put ZERO stars I would the service here is Horrible very very non customer service in the evening two different occasions I had problems with the worker first the lady didnt give me my drink and fries when I order 4 meals Due to me not telling her what kind of flavor of soda I wanted … Second went thur drive thur and had a coupon for $6.99 for a whopper meal I hand the lady my money $20 and the coupon She hands me back $5 and change I asked her I only order one meal for $6.99 then she goes on cussing that I didnt tell her about my coupon and starts to get smart with me So I asked for my Money back she calls for the manager and still continued being rude , disrespectful and even cussed in front of the manager i asked for her name she refused to give it to me no one had name tags got my money back!!! NEVER GOING BACK
I bought 20 nuggets and all they gave me was 4 dipping sauces. I asked for just a couple more sauces and I was charged for it. At least McDonald's would give you one or two sauces before they charge you for any extra. I won't be going back to Burger King anytime soon. The extra 68 cents cost you a customer for a couple months. But I guess if you have a restaurant in the ghetto you're going to act ghetto.

Are you serious I go to grab all of the guys at work lunch, I ordered 8 each double whopper large meals and they gave me 6 each burgers, no straws, and they will not answer the phone I called many times before i went to this length. They all want to make $15 dollars an hour and their service will still be the same and these brilliant individuals cannot even count to 8.

Wow worst burger king ever. We ordered online. An hour later nothing. So we call it takes 20 mins to call cause they wont answer their phones. Then they tell us our ordered has not even been made and there is 3 orders ahead. So our order will not be here for another hour. Two hours for a delivery the worse.
And tried calling the store for over 30 minutes just to ask when they stop selling breakfast no answer I drive to the store and place my order the cashier repeats my order and asked me if that's all about 3 different times. when I got to the window somehow they thought that repeating the order and verbally confirming would change the order to their imaginary new order. somehow they repeat the order telling me 4 burgers but i guess in their head 4 burgers= 2 burgers because they only handed me 2. After verbally confirming 4. Makes no sense. Go back to school and relearn basic algorythm
Door Dash orders are no priority to this restraunt. They have you stand in drive-thu at the window waiting for the food. It took 30 min. for 1 whopper and fries. Way too long for an order.
Never I mean never order for delivery. They dont tell you if their orders are backed up and make you wait for hrs. After 2 hrs of waiting my order had not even left the store. I didnt know they were backed up in orders until I called the store very upset and ended up cancelling my order. They had charged my card already and said it would take up to 7 days to credit my acct. 2 Weeks go by and still no refund. We called to talk to a manager and the girl who answered the phone was very rude and asked why I wanted to talk to the manager because they were unavailable. Later on about a week or two later my husband talked to a manager and kept getting the run around. They just keep saying its going to take 7-10 days to receive money back on my husbands card. It had already been a month already! This is ridiculous. They seriously need to update the online ordering service and notify customers prior to ordering that they are busy and how long the wait time is so they dont just order and not know theres a delay. We called corporate and said theres nothing they can do that I would have to call this number they gave me which used to be their delivery number for ordering which is only a recording saying to go online. The service at this stockton charter way store is the worst! How hard is it that they couldnt just have us come in the store and just give us the cash back. Instead all they offered up was a free meal. Are you kidding me? My purchase was about $15. Finally after another week or two my husband got ahold of a regional manager and thats only because he sent an email saying that if they dont make it right he was going to call Kurtis from channel 13 news about their horrible service. Right away they called back but for some reason wasnt able to refund a card after this long which wasnt our fault. So they offered us a free $25 giftcard. We will never order online again. And if you decide to first call the store and ask them before ordering if theres a long wait time. But I still would not recommend ordering online from this store at all!
Currently sitting in the drive thru as I’m writing this made a mobile order and when i pulled up to the mic the said their registers were close and were inly taking door dash and mobile orders and when i went to explain that a made a mobile order no one responded for 15 mins then as i pull up to the window they tell me that my food hasn’t even been made yet even though its been 40 mins since i got to the drive thru and ive been writing this for ten mins i still haven’t got my food. The food was alright but only go if you got a hour to spare i could’ve raised a cow and made a burger faster. In gonna go back still anyways
Spent an hour in line. Only 5/6 people were ahead of me. It started moving so slowly but I couldn't get out off line because I had people behind me. When I finally got to the window to pay, no one even apologized for the extremely long wait! I was shocked. They seemed to be well staffed and there were no customers inside. On top of that I didn't get what I ordered. I ordered two impossible whoppers (meatless), only to get home and find that one was a regular whopper and the other was two regular meat patties inside the whopper bun. Very disappointed in the service. Won't be coming back to this location.
Im surprised more people havent put more bad reviews here but theyre peobably so fed up that they want nothing to do with Burger King. This place is a joke. Pathetic Ownership. You will wait 15 mintues for 1 order of nuggets. If there are 3 cars in front of you, you will wait up to 45 minutes for no reason at all. The night staff is so lazy that they close the drive thru and only take delivery orders 😆 . When they do take your order, the food is suspect. Dont go at night. I would not recommend going to this place at all.

Everybody else is right, this is an hour-long fiasco every time you go through the drive-thru even when there isn't many people in the drive-thru. If you want to Doordash food from somewhere, don't subjugate your poor delivery driver to this place. The amount of money the dasher makes from this delivery may be fair but the hour-long wait kills their per hour earnings. So if your delivery person is only getting 4.50 from the order including the tip, they are only getting 4.50 an hour by getting an order here. I initially walked in the lobby with other people inside but was told to go through the drive-thru. Worst wait time in California. Burger Kings already are slow everywhere else, this place takes the cake though.
If you are doordashing, don’t accept orders from the 2nd shift around 5pm-10pm because you will be waiting 1 hr, and if your going to buy through drive through it’s even longer just for 1 meal. I watched the cooks and young guy who don’t know what they are doing, I seen the manager telling them “dnt they know what they are doing?” She all stressed out and the girls up at counter gave 3 people before me different orders. 1 of the persons came back in from drive thru mad because she said that was like the 5th time they messed up on her fish sandwich when she asked for it plain. 2nd shift needs a new crew who knows what they are doing. 0stars
Just had the worst drive thru experience. Took an hour with only 5 cars in front of me. Not even a sorry for the wait! Nothing! I'm so upset. I had my four girls with me and we had purple behind me or i would have just left. Never, ever coming here again!
Beware!!!! Drive through took over 20 minutes to service 3 vehicles worth of orders, and the inside was closed. The “no wait” look of the short line is deceiving! Least efficient fast food stop off the freeway - pick a different fast food stop!!
The problem with this place is the drive thru. It took nearly an hour to get to the last window in the line when there was like 5 cars ahead. Once I got there, I can hear people screaming inside. Mostly the woman who works in the window. She didn't check if I was there, the least she could do is check the window and say something like "I'm sorry, we're having some trouble, please wait a moment and your food will he ready", nothing, not even a single look. She just acted as if I didn't exist in the window and continued yelling. The only food I seen her hand out was the food someone in the counter inside ordered, lucky for him I guess, not lucky for everyone in the drive thru. I ended up leaving, I came here to order some food, "fast food", not waste nearly an HOUR of my life just to hear miscommunication from the kitchen and to be completely ignored in the window. Now I have to eat food from home Yippee
Update: Decided to eat here for the first time in 6 month and these people again cannot get it right. 6 months ago: Night Manager and staff don't belong there. Never get an order right, cold food, horrible service, and if your order off doordash don't even get me started. Would be 100% worth it to shut down at night until you find better staffing. Phone is off the hook because they already know what they are doing. Feel free to reach out Id be happy to provide proof and reciepts.
The order was ok, I hate the way the female was rushing me taking order. She asked me anything else in a total of 5 times after I've said 3 items of what I wanted. She also didn't ask me if I wanted any sauces or anything. So I did not get any sauces for my chicken nuggets or chicken fries. She was rude taking my card through the window and gave attitude. Fire her no customer service trained ungrateful self from this establishment, such a embarrassment.
The worst service ever. they need to hire more staff. McDonald's always on top. Burger King is going downhill I was about the pay the cashier on driveway just ignore me waited for 5 minutes decided to leave. They were not even busy it was only another car in front of me that also had to wait about 10 minutes to get his food. BURGER KING OWNERS PLEASE STEP UP. I USED TO LOVE U GUYS . NOTE U LOST A CUSTOMER
I went to Burger King on charter Way in Stockton California and placed an online order And when I got to the drive-thru menu to to notify them that I was in line and had already ordered and paid online they notified me that what I ordered was not available, and that they could not refund the money, that I would have to do it on the website. So I went to the website and had to do a chat with AI and was completely unsatisfied because there was no way to get a refund! They stated they will have a real person call me in 24 to 48 hours, but I need the money back in my account before then! What does this world coming to when you place an order, the business doesn't have what you've ordered, and they can't refund your money!? Don't have an online order for items that you don't have available, are out of stock, or not available for some other reason! I have no idea how long it's going to be before I get my money back and I'm pissed!
Resturant was out of ranch to begin with, and once I recieved my food the french fries were soggy and had no salt.
The majority of the employees were rude and didnt attend us because they assumed we didnt speak english even though they never asked.
Upon arrival mia my partner asked if we could have a moment to make our decision and we were told just to use the kiosk. And then we ordered from the kiosk like. Instructed, we customize our burgers to come off the broil, which means fresh.We also want them to be cut in half and we also wanted to dine in. I said hello to everybody when I walked in.I got nothing just dirty looks. When Our name was called.The order was backed up.My partner advised them that we're eating in, they pretty much ignore that.So then she had to ask for our drinks which were never given to us.Till we ask for them. they gave us one straw, when I asked for napkins I was given 3 I asked for some extra napkins.I was giving 2 more then I said.Can you give me some napkins?I'm gon to make a mess.She had to be three more napkins. I asked for the zesty onion ring sauce which I didn't get, i didn't go up there and ask for anything else because I got nothing but attitude from Aldra . I'm not sure if that's how you spell her name.Cause she was very rude and didn't want to give it to me but I can tell you when we walked in none of them were busy.They were all joking around having a good old time. The inside was filthy.The bathroom even fil theater, one of the restrooms was extremely dirty.That we went in the other one was closed. They were not only rude to me but every person after me a little old lady named theresa they yelled in her. They forced her to use the keosk, she asked for a receipt and was not provided one. Then another couple came in with a child, an Indian couple from India.They were very sweet.They were rude to them too.Told them use the key osk that's what it there for!!! And then after I asked for my napkins, they were sitting there talking about me in Spanish which I speak Spanish so I just sat there and let them talk.Horrible things. I'm sure you guys have video tape because I worked for burger king literally thirty five years ago and I never ever gave out this uncustomer service. We left the facility.There was a line.There was another couple with a child they were french. I was outside taking a picture. They came fleeing out.I said what happened.Did they not talk to you?The dad said no.They are very rude.No customer service at all. I said yeah, that's why I'll be complaining and I will be calling corporate. On top of all this, our burgers were just slapped together, not cutting off at all.I took pictures of everything even though dirty bathroom.I took a video.Knowing that I didn't video is the workers.Cause that's illegal. Horrible!!! NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL! I WISH I CAN GIVE 0 REVIEWS..
This location reliably gets your order wrong, they'll repeat it back to you and put the correct one on your receipt then not actually deliver on the order itself. Also, sometimes they're "open" but only for for doordash pickup. Worth the price of driving to any other Burger King.
I placed a DoorDash order at 1:40. It is currently 3:40 and my dasher is still sitting in line. Has barely moved. This is par for the course at this location. Terrible and slow service, and when confronted on it everyone including the manager will laugh at you. They refuse to answer the phone, voicemail is full, tonight they even took it completely off the hook. They do not care because they know it’s the only 24 hour location. Update: my food arrived after 2.5 hour wait. Everything was cold and soggy. Fries were so bad my dog literally would not eat them.
Order fries and a strawberry shake. It took them through drive through 37 minutes for two cars. I came home and started eating the fries and they were nasty and dry. They weren’t fresh. I left a cooperate a review for the franchise owner to call me and I haven’t heard back…. I will never visit this Burger King again!!! I am better off with McDonald’s
This Burger King is horrible. Super long lines in the drive thru. They take for ever to hand out orders. If your in a hurry don't come to this Burger King. You will be stuck in the drive thru for a minimum of 25 minutes. I tried calling the restaurant and no one picks up the phone. !!! Once your in line in the drive thru. You STUCK in line. Can someone from Headquarters talk to the managers here please. I'm sure I'm not the only one unhappy in line. I waited 50 minutes for two burgers and two fries. I asked to speak to the manager name Serena. She had a attitude the whole time I was talking for her. She just said bye and closed the window.
