I have always had a good experience at this Jamba Juice as well as most of the other Jamba Juices I have went to. But speaking of this one in particular, they've always made my order right, very friendly staff and nice, clean facility..

There's a poddle in the parking lot in front of the door of Jamba that needs to be fix before someone else gets hurt. My daughter got hurt yesterday afternoon she didn't see it on time and now she is in a lot of pain.

I frequent this Jamba Juice every week and the staff had improved greatly. Before the customer service was sub par, but recently the stores have been more inviting and lively. The staff is extra courteous and helpful. I look forward to my visit each time.

Excellent service and very fast and friendly staff! Took order quickly and drinks were made fast. Delicious and refreshing as always. Love the Orange Dream Machine! Highly recommend and will definitely return to order some great smoothies again!

Excellent place to grab a good healthy drink. Good customer service. One of my favorite drinks at Jamba Juice is called "White Gummy". Also first time trying their savory pretzel, and it was pretty good.

This girl helped me a lot when ordering since it was my first I don’t remember her name but I came in around 4pm but she suggested the white gummi and it was the best! Definitely will come back soon! 10/10 service!

OLD REVIEW I love both our Jamba Juice locations here in Stockton! But, I must give props to our March Ln one. Emmanuel is always top of his game, when I come here, whether I order inside or online. He goes the extra mile to provide great service! To all the other staff members as well, I always feel welcome when entering AND when leaving. Even during this COVID-19 crises, with the sign on the door as to how many people can be in at once, they do a great job POLITELY getting people to follow these rules. Keep up the awesome work, you all! I love the great personalities and professionalism here! Great hiring on the part of the hiring manager!

Depending on when you go to this Jamba, it could be real busy, and most of the time, there's only one person working there, taking orders and doing all the smoothies, so if you're not in a rush, prepare to wait.

So delicious! If they can be a little more consistent I'd give them 5 stars. Still one of my favs.

The staff is friendly and always greets people on their arrivals and departures. The drinks are consistent and come out relatively quickly.

Great smoothies. Really loud. All hard surfaces. The workers had trouble hearing the customers.

last time i went mu waffle parfait was looking good and delicious this time i went for the same thing but it doesn't look as good as it was last time even still tasty, just doesn't look appetizing, so whoever prepare it need to put a lil love, just saying

This Jamba itself is good and has friendly, efficient staff. The parking lot is a nightmare and is always full of litter. I avoid it for that reason.

Delicious Green tea smoothies...but the barista will not walk out side to tell your drink is ready....so ...you better wait inside:(

The cashier was honestly like real dumb I don’t know how else to put it nicely, when I got there there was a family waiting because she had gave them the wrong change or forgot it I don’t know. I ordered really simple drink and somehow she managed to actually mess it up I felt bad for her at first but I see the problem.

3 stars for the customer service but the drinks were made horribly. My greens and ginger was so gritty and my wife's peach perfection had no sweetness and was not blended all the way. Hopefully next time they'll be better

You know I usually like Jamba Juice and from a service perspective they were spot on! However I tried the new Electric Berry Breeze and what began as a wonderful burst of berries turned into your least favorite pop cycle in the twin pop bag. You know the one you eat on the hot day, only because it's hot and you need something cold to cool you off, but it doesn't have much flavor. You would not be eating it, but it's 103 outside and you need something to cool you off. Of course you discover this loss of flavor on your way home so it's too late to complain but you are super unhappy with your choice...yep this was my last trip to Jamba Juice...

This manager here is so unprofessional if your job is promoting 1$ smoothies from 3-6 the go with that time and nothing else. If you are unprepared for that kind of promotion hand your job title to someone else. If they give you specific instructions then you also tell your costumers. If you have a cut off time then you as a general manager should come out and speak to your customers and not tell your staff to do it and hand behind your team. That is the most embarrassing thing you could ever do. Someone needs to get train this team how it’s supposed to be done. So disappointed and embarrassed for them. Do better

Very fast service, however constantly gets my order wrong. Could slow down since the place is empty when I’m there. The customer service is good though. Two stars because I’m sick of my incorrect orders. :/

First time I've been to Jamba Juice in about a year...noticed how very expensive my Mango a go go has become. Also noticed the cups have changed and are slightly smaller than the original. Hmm...🤔

Gave 2 stars because previous service had been great. Pre-ordered a drink said it would be ready in 6 minutes went in 10minutes later and drink wasn't done. 2 people ordered at the counter while I was there and got their drink. Hmm.. was not happy with the crew on 05/24/19 @:3:15pm.

First of all careful going into this business. There is this panhandler that sits at a outside cable in his designer clothing and laptop and is panhandling customers as they go in and out of Java juice. I was parked right in front of the door and when he would ask a Java juice customer going into the business for a dollar most customers would state they did not have any money on them. As the customer walked away the panhandler would start calling them profanities. I am a senior citizen and I guarantee you I will no longer be going to this Jamba juice. And oh by the way yes I have told the management and other employees that they have an aggressive panhandler out front and they respond by saying that they will look into it.

A friend ordered drinks for us to pick up. She was happy with her Mango a go go, but I was disappointed with my Bold n Cold Brew. I ordered extra topping and extra sweetness, and the drink I received was bitter and distasteful, and the best way to describe the flavor is "Popsicle Stick"

It was a weird situation. My wife's drink was not made correctly and had chunks of peanut butter. And her oatmeal, which was the reason she wanted to stop, was very watery. Hopefully next time it'll be a different experience.

It doesn't taste good anymore like it use to. Its not sweet enough 😔. Maybe get some kind of sweetener to give a better taste. A whipped cream perhaps 😋

I was given a smoothie I ordered with complete random ingredients, including a fruit I'm allergic to. Absolutely not ok.

After leaving the gym, I trying to get a protein shake without PB with extra protein (I expressed that I willing to pay extra) The worker would not accommodate my order in a sarcastic way. (She reminded me of where I was at) I felt like that was unprofessional. It was my first visit to this establishment, recommended/adviced by my wife and gym staff. To the owner; Thanks for your concern. This is not a reflection on your facility as a whole. Its just my experience at this one.

They have really rude service, didn’t even greet us or nothing. She seem like she hated her job. But I still tipped her anyways, didn’t even say thank you. I also thought was weird that she didn’t even call out our order and I had to ask if this was mine and all I heard was a slight “yea” then she walked away. lol which was funny. The one in Lincoln center is way better! Rather go there for better service. Thanks anyways guys

Was trying to use the phone number that was provided on the website to make an order but no one answered the phone. Shortly after trying to call again they kept hanging up the phone. What is the point of having phone line if you refuse to use it. So don't bother wasting your time. I'm going to take my money to another business
