GK Mongolian BBQ

I've been going here for twelve years, since my Jr year of highschool, and I can confidently say that it tastes just as good today as it did back then. The prices are great, especially if you're going for lunch, and the staff is very friendly. Parking has never been a problem for me, since there are multiple lots in close proximity.

I've been coming here over the past few years. The food is really good and the customer service is amazing. I stopped by yesterday and everything was fine. My two kids really liked the food. We had a beautiful time here. We're definitely coming back soon.

This is definitely one of the best Mongolian restaurants we've managed to find. Not exactly a hole in the wall, but it's not too large. Food on the bar was fresh, and the recommendation of sauce mix was good. All you can eat for $10.55 is a phenomenal deal for dinner. Has a small family and quality care feel to it. Next time we drive through, we will definitely stop for another round.

It was delicious. It was my second time there and it hadn't changed a bit. It was buffet style so I got my money's worth. The staff where friendly and they kept it clean. I will definitely go back more frequently.

I remember my mom bringing me here when I was little and me falling in love with the expirence of preparing my food and watching them make it at the March lane location now im an adult woth 4 kids and a wife amd we still visit quite frequently....there were a couple servers that became like family wjen I was younger everytime we went they would ask about my family always with a smile on and the chef who prepares the food he's been there since i was a little kid much respect for him very nice and always recognizes me the owner was an older man very nice and his wife I believe the son took over he was also a very nice i would remember him coming to the restaurant after school to help the family out.....as we grow older you appreciate the kindness and hospitality from the places you've gone to since you were a child I wish nothing but love and longevity to this business and to the family thank you for all the birthday lunches and dinners and always thank you for the memory's.

Love to come to Mongolian BBQ! You can make your own bowl filled with chicken, turkey, pork or beef and have a choice of many veggies and tofu if you like that sort of protein. Too it off with a mountain full of noodles then add your favorite sauces into the bowl like bbq, teriyaki, lobster, house, sauce, minced, garlic, and many more. You give it to the cook and BAM, he cooks it right in front of you. If you dine in, you get rice, soup and potstickers at your table. Sometimes it’s a wait but is worth it at the end because at dinner time, you can make more then one bowl to feed your hungry appetite. Enjoy!

Food is always good. The only complaint is that, it summer time... it's super hot in there. They need a good ac unit or something. We were all dying in there. I don't think I'll eat here again until the colder seasons lol.

Food was great. Definitely recommend. The guy grilling was a pretty chill. Gave me a little secret on how to get the most flavor.... but I'll never tell! 1 complaint I felt a little cramped inside there. Very small area open, had 8 tables open. 6 of those full left very little room. There were more than double the table in the place. Next time I'll go make me a plate to go Netflix and chill

The food was delicious as always. I took the family in at around 3:30 pm and the only problem we had was service,the poor lady at the register was doing everything by herself, register, seating, waitress duties, cleaning, and trying to fill the online orders, I have to give to this lady she handled it professionally.

It was great people where nice food was good maby clean up the buffet area a bit more but considering the nature of that kinda severeing styal it get a bit messy with everyone serving them self. Over all very good place affordable too

I then said to go as well as let her know her surroundings were dirty the bowls were down 22 on the counter one was dirty she pulled it back took it back and brought out some more still didn't do anything but sweep the floor countertops were still filthy and her personality was horrible I believe she needs a vacation good hygiene is a must in a food place.

Only 4 employees on a Friday night at 8pm. Service was very slow. The 2 ladies that were working were very busy and forgetful. 1 cook stayed focused on the job of cooking the endless sea of bowls being brought to him from the customers and the ladies bringing him the carry out orders. The other man working was cooking, refilling the food bar, cooking some more and I think I saw him buss a table. Considering how busy the 4 people were they just kept moving...quickly. The larger side of the dinning room was closed. The wait to get the food cooked was over 20 minutes. I had to ask for the rice and more water. I heard other people having to ask for their food as well.The floor and counter near the cook station was again covered in food and sauces. A dangerous slip hazard. The counter was just a mess giving the impression the restaurant is not clean. It was like this on Feb. 1, 2022 as well. Please give these employees some support and hire some more staff.

Unfortunately, the restaurant was very dirty, and the overall experience was disappointing. The service was poor — our waitress never came back to check on us or offer drink refills until we were already finished eating. The light fixtures had a noticeable amount of dust on them, the floors and other areas looked unclean, and the bathroom was especially dirty and poorly maintained. Overall, the cleanliness and service really took away from the experience.

spend a 100.00 food took forever to cook. there was no noodles waited 20 min to refill. it was a Friday all you can eat. chef just kept adding water making it liquid. I told him not to add water. i didn't order a soup

Don’t order doordash from here! Spent 55 dollars on meals for four people and didn’t get at all what we ordered. A bunch of noodles with NO veggies what so ever. Then when i attempted to call them, it would just ring and ring. Not pleased

I had the most horrible experience with a to go order. It was delivered packaged sealed and all. I started eating and was enjoying the meal, when all of a sudden I bite down on something hard. I spit a piece of my tooth and this screw out. It has to be a screw from one of the cooking utensils or from the grill.

Nice workers but terrible quality ingredients,lots of fat in meats , soggy veggies, watered down sauces with hardly any flavor.and no spicy chili oil or peppers to add to make the food spicy.

I hardly ever leave reviews but after my experience, I have to. This used to be one of my favorite places to eat. I hadn't been here in a while and boy has the quality and service gone to crap. You walk in, no one greets you. I ask do we seat ourselves and they tell us we can start serving our bowls. You get to the serving station and there is food all over the floor (noodles and vegetables). You can tell the food has been there for a while because it's all stepped on. Now you get to the serving utensils, the handles were so oily that your hands are literally greasy by the time you're done serving yourself. Now you get to the liquid seasonings and they're spilled everywhere, they did have someone cleaning that area (thankfully). Now the final stop... the cooking area. The little man cooking proceeds to look at you and shake the tip jar, not once, not twice, but three times. I finally had to tell him that a tip is not given its earned and to quit shaking that jar at me. I had all intentions of giving that man a tip but all I had was big bills so I was going to wait until after I paid to get change. Now we have to find a table to sit down and that was almost impossible because all the tables were dirty and still had dishes from the last customer. We find one table and we sit down. There's no utensils, no napkins. We wait about 7-10 mins before we walk up to the front and asked them for utensils. About another 10 mins pass before they come and ask if we want something to drink. Half way into our meal they finally decide to bring out 2 old looking pot sticker and some bowls of soup. We finish our drinks and do you think anyone asked if we needed refills... NOPE! It's time for us to leave so we walk to the front to pay. No one is at the front register, we waited about 10 mins for someone to even notice us and another family who were in line to pay as well. At that point you could have walked out without paying and I doubt anyone would have noticed (but I have a conscious). My overall experience was very poor and disappointing. I will never eat here again!

Ordered the egg flower soup and veggie spring rolls on 07/22/24. 3 hours later I have developed severe food poisoning - extreme stomach cramping, headache, vomiting, chills etc. You will absolutely never catch me eating from this place again.

Do NOT come here! I would give zero star if I can. We drove a long way to get here but got Very disappointed. Both me and my husband got serious diarrhea after having this. Big safety issue! We keep go to toilet during the night.The place is just not clean. The tong we used are very oily and sticky.

The stove is falling apart he never cleans the grill unless requested by customer and the bathrooms here are never clean. I wouldn't recommend this location very Unsentialized it ridiculous. Grill is not clean. I usually go to the one on west lane but the time I went last night the west lane one was closed so I had to go to this location and I got big chunks of black stuff all over the vegetables and noodles because their grill was very dirty. They rarely clean it.

The food is okay at best, the staff are always in the kitchen (not in customer sight), and the help-yourself-bar set up has been a mess every single time. Well tonight as I was walking out I noticed multiple giant mice or rats running along the back walls and windows. I went back to ask if they knew and if so, why the restaurant was still open. The only person I could find was the guy working the hot stove, he said management knew and they’ve set out traps. This is absolutely disgusting. If you know of a problem you don’t keep the establishment open, especially one where the premise of your restaurant consists of setting your food out for customers to serve themselves. I will not be returning.
