I preferred this location to the other one in Stockton. The quality of the drinks was the same but the service was better and closer to my old apartment. They also had better access to computers, internet cafe style.

Tried this place a week ago. Drinks are so good. Even though they were busy are drinks came out fast. I ordered 6 drinks and food. Will definitely come again.

I love their slushes. Especially raspberry with mango popping balls. Another favorite is Thai iced tea with boba. The calamari is also really yummy.

I like this place. It's located within the shopping center where Marshalls is located. It was my first time visiting this place and I love the ambiance. It is very clean and reminds me of a coffee shop. There are more menu selections for drinks than food compared to their competition (like Quickly) I met here for a meeting, and ordered a hot peppermint green tea. It came already sweetened and was very good. I also ordered the fries which supported my vegetarian lifestyle. They came out about 10 minutes from me placing my order (it was a bit busy when I came in) and they were perfectly seasoned. The staff was friendly and I felt their menu items are reasonably priced. I would recommend this place for any of my friends to try as well.

My sister has been going to this boba shop ever since she started attending UOP. We ordered 7 drinks and there was no complaints! Everyone loved their drinks and the prices is cheaper than what other boba shops charge 😊 The staff was super friendly and patient with our orders. UOP student also receive a 10% discount! ^.^ Lollicup Coffee & Tea seem super studying friendly and I would suggest Stockton folks to stop by :)

Traveling for your job sometimes means less-than-desirable food choices and customer service. Enter Lollicup to save the day! I'd had a long, draining day and walked in last night just 30 minutes before close. My tea specialist was super sweet and explained by Taro Tea situation, so I got exactly what I needed (boba, obvs). She even asked for my ID when I handed over a company card! The other lady working was super sweet, too. Please keep being awesome, and I hope to be back soon!

Avocado Boba slush and popcorn chicken mild spiced with sweet and sour sauce is all I need. Oh and don't forget the deep fried tofu. I do wish they would fry the tofu a little longer so it's more crisp. Truly a nice snack that will keep me over till the next meal.

Excellent tea and flavors, but for some reason this location is really stingy with the amount of boba they give you. You can pay for more, and the total price is still less than other boba places, but why not give people enough boba for their drinks in the first place?

I've had a few less-than stellar milk tea drinks from Lollicup in the past. The boba would also be too tough and not sweet enough. There are better tea shops in Stockton that offer more variety and better quality drinks

Calamari was bland, squid balls were great drinks were good. Sauce was extra, not good either?? Why would you add a broken arcade machine when half the buttons won't work.

Annoyed with this place. My daughter had to use the restroom until I literally purchased something. Mind you, I was already in front of the cashier and they still did not want her to use the restroom until we bought something. Like really?! I get it, there's probably people that only comes in for the restroom, but this is a kid that needs a restroom and I am already going to purchase anyway. You really had the NEED to hold the restroom key hostage from someone that needs the restroom?! NOT COMING BACK AGAIN!

Door says open till 10pm on Fridays but they locked the doors at 9:30. Please change your open hours.

Don't call their number if you want to place your order. They will pick up the phone but will leave you waiting. When I got there, I was still on hold and they were not that busy to take my call! So frustrating! If they don't want to take advance orders then leave an automatic reply when a customer calls!

I ALWAYS get it "Spicy" and it's always peppered down to the perfect spice. THIS TIME, I ordered a "Spicy" and a "Medium" and both are them look EXACTLY the same. Can you tell me which one is the spicy and medium? I was being Okay with the situation and ask if I can just get a side of the powder chili and the white guy tells me it's going to be a 60 cent charge!! First of all, I asked for spicy and it's nothing like how I normally get it. The owner I'm assuming, came and "tried" to help out but ends up telling me "it's like this because this spicy might not be as spicy as my friends spicy or medium calamari because we have different spice levels that we are able to handle." WHAT!?? That doesn't make any sense at all! I was just simply telling him that I normally get it really peppered when I order it "Spicy." Spicy should always be spicy without judging on how the customer looks. Please make the calamari's spiciness CONSISTENT. I come from TURLOCK just for this calamari and sad to say I WILL NOT BE COMING HERE ANYMORE. Lost my business and my friends businesses. I will pass the word on to my friends so they won't be disappointed as I was. I hope the owner sees this and does something about it.
