This place is my go to on Fridays. I always opt out of the rice and opt in for the macaroni. Yes, I know it's a lot of carbs. But it's soo good. And I save half of the macaroni for the next day.

Finally had this for the first time in probably over 10 years an the teriyaki chicken bowl I had was delicious. I even ate the cabbage it came with (which I never do) . I can't wait to have the other items on there menu. This is one of those places you can never go wrong with if your looking to get a good quick sufficient meal that's not fast food

Food is good for dinner! Ordered just in time before it closed. Food was freshly cooked.

Everything was great but I pulled a hair out the Mac salad so I stopped eating once I seen that 🙃

Food was good, place was pretty beat up and dirty. The counter guy we had was solid, but the young woman that replaced him was very short with those she helped. The restroom was disgusting.

The pork was pink, I’m not sure if that’s how the dish is supposed to be prepared. But I didn’t want to risk getting sick. I let the cashier know, she said it was the way it’s supposed to be. That could be true. But there was no offer of changing it. So I told them I’d pay for something else. They swapped it for me, no charge. I just didn’t care for it. The beef was very chewy. I lived on Maui and I never tasted anything close to this. But I bet some people do enjoy it.

​I am writing to formally complain about a recent experience at your Trinity Parkway branch in Stockton, CA, today, February 16, 2026, at approximately 6:09 PM. ​I ordered a BBQ Chicken Mini Meal for my wife. The teriyaki sauce provided on the side had a distinct, strong plastic/chemical smell to it. When my wife poured the sauce over her food, it contaminated the entire meal, making it inedible. ​I attempted to resolve this by calling the restaurant directly immediately after, but I was informed that no manager was on-site to take my complaint. ​Given the chemical odor, we did not feel safe consuming the food. I am requesting a full refund for this meal and urge you to investigate the storage and preparation of your sauces immediately. ​Sincerely, ​dissatisfied customer

The food here was horrible. It was dry and all my meat was burnt. I couldn’t even finish it. the portion also does not reflect the prices. I remembered the food being much better in quality & taste before when I used to live here…🫤 sad

Service sucks. This is the second time the girl at the register is rude, and unprofessional. The first time they messed our order up too. I placed an order online tonight, and once I arrived to pick it up the cashier didn’t acknowledge me, she stuck a finger up (like she meant one moment) and turned around, and another employee had to help me. The order was not ready yet so we waited about 5 minutes. Once the food was ready she called our name up, I walked up she asked for a last name confirmation, which I gave her. She then proceeded to toss the food on the counter towards me. And walked away. I am very upset about how I was treated. I will be contacting corporate as well. I recommend training staff on customer service, as this is the SAME employee who was disrespectful and messed up our order last time as well.

When I called Ono to let them know about it and that my son was on his way back for the missing plate, the employee I was speaking to had the audacity to act as if I was lying about not receiving 1 of the 5 plates we ordered. Please tell me why anyone would waste their time calling and driving the10 miles back, wasting time and gas to pick up 1 plate of food if they were given the 5 plates ordered? And when my son arrived to pick up the missing plate, the employee STILL had the nerve to argue with him that they put 5 plates in the bag. Seriously,people? if we had been given our WHOLE order to begin with, we wouldn't have wasted our time calling, or driving back to get something YOU forgot and FAIL to take responsibility for. Blame the customer because it's easier for you to do than to admit your mistake and make it right? Shame on you. Does that make any sense? You think somebody would spend over $70, just to drive 10 miles back to get 1 plate of food for free? Use your brain, people. Admit your mistake and take Accountability instead of getting defensive and blaming someone else. It's really that simple.
