Yummy beans and rice! I did have a chicken quesadilla with chicken enchilada special and I cleaned my plate. The gravy was delicious. I ordered a Pina colada and the drink was classic. There were some fans watching a football game in the bar and the energy was great. The bartender was so kind and all the staff were great! There is a banquet type seating area which I didn't try tonight but for a nice dinner out with a girlfriend, it's comfort food that hits the spot.

Update: Thursday, August 14, 2025 PM Consistency seems to be an issue. A couple of nights ago I had just about the best tamales I’ve ever had so I went back tonight and ordered tamales again. They were definitely made by a different cook. They were not good and I will not order them again. The masa to meat ratio was way off. I had chunks of just solid masa with no meat ! I thought I found my Nirvana of tamales but it turned out too good to be true. Again, consistency! Sad ——————— Update: Tuesday, August 12, 2025 PM Impressive. Everything from the taste of the food to the temperature and how fast it was delivered! The food looked amazing when I received it. It tasted amazing… as good or better as it does in the restaurant. I ordered two pork enchiladas with rice and beans. It was delicious. They have really good gravy and you can’t put enough gravy on it for me. The other order I ordered for the next night was too pork tamales with rice and beans. THE PORK TAMALES WERE OUTSTANDING! Believe it or not this is the first time I’ve ever had tamales that had more meat inside than they had masa on the outside! I mean they were outstanding. The gravy is excellent. I would’ve liked a lot more gravy over my tamales. This is going to be my standing order when I visit Miguel’s in person. Compliments to the chef, to the person that packed my order, to the person that delivered my order. We will be ordering from here again soon‼️🥰 ————————- Update: Tuesday, April 26, 2022 Been a while since I’ve had Mexican food. Went here partly for taco Tuesday which in the past was two dollars per taco now it is three dollars. The increase in price is understandable. They’ve held at two dollars for quite a while. My issue is not with the price but with the shredded chicken that they use in the tacos. It’s not the same as the chunks of chicken that they used to use. They were really good back then. I do not like or care for the shredded chicken at all. But I still ate a couple of tacos since I was hungry. I also ordered a pork tamale. They make their own tamales, I believe, every Thursday or every other Thursday. It was pretty good. The servers there are the best! Kudos. My main server was Caroline but if the other servers see a need, they pitch in. I wish they would go back to the real chunks of chicken instead of the shredded chicken! ************************* Good food! Four stars because of how expensive it is and the small portions. Just like everything else, prices have gone up. Quite a bit! Tonight I ordered chili Verde with rice and beans. The food was excellent. But a very small plate for almost $19! Probably trying to make up what they lost in the last couple of years and also pay for the higher salaries for the employees. But… They still offer the two dollar tacos on Tuesdays! Your choice of chicken or beef. They are good. Crunchy chips and good salsa albeit little thin. The best fountain Pepsi in the area with Sonic-style ice! This is one of my favorite Mexican restaurants in town.

Never been here before but I got a delivery order. I ordered the chile relleno and beef enchilada combo plate. The enchilada was good but the relleno was made with what looked and tasted like an Anaheim pepper. Never had that before and not sure how to feel about it. Also the salsa tasted like ketchup, and unfortunately I had put it on the food before tasting it. Salsa shouldn't be made with ketchup.

We have eaten at Miguel’s for decades. We ate there today and were extremely disappointed. The food is not as good as it used to be. Not worth what it cost. We were basically ignored by the waitress. She was busy visiting with the other employees. We had to go to the kitchen to ask for a to-go box and for our bill. Now I know why the restaurant was basically empty of customers. Won’t be going back.

I can’t believe I let my daughter talk me into eating here. I ordered chicken taco and chili relleno and if I could send you the pictures it was terrible paid $60 for 2 people!! Ate maybe $5 dollars worth!! My taco was so soggy they laid it on top of the chili relleno that when I picked it up the bottom of the tortilla came apart it was soaked in grease from to much cheese on the chili relleno 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

I just feel a little bit ripped off after this child's plate that I got for $13.50 excuse me $13.35 It tastes all right but I literally could have gotten twice as much for like $4 less a taco truck. Hell I could have got more food across the street at Carl's Jr probably would taste better too. I absolutely cannot recommend Miguel's to anybody sorry Miguel.theres nothing complementary on this plate. A smaller portion for a smaller price? Wow. Im just going to have to let this one go. You guys got me. Once. Itll never happen again

I order chilirolenos, the picture telling all. Sad looking small size pepper. No crispiness of the batter, likely has been cooked long time and just get reheated. The veggies dressing was loaded with sugar. mushed bean, bland similar way with salsa, just throw in the food processor.

First time trying this spot for breakfast w my husband , did not like it, food was salty, table smelled like if that rag was dirty, customer service ehh. No homemade tortillas either . Not authentic my honest opinion. And pricey. Not going back.

I’ve come here 3xs with a friend and each time, the food tasted absolutely TERRIBLE. In addition, the food is WAY freaking OVERPRICED. When my friend mentions wanting to come here to eat, I cringe with disappointment. I have other friends who don’t like the food here either. And the restaurant, the restaurant itself is whooped. Super old and outdated. U want to pay for overpriced terrible food in an ugly environment, then go ahead and eat here. Straight garbage.

on July 3rd, 2025 we dined here and everything was fine. I paid the $30.55 bill with citi visa, adding a $3 tip. We received our statement and were surprised to see they had changed my tip to $10 and processed the charge at $40.55. Very dishonest!. Citi gave me an instant $7 credit. Good food but wont go back.

Miguel has always been a favorite of ours until tonight. The tortillas were stale and two or three days old—-both in the enchiladas that I had and when I ordered a couple of extra flour tortillas to eat with our dinner. Not good. Made me very sad!
