The dishes I chose were A1 and D13, which are the signature items of this restaurant. I might have been able to find flaws if I had tried other items, but A1 and D13 were quite tasty as expected of the signature dishes. A tip for you: A1 is actually a bit lacking in flavor on its own, but it becomes very delicious when you add the hot sauce available at the table, so keep that in mind.
The staff is so nice! I love the decor on the walls. Omfg those dumplings tho! My rice was awesome. I highly recommend. My teen eats like a hungry hungry hippo, and he loves this place too
The food was delicious and the service was amazing! Great recommendations by the staff. We left with full tummies and grateful hearts. Everyone was so nice!
This is by far the best dumpling place in Stockton, Lodi , Manteca. A must try place. I met the owner today and he is so humble and down to earth friendly!!! Comfortable atmosphere and delicious food. I had the pork soup dumplings and they were very flavorful!! Cucumber salad was delicious and fresh tasty. A must try place
Found this place on Instagram and decided to give it a try! I must say I’m glad that we finally have a great dumpling restaurant here in Stockton! It’s a small restaurant and their open kitchen allows you to see how they make their dumplings! Also, their decoration is pretty cute! As I walked in, I was greeted and seated instantly. I ordered multiple dishes: I got the house special soup dumplings, crab and pork soup dumplings, seafood fried rice, spicy wontons, salt and pepper fish, and their Shanghai fried noodles. The house special soup dumplings are a must-try; the soup and the flavor are top tier! 10/10 Crab and pork soup dumplings are not bad, a bit on the salty side but definitely worth a try if you are a crab person. 7/10 Spicy wontons are flavorful; the wrap is not too thick and not too thin, but could be a little spicier to my preference. 8.5/10 Fried rice was awesome! I was surprised the amount of seafood they put in their fried rice, it was a little unexpected! Now that’s the definition of a seafood fried rice! 9/10 Salt and pepper fish was a great appetizer. 8/10 Shanghai fried thick noodles were savory and delicious, good portion too! 8/10 Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. Yall should give it a try!
I tried their spicy pork soup dumplings and I was pleasantly surprised with how good they were. I would compare the quality to Dough Zone, but the service was what really made it so enjoyable. My server was great at explaining the menu and giving recommendations.
Didn’t realize there was a dumpling place so close to me. The staff were excellent and the food was absolutely delicious. I ordered the shrimp and pork dumplings, bbq pork buns, teriyaki chicken fried rice, honey walnut shrimp and got fried gyoza Everything was delicious and I’m definitely coming back to try everything.
Food is delicious definitely get the shanghai noodles. decently priced and has large portions!
Staff were very professional and attentive. The food arrived quick and fresh. The food tastes great and the spice level were perfect.
We as a family love this place. Food is great. Service is awesome and friendly. Recommend to give them a try!
I am absolutely in love with these Korean corn dogs! They are super delicious. It is the most famous local street food, typically made out of sausage, hotdog, cheddar cheese , or mozzarella. The sausage, cheddar, and mozzarella is my most favorite. Not to mention the corn dogs are made fresh. The batter is perfect, and it was really crispy. I am coming back for more! :) As soon as it opens there will be a long line. I would recommend coming 15-20 minutes early due to a long line of waiting. A good thing about them opening, I don’t have to drive out far just to get these. I’m happy that they finally opened here.
Worth the visit! Tried half the menu. Food was amazing 👏. Service was okay. The ambiance is great. I will be returning to try the rest of the menu 😋.

Great food, definitely not what you would find at your Panda Express. The portions are sized for more than one person, so bring a friend.
definitely my new fav My favorite dumpling spot 10/10 recommend amazing service friendly and super nice and we will be coming back soon!!!
This is a pleasant and clean place with a good atmosphere. The menu offers a wide variety of Chinese dishes. I tried the Shanghai fried noodles and really enjoyed them — very tasty and well prepared. A nice spot for a meal.

Delicious!! Went here for the first time while visiting family in Stockton. Great food! Amazinggggg service! Christy was so sweet & recommended the Coconut Sago for dessert and it was so delicious—not too sweet! Stand outs were the Beef Roll and the House Special XLB. Would come back!!

I just left Nicky's Italian when I noticed the Dumpling sign, so I seen their specials and decided to get the braised pork for the daily special. The menu is small so I was overwhelmed at first. But after ordering I noticed more items I will be trying soon. There is a little language barrier. When I waited to order the lady came after a moment and said roughly, "What do you want?" Nervous and not fully understanding I just muttered the Friday special braised pork. She repeated several times and even showed me on the computer screen to confirm my order. Afterwards while waiting. (Long time but worth it) I realized what the cash I was asking was, was I dining in, taking out or picking up. But again, a little nervous. The young man that started my order seemed like a trainee. A young lady came in to help put the dish together. After the long wait he hands me the bag and say, I thought a spoon because they didn't put one in the bag. But he looked in the opposite direction of the plastic ware, which was directly on his other side arms length away. Plus, he actually closed the bag which was funny... But all were kind or kept away from me. I got my meal and headed to my vehicle for the review while fresh. I am not use to the jelly consistency of the braised pork so it took a moment. But the flavors was incredibly delicious. Almost too salty, but the rice cut it as mentioned somewhere in here. Also, my first experience with a marinated egg. Well, half of one anyway. Extremely delicious and I understand the hype. I will definitely be making my own soon too. Almost overwhelming, but the plain rice and cucumber slices balanced it out. There was a pickled something I forgot which is sad for how many years I was a chef/cook/pit master. I regret not getting a dumpling set. But I will be back soon My only real downside or negative comments would be the small menu print, no to-go menu's, small language barrier which isn't important when you can just point. But my biggest issue is mine. Their opening time at 11 am. I wish they opened at 9 am. But again, that is my issue. But it makes it difficult for me to visit, as I am not around that area at that time. Cucumber was fresh, rice was very dry, which actually worked with the heavy coating sauce. The aesthetic's and atmosphere was done well, especially for a small dining area. I would easily recommend stopping in for good food. My braised pork score is 8.2/10
Dumpling U - where have you been all my life. Enough of the drama..seriously though, glad to see Stockton is finally getting some diverse in their new restaurants popping up. Look for the hearts on the right side of food item - this means their popular ort favorites. Be adventurous and order different things every time you go. Ask the staff what the food items are if you are not familiar for a better experience. Sit inside since, well there are transients that wander the parking lot.
Cute & clean chill vibe cool concept w/hot dogs or corn dogs I had the mozzarella + spicy sausage dipped in hot Cheeto dust ! ❤️ Love it and a guava juice to go with it was really good lots of mozzarella cheese so be prepared ! Lol

When arriving you have to check in at the tablet at the front register. The wait time is not accurate it said our wait time was going to be 15 minuets when we hade 13 people ahead of us. We ended up waiting 1 hour. The staff was very friendly and we're trying thier best. We ordered the chicken pan fier dumplings, spicy pork soup dumplings, pan fried pork and shrimp buns, pork shumai, and char siu freid rice (not a fan of frozen veggies in fried rice). Over all the food was ok nothing that stood out as amazing. The dining sauces were just soy sauce and black vinegar base.
First time. A close friend of mine and I decided to check it out for the soft launch. Walking in you seat yourself. The menu was pretty understandable and quick to the point. Rice and noodles were okay. It felt like it was missing something. The cheese rangoons were a little disappointing, much more intimidation crab than the cheese cream filling I am used to with past restaurants I have tried. The dumplings were pretty enjoyable. Overall, I would say it was a great start for this location, but there is a lot of room for progress.

Good spot to enjoy a good meal. Family friendly with something for everyone. I enjoyed everything we ordered.
Food overall is not bad. But, beef from the beef noodle soup is still chewy and rough to eat. I wouldnt go back to order that until they fix the issue. Its all about how long you boil the meat..My wife is Mexican, she makes the best Taiwanese beef noodle soup and I'm from 🇹🇼. So I know what's good what's not. Let me know when the issue is fixed, I'd be happy to go back and try again.

Too expensive for the quantity and quality. The soup dumpling tasted like unwashed pork. We barely got enough food for two people on $40.
