Service was fast . Lacking smile / greetings with the cashier. (Guy) Barista excellent.

Typically a great experience, it has come to be expected here. If there is ever a problem with a drink, it is fixed. The staff is always friendly even when they are slammed!

They are super friendly and the coffee is just delicious, worth the money to me

The team creates a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes every visit enjoyable. The drinks are well prepared, and the environment is clean, comfortable, and relaxing. It’s a great place to sit inside or outside, whether you want to study, unwind, or simply enjoy your coffee. There is plenty of space, and the overall experience is always positive. Highly recommended, and I look forward to coming back again.

Called for a quick coffee. Friendly staff and clean tidy estaishment. Would return. We had lattes and muffins, they were as expected, ideal with our beverages. I would recommend this shop if you are nearby. Restrooms and wheelchair access are good.

Always have great customer service and prompt service on my order. Don’t go much but when I do I feel like I’m part of a special family.

I came to this Starbucks because my friend had a gift card and she needed some stars to become a gold member so she bought drinks for each of us. When we got there there wasn't too long of line. But after a while it started to build up. Turns out the cashier was new and we definitely understood and weren't in much of a rush or anything so I didn't really mind. I'm not much of a coffee drinker so I just ordered a kid's hot chocolate. My drink didn't take too long to recurve. It was a good temperature and tasted great. I wish I asked for no foam but that's okay it wasn't such a big deal. Pretty standard Starbucks in my opinion. Starbucks is Starbucks and it's a franchise so it's going to be pretty similar wherever you go. Overall good place. Good service and it's clean.

Sometimes line to drive through can interfere with people trying to leave other businesses Marques outside and pickup window and counter at drive through could be a bit cleaner. But they have only messed up my drink once and promptly gave me correct drink. Clerks always polite but incredibly busy but fast. They deserve tips people! I go here about 4 to 5 times a week.

It's a really chill place. You can hang out with friends, do business, or have a Meetup/date. Service is nice, very respectable people. The atmosphere is nice. Almost never crowded. Even when it's crowded it still has a nice atmosphere.

The coffee is great. And usually the customer service is amazing, but this time the barista was obviously having a bad day. The drinks are expensive and I normally don't mind because the service is great. But although employees are human too I don't need to feel uncomfortable when I come in as a paying guest.

Usually fast. Double check your order though sometimes they don't completely read your order correctly when making it. 2 times in a row I ordered no ice and they put it anyways

Convenient and pretty efficient getting in and out of, the only downside is that every time ive been here, the place looks dirty. The trashcans were full to the brim and quite frankly, i dont like to stick my hands in trash when im trying to throw something out. Good folks and great baristas. Somebody at starbucks should get the folks some afternoon help ;)

The service was not great. While the people were nice and I received my drinks in a timely manner, the food took 10 minutes AND it wasn't even crowded!

This Starbucks is hit or miss. For the longest time this was my go to Starbucks, then all of the sudden they couldn’t get my dink right for the life of them. It was so annoying I completely stopped going there and started go to another Starbucks further away. Then they started messing up my drink so I tried this spot again and they were back to perfect again🤷🏻‍♀️. So far so good hopefully they can keep it up.

If there was another starbucks close by I would definitely go elsewhere but sadly this is the only one. I don't think I've ever seen any of the workers smile here. They don't acknowledge you either. I understand they get busy but with the money you pay for the drink there should be quality but 90% of the time it's watered down.

I come here all the time because it's walking distance from my house. Ever since the new ownership and management took place, it's awful. They're SO slow, even during the busy hours. People wait like 15 minutes just to get a warmed up banana bread. They don't even fill up your cup all the way either. There's more foam and bubbles than there is drink.

Limited food the Music is playing WAY TOO LOUD and no consideration for the customer using their laptops / tablet computers an ELITIST coffee place and way OVERPRICED coffee & NOT RECOMMENDED! You're better off going to McDonald's for coffee which their coffee is much affordable better tasting and will not cost you an arm and your kidneys to get coffee! Charles Schultz, the CEO of this coffee company is already being paid $3 BILLION a year as his salary so DON'T GO HERE!

The baristas were nice. They were just out of the things we requested. I even ordered something paid for it and was told they were out after receiving my drink My suggestion is to just make sure you have items in stock.

Disgusting service, Despite me purchasing for my wife and myself. My wife was asked to make a purchase in order to use the restroom. I would never buy again from this store

O stars the worst Starbucks store ever if you wanna buy a drink don't come here. I ordered a Matcha and they gave me a different drink and then told me to wait and make my order then they didn't eat add any flavors to the drink and made it dark Macha disgusting I'm disappointed🤢🤢🤢

The staff informed me after 5 min of waiting that the decaf machine was not working and instead of decaf late offered me a decaf coffee. I said sure, 8 minutes later they still didn't have one for me. After telling staff member I can't wait any longer the response was "ok"

Flat white is my favorite in Starbucks, I mostly get that, but what I got from this location was not anything like flat white, I had to throw my whole coffee away. What I observed was they made the coffee and afterwards add iced on it. Was really disappointed.

Oh man just made it in 750pm.. And a chubby blond girl that works their Was mean to customer's that walked in at 758pm really rude.. i was like wow. Oh and my two fraps tasted nasty.. Tryed calling no one wood answer phone. Fyi please do not go their bad service.... Bitchy people. ..

I had a disappointing experience at this Starbucks. I had visited earlier in the day, but when I returned and asked to use the restroom, a supervisor refused access because I hadn’t made a new purchase. The lack of flexibility and customer service was frustrating. I’ve been a paying customer and expected a more considerate approach.

They have a sign that tells you to challenge a batista to a GAME of connect 4, if you beat the batista you win a free drink...I challenged the person that seems to maybe have been the manager , he tells me there is no one available to PLAY. SO I SAID "I WIN BY DEFAULT " he said NO, it doesn't work that way. Anybody disappointed by this response. One free drink that would have costed him 50 cents and made a happy customer..THAT'S BAD...TOO BAD.

Stoped by two days in a row for Cafe… used the restroom… they were out of soap for more than two days… big sigh on the door that at least they have to wash their hands… ask manager about- they sad that they don’t know how to refill the soap dispenser… disease spreader store…

Holy moly. When I asked why the app wasn’t working the lady said they were too busy in the morning and had to shut it off. That’s okay! But then we were in there watching the baristas and wow! I don’t think the problem was that they were too busy. I think it’s that they have no hustle whatsoever. I can tell it’s not ran well. It’s the dirtiest coffee shop I’ve ever been to. I get that they got slammed earlier in the morning, but literally nothing was cleaned! The floor was disgusting, there was coffee spilled all over the walls, lid holders were dusty (ew, food surface), nothing was stocked. A hot mess

First they skipped me, then serve two customers behind me in line then I remind them to make my drink and wait patiently but the drink is disgusting. I order this drink everyday but this was the first time to this location I had to return it, get my money back and go to a different Starbucks in the area. I do not recommend.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. This place is absolutely horrible. Terrible service. Lazy workers. And the manager has a terrible attitude and is rude towards the customers. The manager is also lazy and someone needs to fire her. The workers make the incorrect drinks and does not care for the customers.

I rarely order from this spot but every time I do I always order atleast 15 minutes before I leave my house and still end up waiting 25+ minutes from time when it’s suppose to be ready. Bad service. Would not recommend at all.

Bad service. Ordered coffee with whipped cream on top. They forgot the whipped cream so i asked for it. I got a weak little whipped cream and because of the weakness it fell on the ground.. They do everything very fast like they have no time for you while it is not busy. I’ve never experienced something like that in a Starbucks.

The service is very slow as me and my wife came while there were already eight customers ahead of me while three employees took twenty five minutes to process my order. They definitely need more employees.

Worst Starbucks I have ever been to!! Would give negative stars if I could. Waited 32 minutes for my 2 drinks. Kept asking throughout and said they didn't forget, but that it was still in the queue. Don't come here. Never reviewed a business before, but I feel that I should warn people.

Very slow service...sometimes I come in the morning around 5:30 and still have to wait about 5 minutes for regular coffee...afternoon around 15:30h - 16:00h i end up waiting 8 - 10 minutes for an redeye sometimes they don't have brewed coffee...like now it Saturday walked in at 16:53h one lady in front...I ordered two grande coffees...10 minutes later i asked the barista how long does it take to pour two cups of coffee....HERE IS THE BEST PART...oh you didn't get your coffee yet??...I will go the 2.7 miles out of my way to the other starbucks on mission blvd. ...unless you don't have nothing going to do or are a senior citizen then I would not recommend this place...at least not until they change the management...
