It's a Krispy Kreme donut store, so if you are going here then there is probably a 99% chance you know what to expect in terms of product offerings and service. This particular location delivers on both counts. And the location is fairly easy to get to with ample parking.

No one else makes donuts like Krispy Kreme. Come when the fresh donut sign is on for the freshest melt-in-your-mouth donuts. You can't go wrong with the regular glaze -- its even better than most of their flavored varieties.

Drive thru speaker has been out for well over a year maybe even two. So you will definitely have to order at the window and wait. Then the window is all wood made and not professional looking at all

This Krispy Kreme location is fantastic, especially because it has a drive-thru, which is incredibly convenient. The wait time isn’t too long, making it easy to grab a quick treat. The donuts were fresh and absolutely delicious. I would definitely come here again!

We are visiting SFO. I was disappointed to see no dunkin doughnuts around. So, it was my first time trying Krispy Kreme. Freshly made doughnuts were just wow! I don't think I can ever go back to any other doughnut shop.

4th of l July we received two free donut! Also today we buy 12 get 12 free! They had really good service and they donuts were good and fresh. Bummer we didn't get to see the donut be made but still a great little shop. If I had to suggest something to the store it would be to clean the inside and outside of the glass where we can see the donuts being made it was not very clean and kind of a turn off. All in all we can't wait to come back. Thanks again

We stopped in to get some donuts and the sweetest customer service person, Araya helped me. She is so helpful, friendly and great that I just had to stop and review the establishment. This is the only KK I've been to outside of Oregon. You guys are great Keep up the great work!

My friend and I had just gone to eat and decided that we needed a little sweet dessert. She looked online and saw there was a specific donut that she hadn't gotten in a while and wanted to buy it. We decided it would still be cool to go inside. There weren't that many people so the line was quick. The store seems very clean, and there were distancing stickers on the floor which I find to be very helpful even though people are not always following it.

Classic Krispy Kreme experience. Located right next door to a Jolly Bees as a stand alone building at the opening to a shipping center and should be easy to find. It has always been my opinion that these glazed donuts which the franchise is most known for are more like candy or treat donuts due to then being extremely sweet and relatively small in size compared to the classic donut experience and maybe even overpriced if you consider what you can get larger glazed donuts for elsewhere, but people love it and you can't argue the franchise success. This particular shop is well managed, clean and accessible. Lines will depend on the time and day but generally moves quickly. If you want a Krispy Kreme donut, there is no reason to avoid this place.

Been coming here since I was a little kid.... Love, Krispy Kreme donuts.... They're not too expensive. They're delicious and the magic is when you can get the fresh glazed ones right off the line.

I hadn't been here for quite awhile, I actually don't eat the whole hot glazed donuts my husband does & shares a bite with me. (I think they're to sweet) got the six pack & Left. We were headed back home across the bay went back to use restroom & get a hot chocolate. They were getting ready to turn the HOT light off, the ladies were courteous and patient with all before me & after me. Everything was clean tasty and good. We'll be back.

I love the dots, they are the perfect size to try 6 different flavors. The service is quick and painless. If you go in the store, they give you pa glazed donut for free warmed up. Comforting!

Although their machine wasn't up and running when I came in, they still had plenty of delicious donuts to sell. Sweet & friendly employees wished me a happy birthday with my donuts (I used a birthday promotion on my Krispy Kreme app), and once I heated it up at home, I enjoyed my OG glazed (the best flavor!) very much. I find their iced coffees too sweet to pair with similarly sweet donuts, but that's just my two cents!

Yes so happy it’s open and I’m out and about! I missed my donuts and the red light is on plus the apple fritter donut is here! The line is long about 45 min but in my Tesla it’s okay plenty to do with the computer on! Definitely coming here again!

Love the donuts here and this location I love, been coming here since I was a child. Usually I get the dozen glazed and chocolate. Just a heads up if you come here the drive thru is always super long. You will be waiting at least 30 minutes on a Saturday night. I came here yesterday but the drive thru was closed for some reason, had to walk inside. Overall good location and good service!!!

Update on my review. Came here July 4 2024, the young man working in the morning was a gem to deal with. I appreciate the amazing service. Polite, greeted customers with a smile. The July 4th firework donut was yummy with the oreo filling. The Filipina lady with him is always very friendly and welcoming too. My fave krispy kreme. Sorry I didn't catch their names. Previous review Machine was broken on the day of our visit, no original glzed for my husband. Came here for the "I love you choco lot" and also got the football donut that had custard. The donut felt a little dry, but the filling was good. Overall, it's still a pretty good donut.

The doughnuts are freshly made and you can see the production line how they make the doughnuts. Much variety in doughnuts and serving varieties of coffee. Not much atmosphere in dine in and table i used was not cleaned from previous costumer.

Only my 3rd time but great clean spot. Fun to watch them be made right in front of you. The lady working was kind and even gave us the warm fresh ones! Would give it a 5 but kind of a long drive not that convenient and the energy was low in moral. But good fresh doughnuts if you haven't had one it's worth the stop🍩... Only ordered doughnuts so review not based on any other food/products.

Husband stops every morning to that first cup and some days he over does it and sneak in a few donuts, nothing like donuts & coffee right? I enjoy their perks. The speed of drive-thru is a bit slow which is never great

These donuts are to die for, but you already know that. Some employees are friendly, others not so much. But who cares, I'm just there to get fat and enjoy the sugar rush. There are good deals to be found on Groupon if you like the regular glazed donuts.

Their regular donuts are fine. Their seasonal donuts for fall are a bit too sweet but what made me drop a star was the terrible pumpkin spice iced coffee. It was undrinkable. I cannot even describe how awful it was. Super disapointed. Had to toss it, what a waste of money, save it for a regular cup of coffee

The staff members were nice but I had to wait for a while even though I ordered thru the app and was just picking up. I think they also ran out of original glazed mini doughnuts so they asked me if one of the boxes will have assorted ones. Overall, it was an okay experience.

The donuts are amazing! Love love their classic original glazed and strawberry iced! They’ve increased the price of the dozen (which is a bummer ☹️- 1 star for that) but I’d still buy for certain occasions!

I give the woman who was waiting on me 5 stars. For it to be driven thru the microphone doesn't work so you have to drive up to the window to place your order. This woman had to wait on customers inside and outside. We were patient with her. She kept her composure and still gave excellent customer service. Also just a heads up this is second time I have driven up and there is a cart with trays of donuts covered outside. Seems not sanitary.

First-timer with Krispy Kreme and I got their Harry Potter collaboration for $26. Is that expensive? Yes. Was it worth it? Yes. Wouldn’t do it more than once though (so I split it with three friends). Aesthetically speaking, the donuts were pretty good. Taste-wise, they were solid. I’d still prefer the classic glazed.

I was hoping that they’re still operating the assembly line, but they just don’t. Not sure if it’s because they lack employees or it’s the weekend. Or is that they’re broken now. The place is big but lacks seatings. This location has been here for years and surprised that nothing has really changed. They have all sorts of donuts at the front.l you can choose from. They’re still good though. Perhaps, I should come back during the weekday to see if they’re operating it? We’ll see.

There was 15 people in line inside the store and only 2 people working the counter, but 4 people working the drive thru. I went out and drove thru. 26 minutes to get a very expensive donut. No donut is worth that. Each of the don't pictured were $1.99

They hot doughnuts hour do not always align with what's posted on their website. The lady packing donuts for me one day was trying to rush me to cut my order short even though there was no one in-store and no one in the drive through. The doughnuts were good though. Sometimes get free donuts

AVerage is what I would tank them. If you order online be wary of 2 things. Whatever you ordered online might not be available in the actual shop. I suspect it's either because they don't keep a real time or anytime count on their actual inventory or they sold them prior to your arrival. 4 online orders and only 1 time did I get my complete order. 2nd thing. Which is annoying. Every one of the 4 online order experiences where the same regarding pick up. I get there go to the a pick up lane, show them the order on the phone, they then start to pack your order. So you are standing there waiting. If there where people in the regular line you will have to wait to an employee is done. If that happens it would be equivalent to just showing up and standing in line without pre-ordering. In addition If they are out of an option you ordered, they come back to inform you and ask you for what you want as a replacement. Now if you had ordered more expensive donuts and your replacements where cheaper, and you want a refund, you will be there a really long time. Basically buying online for pick up at this location is useless.

Bought a Groupon for 2 dozen glazed donuts! I paid an extra $2 to get an assorted dozen. The lines are pretty long around 7pm. I find the assorted donuts to be too sweet for me due to the fillings. The Christmas donuts are super cute though!

Customer service is a hit or miss. Late afternoons and weekends service is not that great. Came for the Halloween dozen today and donuts are hard and taste stale. They were out of the Scooby Doo decorations that go on top too. I don't believe these Halloween donuts are fresh at all. Disappointed.

Unfortunately, we came in pretty late during the day and did not get a chance to witness the making od the donuts and most that are displayed are a not the freshest. Still good though. It is Krispy Kreme after all.

Bought doughnuts with fillings and it only had the tiniest amount of fillings. Staff was excellent thought and hence the stars are for them but doughnuts fail.

Typically receive great service at this location. My family and I always visit late Saturday nights. However tonight was quite a different experience. We waited in line for almost 30 min. Not a big deal, don't mind waiting but when we got to the order menu, the lady Informed us that they were only accepting cash. We did not bring cash so could not order. I drove through a bit annoyed and when I pulled up to the window to give the lady advice on posting a sign that reads cash only, she totally ignored me and acted like I wasn't even there.

Too expensive for getting day olds (at least that's what they tasted like from this location). Their latte also leaves a nasty aftertaste in your mouth. Very unimpressed with this location. The girl at the drive thru window was very pleasant though (why they got two stars).

First time at this location. Not up to par with the other locations I've been too. They put water in the premium hot coco instead of milk. I had a custard filled that was cold, like it came out of the refrigerator and it was stale. Counter service was good and courteous. The stars are for the service not the product.

​I have been coming to this Krispy Kreme location for a decade, but my latest experience in November 2025 was genuinely shocking. ​It's already frustrating to watch the donuts get smaller and smaller while the price increases, eroding the product's value over the years. ​But the most concerning part is the absolute failure of quality control. I purchased 5 items this time, and the size variation among them was unacceptable. Please refer to the attached images: there is no parity in size, even between two donuts that were supposed to be identical. ​How can a flagship item show such a vast difference in dimensions? This is a serious lapse in quality assurance. Management must immediately investigate and correct the consistency issues being highlighted here.

It took a long time to receive a dozen box even though there was no one waiting in front of me. Just because the staff (even the person who looked like the boss) weren't doing their job well. I won't visit here again.

Got 2 lemon filled donuts and 2 small coffees for 9 dollars and change! The donuts tasted old like they were aired and like crumbly... the coffee did not taste fresh... more like bottom of the pot of coffee. We asked for cream and Splenda but it did not taste any Splenda at all. They didn't even give us any napkins... not a good experience and it just reminded me of why I do not like Krispy Kreme, only went because my friend wanted and usually likes their donuts and coffee. Worst ever. Long line we had waited in and to get this at 9pm with no receipt is just not good business!

I showed up 25 minutes before their closing time and they didn't let us order because the young guy said "they had alot to clean". Um ok. Maybe you need to update your times to close at 1130pm to allow your employees to clean.smh. sucks I'm 100 miles from home. Been looking forward to krispi Kreme All day

These most recent donuts were one of the worst Krispy Kremes I've had, EVER. They were stale and frosting was a slime like texture. I've been going to this location since 2009. idk if it's the newly hired staff .....or. nvm, it's definitely the newer hired staff for the night crew. They seem careless. It shows in the quality of donuts ....

I was there to pickup a dozen assorted donuts and wanted to scout some donuts that I could get in the future. I asked for a sample, they denied me citing it is privately owned and they stopped giving samples. Yet they have a Hot Light ON, why advertise that you are giving samples when in reality you are only baiting people to walk into you establishment. I got Lemon, Raspberry, Strawberry, and Iced Custard varieties. Donuts were a little bit stale! For a place that makes them 5 feet away, they couldn't serve me fresh! Filling was bad, too acidic and absolutely no real fruits. No small strawberry chunks, no raspberry seeds, everything felt artificial. The sugar powder on top of the donuts was too diluted with starch. I understand that you don't want to put sugar and have it cake/clamp, but you don't dilute the powdered sugar so that it barely tasted sweet! If the donuts were fresh, the filling wasn't a cheap artificial knockoff, and I was offered a free sample I would have kept coming back for weeks! Price: $9.99 per assorted dozen. WILL NOT COME BACK THERE AGAIN!

Not organized. Shift manager/supervisor was professional (4 stars for the shift manager) but cashier acted like she didn’t care about the customer issue. Is it too much to expect some customer service from the cashier? When you go there, set your expectation low. You will not be disappointed.

There was a new clerk in the store today. Some of the items I ordered were out of stock, and he kept saying that they didn't have them. Can't they put the ones that were available? In the end I had to cancel them all. Don’t you train new employees?

Donuts are stale and old. You have to ask for fresh donuts and ask them when were they made. While I was in line waiting to order, the young lady behind me said she was in line for a refund because her donuts were stale. Sure enough some of ours were stale as well…Beware!

Becareful of the time your going, when we got there around 330 in the afternoon we found that many of standard donuts were out just had about 2-3 options. Since it was my son's birthday we got some anyways. When We got home the donuts are old and stale, seems like day old. They need to have franchise do a quality check.

Had to change my ratong from 4 stars to 1 star. Came in early in the morning for a dozen glazed and a dozen classic assorted to bring to work. Unfortunately they had no glazed donuts. How could a Krispy Kreme be open and have no glazed donuts? I haven't been to a Krispy Kreme in like two years and I'm shocked how much smaller the donuts are now. Is this like a shrinkflation thing or did I just get a bad batch? Lastly, these donuts were clearly from yesterday. A few were pretty stale. Do NOT come here early in the morning. They don't make fresh donuts before they open.

Quality of donuts are hit or miss. Midday I got 6 of donuts for Valentine’s Day as a gift to my husband. I opened the box and the bear’s face is lopsided. Manager does a bad job hiring people. Car in front of me had their order taken. I waited five minutes for my order to be taken. I pull up to the front window and nobody’s inside the store (no customers). Employees, very dry barely finishes the sentences when speaking. Based on other reviews on this, Krispy Kreme, I feel it it’s important for the manager or whoever is running this business to hire better quality employees and to make sure the food is safe when giving out to customers. I’ve gotten rock hard old donuts before from here mid day and got decently fresh ones at night. Inconsistent and just not safe for people to eat.

Poor customer service I was waiting in the Drive-Thru with only one car ahead of me waiting for their order. My bf decided to get out of the car and go inside and asked them a question when they were rude to him and walked away when he said he had a question. It took them almost 5 minutes before I decided to go inside because my car was getting wet inside from the rain. There was three of us total and only two went inside due to the rain. They refuse to give us three donuts because they could not see the third person while the red light was on. We even offered to buy donuts to get the free donuts. They were extremely rude when I was trying to explain the situation. 5 people working with slow and rude service.

To expensive since pre pandemic $16.00 for 5 donuts said it cost extra because two were specialty, never again. Pre pandemic you can get a dozen for $7.99. And this is my second time here where the workers are lacking in listening or straight out dazed out behavior.You say what you want more than once and it doesn't end up in your box or bag. Then they don't even have any original donuts, said they were all sold out and if we wanted them we had to wait 30 minutes, no thanks. To many donut shops to put up with bad service , over priced and smaller donuts and some are to sweet according to my granddaughter who didn't want any.I see why hardly anyone was there, but they claim sold out not true, they had entirely to many donuts just different flavors that didn't interest me, no originals or sour cream donuts and last time my grandkids wanted donut holes but they were really cut up donuts dipped in powder sugar and were disgusting, we got a refund for those, Krispy Kreme need to get it together. Found out Krispy Kreme sold out to another country and they supply donuts for sell in Walmart no wonder they'e gone down hill. Not sure the new company took over yet, but this the sign of what is to come no thanks.

I just bought some donuts about 30 minutes ago I ordered 3 custard, the custard has definitely gone bad!! After taking the first bite I immediately wanted to vomit! The custard had a green hue as well . I tried contacting the location but was unsuccessful.

I got an email about this $5/24 donut dots deal. I went there yesterday after work, but I was told they sold out. I ordered online today to pick up at 5:45pm. I got one box of donut dots, but those were actually original donuts cut into small different size pieces. I bought donut dots from this store before, and I don't remember they looked like cut out pieces of donuts! It just looked so disgusting. I cut out donuts to share with family all the time, but none wanted to touch this box this time. I called the store and they said that's how they made donut dots! They told me to bring it in and they can replace it. I asked if they have the real donut dots, then the men said they can refund it. Then my line was disconnected. I called again, a lady insisted that's how they made donut dots, and she said they can't refund it because it was a deal. I said, another men said I can get a refund. She gave the phone to him and he said I have to bring it for a refund. I asked to refund over the phone because I don't live near by. They told me to call next morning to speak with their manager.

The Harry Potter set did not include Hupplepuff; when I ordered, the store had it in stock but did not put it for me; if I knew they would put the sorting hat instead of Hupplepuff, why would I spend extra to get the combo? Poor service and overpriced!
