Randomly went in here, was suppose to eat somewhere else, but it was closed. The food here is absolutely amazing. Give it try.

Absolutely love guacamole! My husband and I order their burrito bowls all the time. The food is always fresh, the restaurant is always clean and the staff is super friendly and always cooking up fresh batches!

The best carnitas tacos I’ve ever had in my life. Wish they had many more locations!! The carnitas has so much flavor is mind blowing! And everything is so fresh! Best place for tacos!! And their salsa verde is superb as well!

Nice place, nice people. Chicken quesadilla and shrimp tacos were great. The diablo sauce is also very tasty. I wish the nachos were served on a plate or wider platter and not a bowl though. Ill definitely be back again.

Some of the best Mexican food I've had. We've ordered the steak and chicken quesadillas a few times with everything on it and they've always been outstanding. Their nachos are great to share as a side for two people.

Really great tasting food. This is NOT some plain tortilla just thrown together with rice and beans, the quality really exceeded my expectations. Ordered a chicken burrito, chicken tacos and pork nachos. All were better than any Mexican in Suffern. Glad to have this new option.

Guacamole offers dishes that are simply....outstanding. Whether it's their tacos, burritos, fajitas, or the amazing namesake Guacamole... If you like mild, medium or hot, just let them know when you order. The ingredients are fresh, not canned. Sooo authentic. Give them a try.

My new favorite ! One of the most flavorful Mexican spots in Rockland. This has become my new favorite as it is right by my job i go once a week at least for lunch. Food is high quality taste, affordable, and the service is always great. YOU MUST TRY THE SERRANO Sauce- if you dont then dont bother going.

I was visiting the area for a youth sports event. Looked up close options for food. This place was fantastic. Cute window drawings and the inside is beautiful with amazing paintings. Clean! And the food... Fresh salsa, guac and chips were delicious and everything was spot on. When I come back to the area I will be back to try something new

The guy that was doing my burrito was really friendly, he insisted on trying las calavazas and I was effi about but I'm glad he convinced me, they are full of flavor as well as the pico de gallo, y regret not getting the hotter source but the mild space also has a good taste. I also put the fajita peppers and onions. Definitely a different taste... will come here if I have trips around this restaurant.

We ordered our meal through GrubHub, got the notification it was ready for pick up, got there and the guy hadn't started it and said he didn't get the order. We showed him on our phone it said it was marked as ready. So he did quickly make it, but he didn't make it right - added ingredients that weren't supposed to be in it, didn't take out what we asked to be taken out, and didn't add the sauce we asked for. The burrito was hot on one end and cold on the other end. The chips were stale. We've eaten here before and enjoyed it which is why we went back, but this time was not a good experience at all.

The place is nicely decorated, I ordered the Steak burrito, non spicy meat. The meal was huge, and filled me up, definitely a place to come if you are hungry. The produce was fresh, just ask the preparer to add a dash of salt, pepper to the meat.

Burrito was fine, chips were stale. Did a mobile order but they never received it, so I had to reorder at the restaurant. They comp'd the meal due to the problem. The cook was fast and pleasant. Really don't like the decor. Probably won't go back.

I was recommended to try this restaurant. I had the steak burrito bowl. The steak could have been cut into bigger pieces and seasoned better. I felt I was searching for the meat. Any of the other toppings overpowered the meat. I ordered online and was told the order would be ready in 20 minutes. It took me 30 minutes to get to the restaurant, and they hadn't even started making the order yet.

We were looking for a local alternative to Chipotle, but unfortunately very disappointed with the meal. Portions for the burrito, chips, and queso were considerably smaller and blander than anticipated. There also seemed to be an issue with the cashier trying to upcharge on Guac when we did not request any, multiple times. Will not be back.

Not sure if it was the Salsa or the Guacamole, but something was extremely salt, which messed up the entire meal. I have only been the re once and plan on stopping by again to see if it was just a mistake.

CREEPY WORKERS! BE CAREFUL! One of the workers took my phone number from the caller ID when I called in and order on august 11. He texted me from a phone number ending in 5846 and asked if he could get me a drink. He admitted he was from guacamole. I ignored him after that and yesterday I walked into guacamole and he texted me AGAIN last night at 2am. What a creep. How dare he take my number from the caller ID. Now I can’t go there just to avoid him.

If you white you will like this place. The NY Chipotle disguised behind a Mexican name. Disgusting, had to walk out. Attitude while looking at the menu and asking questions. Real Latinos stay away, unless you have no taste buds or just white washed. Sorry not sorry.

I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! I have been a guacamole regular since they have opened. Within the last 2 years service has completely plummeted! Sadly the owner is the sweetest man you’ll ever meet but the 2 regular employees are HORRIBLE! This is the 3rd time I’ve received a raw protein and for it to be fish and chicken will kill someone! I may never go back.

Workers are very rude. They make a person feel like never coming back. I think they need better customer service for sure. I was very disappointed. I have been there a couple of times and its always the same horrible customer service. The rice was also cold.

Food was made Chipotle style, no issues with that, but everything we ate was luke warm at best. I'm not normally one to post a negative review, maybe it was just the perfect storm. Guy was rude, food was cold, and they forgot to put my kids cheese quesadilla in the bag. Overall food was OK, take that with a grain of salt, again, I'm not happy with the overall experience and am maybe judging the food to harshly. My end all be all question with any dining experience is would I go back? In this instance, the answer is no. Jason H. Norment
