The food was as expected, good value, and turned out fine... Also efficient. The restaurant was at maximum capacity and still, there were no delays. However, my 5 stars are mostly coming from service, which was really excellent. Our server Misty was on top of the game, by the time we asked for a water or coffee refill, she had already done it and set it in front of us without us even knowing. We got everything we needed before asking for it. I noticed that the servers at other tables were also super focused, fast, very high energy, kind, and in good moods. I hope management is able to appreciate this and make an effort to motivate them and maintain this service.

The food was delicious and came out hot and fresh. From the fluffy pancakes to the perfectly cooked everything was spot on. The restaurant was clean and comfortable, and the service made it even better. Big thanks to Maria for making our visit so enjoyable. I highly recommend this IHOP at sugarland.

This is the only IHOP location, my fiancé, and I go to because they never miss! The service is always on point and the food is always fresh and delicious. During busier times there can be a little wait however, it goes by quickly. We love this location because they do play music low in the background and we always love the songs that come on while we enjoy our food. This location is also one of the cleanest IHOPs ever!

The IHOP was in a good location near the highway we needed to travel. The food was delicious. I believe the meal we had was called the Big Breakfast, sampler. It had pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage, ham, and hash browns. I would definitely order it again. The wait staff was attentive. It was very busy at 11:30. The parking was tight.

The people here are what make it awesome. My niece was turning 6 and really wanted IHOP. We went to the one in sienna, which was empty, and they still turned us away. This location grabbed onto the opportunity and knocked it out of the park. Yes there were some issues along the way. This would be expected. They people took care of them though and we had a great time. They even sang her happy birthday. Skip the IHOP in sienna and go where the people take pride in what they do.

My wife and I visited this location after leaving the gym late on a Thursday night. Despite the late hour, we were greeted and seated immediately upon walking in. We live in the Richmond/Rosenberg area, but drove to this location after receiving poor service on multiple occasions at the location closer to us. There was night and day difference in both the service and the food. The food was fresh and well-prepared, and Gabriella was amazing. We will definitely keep this option in our rotation, especially for late night cuisine.

My family & I had a very good experience here. We were shown to our table at once, and after having a chance to look over the menu, our friendly server (Alex) came to take our order; she was attentive and thorough. Our hot meals were nicely prepared and enjoyable. Sweet Tea & coffee was perfect. The dining room that seemed to have been updated recently was nice and comfortable. There was ample parking around the restaurant. This location is right off of the US 59 feeder road and it was easy in and out.

Seeing people show kindness and care like that is rare these days. It truly made my morning even better.

The manager, Samar, made today's visit absolutely amazing. We arrived at 10:30 on a Saturday, so their busiest time, but she was so attentative to everyone's needs and on top of everything. I RARELY leave reviews on anything, but my experience here was the best experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The staff hustled fast and were all helping each other to the point where it was obvious. Everyone was obviously pleasant to the customers, but the part that stood out to me was how they were with each other. There was an older lady on the team that was hugged and kissed on the head by a young coworker in the sweetest most innocent way. It reminded me of my relationship with my grandma. I told my wife to look over at the interaction quietly and another team member noticed and said “we’re all family here”. As we were leaving and actually as i was typing this, that same lady was addressing a family that had just sat down by name showing me that this Ihop has repeat customers and I can only assume it’s because of how perfectly this place is ran! I truly hope some higher ups look into this specific Ihop, because it really is special!

Switched our seats and she still got it right. Busy day but still attentive service. Real menus. Clean table. It's just an IHOP, but it's nice to be comfortable and well served, which these days seems to be sacrificed at the alter of hipness at all the new places. Improvements: had to ask for utensils (and please bring back the harvest grain and nut pancakes).

I was seated promptly at a booth for 4. I was by myself. I ordered the special 2+2+2 for $6. The over medium eggs were still a little underdone. The pancakes and sausages were fine. My server was quick to refill my coffee, and the second time, left a small carafe. The table was sticky, so I moved over to another table.

A regular family spoton the weekends. Nothing too fancy; always the good ole' classics. Servers are always friendly. Just wish they would bring back the impossible sausage patties.

We have been coming to this IHOP for 12 yrs. Today a bit disappointed. Our waitress entered in Jalapeños instead of green peppers on my omelete when placing the order with the kitchen. When I took a bite the spicy and hot flavor was way too much. Also, my pancakes were not delivered as well. When I finally got the waitress she put in another order. In speaking to the manager who was awesome ...she took back everything and had the kitchen cook a new order. Uhm...yea...so my food had hair in it. They painstakingly remade it after what seemed like an eternity... I think they waited for the chicken to lay the eggs first or something. Everyone else was done before the refire came back...under cooked. Hash browns aren't supposed to be all white. You could tell by simply looking at it that the hash missed the brown part...and I asked for toast and butter with my breakfast early on and after the replacement food came out and after I was nearly complete with my "re-cooked" meal when my toast showed up...without butter. And the waitress kept telling me repeatedly my toast was on the way since I asked for it, before I noticed the hair, when I was told they'll recook it, after the new food came, after bringing me my hash(no brown), refilling my tea, I sit and wait awhile then decide to eat while it's warm and then the toast shows up without butter. Then charged me for my daughter when they advertise kids eat free everyday sign by the door!...waitress told me I had to ask for it, with the sign on the front door!? ...oh and I was charged for the toast that should have come with my $12 breakfast! ...hello? manager on duty where are you? Update: 12/10/19, So we decided to give them another try. Disappointed again. My daughter's mac n cheese was microwaved. Cold clumpy spots with warm clumpy spots. My chicken sandwich came out wrong and tasted old and dry. The manager came out and said she gave us a discount for the issues= kids eat free. Lol, they were supposed to be free already. I wonder what their health department inspection looks like. Will not return. Ever. It's permanently affixed to the "Don't eat there list!"

I don’t care how good the food is. I will probably NEVER come back to this particular IHOP. The IHOPs in less fortunate parts of town has better service. I stood there for 10 minutes before someone could even come greet me. Then waited another 10 minutes to be seated… and it wasn’t even that busy. Then after finally being seated, I waited another 10 minutes (more or less) just for a server to come to the table. We wanted to order an appetizer but decided to just get straight to my main order instead because we just knew we weren’t gonna see the server again for a while. So said, so done… but I wasn’t surprised at this point. While sitting here waiting for my food to arrive, I have watched about 6 families walk in and leave because nobody took the time to even come to the front and greet them at the very least. It’s sickening to watch money just walk out the door like that. At this point, I am considering just going over to chik fila next door.

They should really renovate this IHOP, compared to other locations near it this one is severely outdated and just felt gross as soon as we walked inside. It was overly humid and the floors felt sticky and wet and the clean table we were seated at still had trash underneath it on the floor. The waitress didn't really understand what we wanted even though we pointed on the menu what we wanted to order and got the wrong items but still charged us for more expensive items we didn't want. I definitely wouldn't come back here especially when there's other locations that are much cleaner and have way better service.

Our server forgot about us and tried to blame the kitchen when it took 45 minutes for our food to come out. He walked by our table several times without acknowledging us. Tables that were sat after us got their food way before we did. It was obvious when we received our food it was cooked on the fly. Edit: being a former server, I would have never forgotten about a table with a heavily pregnant woman, blame the kitchen, and then serve burnt food. Absolutely appalling.

Today is a Mother's Day and I went with my hubby for breakfast. I am deeply disappointed today with my recent experience at IHOP. As my family and myself are regulars here. My family and I, my husband and our two young children visited this location expecting a pleasant meal, but instead, we were publicly humiliated by another customer over something as trivial as a parking spot. This individual went out of his way to call attention to us, creating a scene in front of all the other guests. What made this experience even more unacceptable was the way the manager handled the situation. Instead of addressing the disruptive behavior and ensuring a respectful dining environment for all customers, the manager claimed there was nothing they could do because it was a “customer-to-customer” issue. Rather than taking steps to de-escalate the situation or hold the offending customer accountable for their actions, the manager suggested that my family and I move to another table as if we were the ones causing the disruption. As someone with experience in restaurant management, I find this response completely unacceptable. A manager’s responsibility is to ensure that all guests feel safe and respected while dining. Allowing one customer to publicly humiliate another not only creates a hostile environment but also discourages families like mine from returning. No guest should ever feel embarrassed or unwelcome because of another patron’s behavior, especially when management has the authority to step in and set clear expectations for respect and decorum. I will be contacting IHOP’s corporate office regarding this matter, as no family should have to endure such an unpleasant and unprofessional experience at any of their locations. I sincerely hope IHOP takes action to better train their management team on conflict resolution and customer service to prevent incidents like this in the future.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I bought chicken strips from this IHOP via ubereats. When I received my order I noticed the. Chicken strips were 5 very dry and cold shriveled up pieces of fried flour. The fries were also very cold and tasted old (there wasn't even a handful). I also got an omelette and pancakes. All the food was cold and the pancakes didn't even taste like IHOP. I contacted uber but they couldn't give me a refund. I then contacted this IHOP via email a week ago, and have not gotten a response. I will never eat here again and advise everyone who likes fresh food to go someplace else.

I visited the restaurant today and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I have been a loyal customer for many years, and I’ve always appreciated the improvement in both the service and food compared to six years ago, when service was poor. In recent years, the staff—especially the manager—has been friendly, attentive, and quick to resolve any issues. However, during my visit today, I witnessed a very upsetting incident. A man, who I believe may be the owner, entered the kitchen and began yelling at the staff in a loud and aggressive manner. This took place within full earshot of customers, myself included. Such behavior is not appropriate, especially in front of guests, and it created a very uncomfortable atmosphere. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I truly value this restaurant and would like to see it continue to maintain the welcoming and respectful environment it has worked hard to build. Everything was flavorless and tasted frozen, the syrup dispenser was disgusting, the coffee tasted like water. The eggs looked and tasted like a health code violation lol. also got an upcharge on my bill because I asked for a substitution that I never even received with my food. Waitress was nice though and attentive, food was just disgusting and a waste of time and money.

Was very disappointed about the food. Any fast food restaurants would serve better quality. Coffee tasted terrible. It’s unfortunate that IHOP served better quality food when their prices were cheap and now they charge triple the prices for low quality food.

At the end of my meal, I had a code for a free kids meal and my server took the code to input it into the system. During the waiting period I noticed something very very VERY disgusting and terrible. The manager was snapping her fingers and yelling loud enough for everyone to hear that the servers needed to “HURRY UP,” “FASTER” “MOVE THE LINE,” “you KNOW WHO IS GOOD AND WHO IS BAD AT SERVING.” Not only is this distasteful but also NOT how you manage. I even noticed a server almost having a panic attack because of said manager and another server was telling them “it’s ok calm down don’t listen to her just do your best.” As a customer I was even stressing out. I cannot imagine how the servers must feel. The manager was moving around yelling everyone to hurry up. I noticed that every server was doing something. No one was sitting around. Everyone was productive. Everyone but the manager. I will be calling corporate about this. The manager was managing in an inefficient way and it was disgusting. If she wants to be a a manager she must put in the work to read a book on how to manage.

I have been to this establishment before. I had great service so I returned. The hostess told us to sit anywhere in the area (big mistake). We must have sat at the table that had no server because we received no service. Two servers walked past us several times, made eye contact and never acknowledged us. A large family came in, they received service immediately. An older white gentleman came in, service immediately. After 20 minutes, we decided to leave. We asked for the manager. Maria offered to move us to her table and take care of us, however, I do not understand why I needed to move tables to receive service? What will stop the cooks from spitting in my food because I complained (no thanks). No server gave us attention until we complained about not being served. The two servers in the area, gave a look like they did not see us sitting there for 20 minutes. The owner called and apologized but how does that help me. I had not eaten all day. Save my meal to really enjoy a nice breakfast but ended up with nothing. The servers started speaking in Spanish not realizing that boyfriend spoke it and responded to the comments. This was beyond stressful and disappointing. I almost passed out from hunger. Now I have to find a new location. 😔

If I could give this experience 0 stars I would. When we came in the host had to offer us drinks and bring them because our waiter Amanda was sitting at another table with customers chatting. She passed by our table multiple times and gave us dirty looks. Then she came over she didn’t greet us at all just asked us what we wanted very rudely. My children ordered apple juice and milk to drink and she said we are not able to get refills and walked away. We ordered the unlimited pancakes and she charged us for the second stack. When we asked to fix it she gave us a hard time. Not once did she come up to us and ask if we needed anything she just gave us our check and walked away. We had to flag her down for a to go container. This is usually my favorite ihop location but this is the first time I have been treated so poorly.

Im giving service 5 stars only because our server got yelled at and gained up on by the supervisor and cook! I ordered a patty melt witch im never doing again they charged me 23$ for just the sourdough bread meat and cheese with no side!!! I ordered the fries but never got them because the cook was to bussy yelling at the server. The server was great super sweet and did not deserve what she got! I really hope she knows her worth and quits and gets a different job. If our server would have never gotten yelled at I bet our service would have been great! Bottom line u need a new cook and a new manager to handle issues like this way better!!!! I heard everything i didnt see any issue with what she said and how she explained the order. She didnt deserve what she got!!

Horrible! I waited a long time for my food—30 minutes. Other customers who arrived after me were served first, and it was said it was due to the burritos' cooking time. When I got home, I had diarrhea from that food. I feel sorry for the customers who want fresh food; that's recycled food. The breakfast offer wasn't explained. I think they need to improve the quality of the customers who come to this place.

I had a horrible experience there very disappointed in the food and service I had to send the food back was nothing like the menu stated and then open the syrup condiments up. Forgot food items that goes on top, inside and with your food had to explain my complaint twice to two different managers. I took photos so no one would think I was making a false complaint. I love IHOP but not this one.
