I cannot express how much I love Miss Van and Jason at this location! Whenever I go to this location and I hear their voice on the thingy, I know my order is in good hands. I usually get something pretty specific and I NEVER worry when they’re handling my order. No matter how slow or how busy (usually busy when I go) — they have such a great attitude and I love it. Idk how much y’all pay hourly but these people are the staple of that location for me and they legit are worth the money you put into this company!
At this location, our church group often gathers for dinner and casual conversation after a late night bible study. It seems like a popular, quaint restaurant for getting together and simply relaxing with some hearty fast food even into the late hours of the night as it is luckily open for business 24 hours a day! This franchise makes some unique and pretty delicious milkshakes imo. Also, currently, the Dr pepper milkshake is back in stock Thanks be to the Lord 🙏😊.

Sometimes people hear an order wrong... that's life... but it's what you they do about it that shows the character of a place. I was undercharged for a dbl meat burger (rang up as a jr) and didn't realize it until my food came . This fast and efficient team corrected my order and put a little order of fries on my tray. I would've paid the rest but they were me concerned about my happiness then a few cents. I rarely treat myself to a big cheese burger so this was particularly nice today. I'll drive a little further to this what a burger next time I'm feeling like a burger. Great job, Team!
Because Mo and his lovely lady ❤️ co-worker always open the door for me, and make sure that I always have the freshest decaf cup of coffee. They are wonderful. And this says a lot about the management doing the hiring. Excellent 👍 fresh food, and the restaurant is always emaculet.
I love this location! The food is always on point, the service is always good, sometimes it can get pretty bogged down here when both drive thru lanes have long lines, but I have always gotten my whole order, cooked and packaged properly, not just thrown together, with all the necessary condiments and napkins etc.. will add pics later b today
Very friendly service at this location. Good attention to detail. One bad thing is I asked for a third spicy ketchup, and they wanted me to take from my friend's. My friend gave one to me, but I don't think it should be that big of a deal to give one extra spicy ketchup.

I know that nobody reads reviews on corporate/chain establishments, but these people working, during the late Saturday (drunk customer) shifts... Have it right. Our food was hot, accurate and very timely. We ordered at around 1:45am. Not a time where you'd expect up-to-par service and they gave us a wonderful experience all around. Give them folks some recognition for sure!
Our food was hot and fresh. Service kinda sucked. We stood in line for about 7 or 8 minutes, looking at employees look at us, before a young man took our order. Store wasn't busy inside, and it was extremely clean, so the atmosphere was decent. This location in Sugar Land, Texas is one of the better locations, so we were surprised about the service.

The manager at this location does an excellent job! She's always extremely cheerful and attentive to her customers. You should send other members of your Whataburger teams to her location for training. She does a spectacular job.
We had ordered grill chicken, and they accidentally provided something else. The supervisor/manager fixed me additional grill chicken immediately as I informed her. Very kind of her. Kudos to the team as they were just a couple of them working during that shift.

Extremely clean restaurant. This restaurant is nestled in a cozy place and the service is excellent. The manager to say the least is a very beautiful person who is attentive and offers the choices one can forget from the restaurant's menu. I will definitely be back and visit. Thank you!
Using the drive through I ordered two large sides of onion rings for salmon dinner at home. I love Whataburger's onion rings. Crispy and full of flavor they are made from whole onions and not processed for identical onions ring size. They are fried of course and a bit oily but oh so good. I should've ordered three to make up for what I ate on the way home.
Came to order a malt and some food late at night, only 1 person in this location at midnight, but she was awesome and super kind. Other locations with other employees didn't want to make my malt at this hour. This sweet lady at this location did my order, very glad with my experience!

Ordered online for curbside, they were very busy so it took a few extra minutes. No problem as the cheesy jalapeno biscuit with sausage was excellent!
Good costumer service!! Food was very fresh and everything came out fast.
Around mid day, I came to the drive-through for lunch. There were a ton of cars but there are two lanes to take care of them. The person taking the order was responsive and helpful, and if you're in the further lane, they walk up to swipe your card/take payment and hand you your meal. Pretty much how an average smooth drive-through should work in these times.

I rarely give out five star reviews. But after getting awoken at 3 a.m. for a work emergency and hitting up not one, not two, but FOUR 24-hour Jack in the Box locations that each had their own excuse as to why they couldn't make me breakfast, I was REALLY hangry. The young woman at the drive-thru of this Whataburger made that all better just by listening to a cranky mechanic complain and being sympathetic. The breakfast tacos and coffee were good, of course, but you knew that anyway. Five stars for great customer service.
I stop here every now and then for breakfast. Food and service has always been great. What really stands out are the employees and managers. I run a non profit organization Brennan's Buddies, for childhood cancer. When an employee found out we were putting together a Valentine's party for the cancer floor of Texas children's hospital she got with her manager and they all collected party supplies to help us bring some smiles. Cards, candy and stuffed animals. These are some awesome caring people.
I picked up breakfast via the drive-through and had my meal at home; and I must say that the food was very good, tasting fresh and yummy.
This is a well run location. It’s clear that it is properly managed. The staff is engaged and customer focused. Management actively provides direction as needed. Good food, good service, good atmosphere, and good vibes!
Best Whataburger in the Richmond/Texas area in my humble opinion. The manager is just plain awesome and so kind. She’s the best! They take their time and make your food fresh. Not quick, but I don’t mind the wait for good food.

Well one I'm glad there 24 7 cause I was drunk an hungry an there double patty melt was off the chain! That is my go to burger here in out cause I didn't care for Whataburger when I first moved here an I been here 3 yrs now an only been to Whataburger now maybe 4 times ever but the other night loved it! Now the only thing was my roommate ordered his sandwich first so he should of got his first then my. Son then me so something told me to check the bag before we pulled off but it was easy orders so I didn't think I needed to but should if followed my instincts because when we got home his Burger wasn't in the bag and he ordered his sandwich first but the funny thing was she didn't even put it in the register so that means I didn't have to pay for it thank God but it's kind of messed up because he ordered first otherwise everything else was good oh and I love the french fries with the gravy banging
My customer experience was terrific, this dude on front counter EDWIN took my order with 0 slip-up’s he didn’t even have to ask me name because he was so observant to see my work name tag. Just because of him I would go again. The service was a 10/10, fast and efficient.
Just went through the drive through this evening and Orlando really went above and beyond when he over heard me ask about the cute stickers they had on their utensil cup in the drive through and although they did not have anymore he was able to get me a pin for a hat or my bag. It was really such a sweet gesture! by far this has been the best location we have been to. Not only was the customer service amazing but my order was 100% correct and such fast service. It really is refreshing to see smiling faces in the drive through! Will be back soon !
Bahar Faghiri and the staff were nothing but kind and efficient when with our catering order. Not only did they handle everything with care, they ensured that everything was correct and that we had all we needed to feed our staff. That seems like the bare minimum but let me tell you it is not, these days it is hard to find good customer services, but not here, they provided excellent quality services!
Had a hankering for their patty melt: it's so good. We dined in for the first time in a long while, so I got to enjoy the number tent while we waited. Soon it was delivered. . I asked for it to be halved, because my wife and I like splitting it. It is a double meat burger, so half is just right. Again, it is very delicious. . The fries we ordered were piping hot and perfectly salted. Excellent. . This was a great experience
I stopped inside for breakfast but the front door was locked. Side door was open thankfully. A friendly staff member took my order. Tea was fresh. The facility was clean. The food came out very quickly compared to my local whataburger. Everything was good and fresh. The only negative I had here was they kind of over cooked the eggs a little. Overall this Whataburger does a good job at maintaining their good reputation. Recommended.

I think it’s best to ask for fresh fries. Also I don’t think saying I want my burger dry means no sauce/condiments. It use to but now it just confuses the workers.
the lady after 11 pm who works the drive thru is so rude she literally almost made me cry. I no longer go to whataburger after 11pm cuz i refuse to deal with her attitude. She will scream at customers through the speaker. Also the lady working the register wont allow people to drink water which is so odd. Also they take forever to make food but other than that its cool.
I always enjoy my food here. Service varies according to who is working there. Some days it's great. Some days it's so so. My favorite item besides the burgers has been the grilled chicken garden salad. Debra is amazing. Her customer service is amazing.
It use to be a 5... Than a 2 now a 4. About 2 years ago, this place was great! Friendly employees and very well spirited. About a year ago, they just showed up and breathed. Now they aren't bad and haven't screwed up drive through orders. A year ago... atrocious. Now I see they go through the bag before handing off to make sure it is accurate.
Drive thru young female needs to listen 🎧 better to the customers order. Shouldn’t make the customer repeat it. And SMILE!😊 otherwise food was great 👍
There food tastes really good. Their serving size is enough. I went their in afternoon. Peak lunch hour, I can understand it's busy but they were taking extra long for every order. I felt like they are low on staff or something wrong with the operations. I would avoid peak hours or expect to wait 15 to 25 mins in the drive through.
This Whataburger is a good place to stop for a meal. Order is taken immediately. Food is delivered to your table within a reasonable amount of time. The dining area is clean, and the condiments & beverage stations are well-maintained. Bathrooms are clean. Service is good and friendly. Ample parking is provided. Two lanes in the drive-thru. Enjoyable food at every visit.
The new owners of Whataburger swore they would not change anything. They did. The fries are not the same and the taste of the burgers are slowly changing. Only thing that has remained the same is the food being cold by the time you make it home. Back in the day, I would eat inside the restaurant and the burgers were always luke warm. Memories... Oh and the service at this location is always on point.
First time visitors, we were pleased with the burger and wings. However we weren't aware of the raw onions on the burger. On our next visit we'll request grilled onions. The team members were very pleasant.
Went to get a Bacon Avocado burger which I had never tried before. Since I'm an anemic person I was told that avocados was good for that so that was the reason I ordered that. The sandwich was not what I was expecting and we did have to wait for part of our order although the cashier was friendly and polite,
I'm sorry to say I love Whataburger but this location was really dirty. The door was covered with hand prints everywhere, the tables were filthy. Trash bens were over flowing and dirty on the outside. Their were hardly any people inside eating but the drive through was steady. I guess management dose not take cleanliness seriously at this location. Service was slow as well. I really don't like writing bad reviews but management definitely needs to get their act's together on this one. The food was hot and good atleast.
It looks like a typical Whataburger. But I have had mixed experiences with this location. Some good. Some mad me mad enough to drive back and complain.
The burger was pretty good, Dr. Pepper milkshake was interesting, but not bad at all. Onion rings weren't that great. Service was strange. I had #67, they called my number but someone else had the exact same number. Super confusing. Why even have numbers than? Lol They don't upcharge for subbing for onion rings and a milkshake in the combo which was a nice surprise.
Mom and I came here for lunch and the food was fantastic! The service was a bit behind, but nothing major. What bothered us was that a manager was addressing issues with her staff in the dining area. We heard the words "termination" "need to shut their (or your) mouth" and some other things that you just don't address with employees in the dining area where there are customers. She seemed rather rude and domineering (if not demeaning) of her staff, and mom and I couldn't help but feel bad. The atmosphere of the workers didn't seem happy at all. I get some managers like to run a tight ship, but she was being very unprofessional. Otherwise, food was great, and the young men who served us at the counter and brought our food to us were very pleasant. This was today during lunch (3/31/24)
Food was good. Not enough option on breakfast menu. McDonald's has more. Service was poor. Coffee cups were delivered but utensils, pancake syrup, napkins, we had to get them ourselves. The staff were too loud enjoying their breakfast. Not us. We left quickly. Mgnt need to revisit training the staff.
Fries were cold and hamburger dry. Not your typical Whataburger quality.
Today they did not feel like working. After switching from one person (female) to another (male) my order was totally wrong. I order the #7 with everything except lettuce and an apple pie. Got to the window the young man asked my name, well the previous 2 people never asked me for my name. I told him my order. Got home ready to eat, there was nothing on the burger but lettuce 🤔 no tomato, no pickles and no sauce...smh I was so hungry and ready for this burger so I called and spoke to a manager, she did apologize and said I could come back but I'm hungry, upset and not wanting to get back in that traffic. They were so busy rushing me with my order that they were not listening and I'm the one lost. Paid for something I didn't order and had to fix the burger up myself.
The food was fantastic however when we had went there on February, the staff were not so accommodating when trying to using Whataburger app redemptions. We had a code for a free shake and assumed it would lower the cost of 1 meal. Yet the staff member told us it was around $13 before the coupon but after it was applied, she said it was now $14. After we heard this, we asked for the code to be removed but she was hesitant and created an awkward situation. Staff should’ve accommodated us removing the coupon, especially if it would’ve lowered the cost. In the end, the manager accommodated us. Besides this unfortunate interaction with the staff member, the food was great, but be wary of how much you’re paying, you may end up paying more even when you think you’re saving.
We have been to this location several times in the past and it was excellent We have not been in awhile and decided to go today. The service has declined severely. My husband asked if they could refill the ice machine because it was out they just nodded their head and kept doing what they were doing. He finally just went to the counter to ask if they could fill his cup because the ice machine was out. They just looked at him like they had no clue what to do. He explained to them again and they finally filled his cup up with ice. My food and our grandson's food was good but my husband asked for no onions and lettuce. His burger even had the no onion and lettuce stickers on it. His burger looked like it was thrown together, it was half on the bread and half off. There was also a manager behind the counter who was yelling at the other employees on where things were at. I do not usually write reviews but felt this one needed to be written.
I'm changing my review. We've always come to this whatburger and until it sold to Chicago we NEVER had any issues. Now it's 50/50. So sad. Management has no problem fixing our order but it just sucks to have the problem in the first place. Food is good just check your order!
Drive through was very slow! Please give people their receipts. Don't just give the food and close the window. I wanted my receipt but felt bad to wait until she came back to the window while several cars were behind me.
Not sure I understand , I did an online order says ready between 7:19-7:22 . I show up at 7:24 and they say I showed up quick and they hadn’t even started preparing the order with no one in drive thru and 2 customers inside the restaurant…. It came out at 7:31 so they were kind of quick once I got there I guess . We usually choose this one over the other one on hwy 6 cause the service maybe next time I’ll just hit the drive thru
I went to this location he gave me a wrong order which I understand to be a genuine mistake. I asked for extra jalapeños n avocado I was charged 0.65 for jalapeños and $1.20 for avocado I didn’t mind paint but there was barely any avocado or jalapeños. I atleast should get what I paid for.🥺
This location was AWFUL. The card reader was down so we were forced to pay in cash. Thankfully we had enough on us. The order took forever coming out, and when it did, the drive through worker spilled Sprite all over my husband and my son's burger was wrong. We also received no receipt. The only reason I gave the food 2 stars is because it was hot.
Paid $15 for a Monterey melt meal and prob got my full recommended daily allowance of salt and a cup of soda hidden in 3-4 cups of ice. Not worth the money or calories.
Food was delicious as always. However, when our order was ready, they brought it out in a to-go bag, never brought ketchup or napkins, and handed it off to us hastily. The entire time we were there, the workers gossiped loudly and called each other slurs.
My husband went to pick up our dinner. We ordered 3 meals and when they handed him the food they forgot 2 our of the fries in our meals. He let them know that they forgot the fries in the drive thru. Their response was to ask him if he was lying and if he took the fries out. Im assuming they thought we wanted free fries. Out of everything in the menu in whataburger I can guarantee we dont want fries but if we pay for them we want them. Instead of giving him the 2 fries he paid for, they gave him one frie. He told them again it was two and they just gave him an apple pie. What's the difference between just giving us what we paid for and giving us a pie? Their service is ok. At least the burger was good.
Waited 25+ minutes after we set our curbside order spot. Nobody in drive-through... one other curbside order person who ended up to be just picking up their kid who was working that night. Just lazy and irresponsible management/employees. I suggest ordering inside if you want anything from this location. Face to face is the only way they will acknowledge you since they know you are watching them.
Don’t use your credit card or debit card there! I used my debit card 20 minutes later I am getting crazy charges from overstock.com luckily only one went through before my back notified me but they tried multiple purchases

literally will never come back. my 2 FRIENDS and I came inside at 10:55 to eat real quick before going home. there was NO sign on the door indicating that dine in closed at 11pm, but when we came in, there was a party of about 15 guys all getting their food. so we went up to order. the manager immediately came up to us and told us to get out, that they closed the dining room at 11. we kept telling her it wasn’t even 11 yet, and there was no sign that said we couldn’t dine in at a designated time. and again, the table of 15 wasn’t going anywhere any time soon. she let us order, and we even double checked with the cashier to make sure it was okay we were eating in. he said it was okay. we ate quickly as we knew she was already in a bad mood, and watched as groups of people tried to come in as again there was nothing saying it was closed. the food in general wasn’t even great, cheese on our burgers were not melted and the fries weren’t salty at all. as we were getting up, already finished around 11:15, she comes over to us again AS WE WERE THROWING AWAY OUR TRASH and starts yelling at us. she even put her hand close to my back as if to start pushing me, to which I told her not to. touch me. she forced us out and yelled at the other group to get out. one of the meanest ladies i’ve ever met in employment. she absolutely should not be a manager.
Terrible! Just Terrible! That's the only way to describe my experience. 8/12/21 at 11:30am, gave the date and time so the black manager their knows I'm referring to her. My order was misplaced and it never came out, waited 30mins. So, I decided to back my car and not let anyone through, maybe it would get someone's attention, it worked. Manager came out screaming and said I was dumb for doing that, I told her that it worked, I got their attention. My food order was re-taken twice, cause they messed it up again. Third time they got it right. But they lost a customer and I'm sure they don't care, if Management talks like that to customers I'm sure her Management is the same way.
Family and went out to a concert and went somewhere to eat quick but decent food, we walk inside this whataburger and start ordering. I order a number 13 and they ask what sauce, I say gravy of course and was quickly met with There’s no more gravy. How do you run out of gravy at a place that likes to pride itself on it? We continue ordering but are given no number? But we sit and after a while an employee has to ask around a bit before asking for our number out loud. A family member of ours ordered separately and the same employee had to ask around before my family member said that’s mine. We started eating and I genuinely almost choked on their chicken with how dry it was, I had never tasted chicken so dry before.
Extremely rude. Wife placed a mobile order, they messed up the sauces. The woman who brought outbthe food was extremely rude and argued with my wife about swapping the sauce out... We didn't ask for additional. We asked her to take the wrong one back and give us the right one and she was extremely rude about the entire thing.
This is our second visit here, and when trying to request an iced coffee, we are told they can't make it. The manager doesn't seem to care,but instead seemed bothered we even asked. Also, she chased after us after informing her I would be filing a complaint. This establishment is very unprofessional and the employee's name was shairazia.
I go to Whataburger often, but this takes the cake for the worst one I’ve ever been to. I was waiting in line to order and the man in front of me was charged for a large fry and drink even tho he didn’t order that. He was disputing the charge and their excuse was “we ran out of medium cups” I didn’t care too much so I paid for the large and as I’m waiting for my food, they took 3 online orders outside with medium cups. Why lie? Just to make an extra 19 cents per order? When I got my food, the order was wrong and I took it back to the counter. They fixed it, however the burger was way over cooked and tasted like they haven’t cleaned their grill in months. (It tasted like the gristles from the grill.) I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Overall terrible experience. They need new owners.
Update: They still mess up the orders. Nothing has changed after a year. Worst possible staff. They are polite and all but never got a right order even after repeating/confirming to make sure. Food is good but this now has happened multiple times.
The employees who were in charged of the drive thru were very rude. Me and my friend visited this place twice and every single time they did not take our order right and did not listen to us. We have not finished ordering but they already responded with "that's it?"multiple time. When we asked them to repeat the order, they just sighed and we could hear it. They even talked back to us. We felt like they wanted us to be gone for good. I have never complained a place in my life but this was really unacceptable 😔😔😔😔 So disrespectful.
This place is horrible. I came 5/17@0620 and despite repeating the order several times and them relaying the order they still got it wrong. What is going on there??? Do not come here unless u want to lose ur mind
Horrible customer service !!!! After i let them know at the window that the ticket was incorrect with my order they proceeded to tell me that #10 had a choice of grilled and crispy chicken sandwich, and told them to make sure it was the crispy chicken sandwich with no whatasauce. I oaid and they brought me my food and i trusted then that they would get it right. However when i got back to work and i take my burger out of the bag, it was the grilled chicken sandwich. I called to tell them i wanted a refund because i didnt want the grilled chicken sandwich. Judith answered the phone and decided it was appropriate to curse me out on the phone and hang up on me. Just terrible. Terrible attitude. I will be contacting corporate and filing a complaint on Ms. Judith.
We waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru lane, and they still got our order wrong. They didn't give me my fries, no spicy ketchup as requested, and no napkins. My sister had upsized her order. They charged me for it but gave her medium fries and a medium drink. This place has NEVER given me what I ordered.
The drive thru at this location has two lanes. The one on the left had already a car ordering food so I went to the one on the right to place my order. I waited for about 10 minutes, then I see another vehicle pulled in to the lane on the left and they took their order while I was still waiting. I went around and to the left lane. I asked the guy that finally answered if the other one wasn’t working because I had been waiting for some time and he was just like “I don’t know, im only using this one” so I was like “oh ok, just so you know the other one is not blocked. You might want to block it so other customers won’t be there waiting like myself.” He was just rude and unapologetic. The guy that handed me the food was nice and actually acknowledged what I said to him.
I was rushed from the time I began ordering in the drive thru. I get to the window and everyone is standing around gossiping, including the manager. They were all loud and talking, then all of a sudden Makayla slams the drive thru glass and locks it as if we are a threat or listening. The order was completely wrong and had to pay more and wait for the items she forgot. I wonder if she wasn't rushing me to order so she could continue to talk, if my order would have been correct!? Will not be returning here.
10/10 employees but the greedy owner has 3 of them in there in a Sunday night of all times so everything is slow. Really just the end of the world to make sure you’re store is staffed correctly

Employees at this location act like the ketchup comes out of their paycheck. The said limit 3 ketchup per order. Since when?
Horrible customer service we got 3 kids meal, they heard us wrong and put in 6 and blamed us for it. After the fact that she rushed it and specifically said “I’m on two lines!” We ended up leaving and not purchasing anything from this establishment
Do not go to this Whataburger unless you have lots of time in the morning! I ordered food at 8:30 am was suppose to be ready at 8:37. Arrived to pick up at 8:39 am I asked about my food several time did not receive till 9:02 am. I had a very busy morning thought this would be a quick way to get breakfast. Definitely not the case! I will not go back to this location!
The manager is pretty insufferable and does not care about the time schedule of any customer that comes in. Lacks the ability to context switch from the cash register to handing out simple online orders. Workers are really nice, manager on the week night night shift is awful. Try your best to avoid
Went to this Whataburger to order a simple meal made me move up when the gentleman came out five seconds later to give me my meal forgot to get my drink took them five minutes to come out with a drink and when he comes out he has a blank look on his face and doesn’t even say thank you or anything thank you Whataburger for your excellent customer service I appreciate the coaching you do it with your staff at this location please do better thank you
I don't understand this place. Is not fast food as it took 10 minutes for the most common burger... The place wasn't busy, only one customer ahead of me, everyone else had their food. Imagine if 3-4 people come in at the same time... Stephanie seems to be the only one working the floor, not sure how she copes. Then you two employees on break/finished their shift: The first one, feet up on the seat and talking on the phone on speaker for everybody to hear. The second one, on her phone watching some video also on speaker. This added to the radio/music being played at the store... Imagine if every single customer in there had their phone on speaker. Can they get headphones? So if your own employees don't care about the place, why should I be bothered to return?
