Delicious food and drinks! Our server, Hayden, was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and guided us toward appetizers that were absolutely phenomenal. Great experience all around!
I really like Ginya. No matter which branch I visit, the flavor quality is always consistent. This Sugar Land location has nice decor and friendly staff. Although it’s a bit smaller than other branches, it feels cozy, so I’d recommend coming early to get a seat.
Last night, I had an auntie and niece’s date night. We ended up at Jinya for some cocktails. We were amazed by their cocktail selections; they were strong, delicious, and looked beautiful. 😋 We ordered Malibu sunrise, lychee martini, yuzu margarita, flying violet, and ringo mule. Jamie, Taylor, and Vincent’s service was friendly, attentive, and they seemed knowledgeable about the drinks. They helped make our evening a memorable experience. Thank you Jinya Team

Stopped by JINYA after a meeting and had a great experience. Jade took care of me and did an excellent job. Attentive without hovering, checked in at the right times, and made sure everything came out smooth. Ordered the Tonkotsu Black, a JINYA bun, nikuman, and a strawberry lemonade. The broth was rich and deep like it should be, noodles cooked right, and the bun was soft with good flavor balance. Everything came out fresh and hot. The bowl was taken away clean. Service matters just as much as food, and Jade made it a solid visit. Quick, professional, and friendly. I’ll definitely be back.
Had lunch with my wife and the food was delicious. They have great vegan options. Definitely the best ramen in town. Big thanks and shout-out to our server Angela who provided a great service. We'll definitely be returning soon.
⸻ We had such a fantastic experience thanks to Kalen and Kayla! From the moment we sat down, they were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. They both went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect — drinks were always refilled, food came out promptly, and they checked in just the right amount without ever being intrusive. Their positive attitudes and teamwork really stood out. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests and take pride in what they do. They made our meal not just delicious, but truly enjoyable. If you get Kalenor Kayla as your server, you’re in great hands. We’ll definitely be back!
Tiffany was our server and she was great and very helpful I recommend asking for her if you come to eat here she was able to explain the menu really well and was able to offer great recommendations. She was very attentive and would constantly heckle up on us. I felt well taken care of. Would come back just because of her.
Had an amazing experience, with Britney the server, Vincent the manager. Our party sprung up on them on a busy night( Friday) and they not only accommodated us but went above and beyond to provide my family. Our family of 15 left very satisfied. I would recommend this to any person who wants a cozy experience and exemplary service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Tiffany was super nice and attentive, she checked on us a lot and made the whole vibe a lot better. Food came out great and she made sure we were good the whole time. We definitely hope to get her again next time.
Ugh! Tiffany is hands down the best server I’ve ever had. She talks very sweetly and is very knowledgeable, making my visit very pleasant. She’s also very cute. I will request her everytime. 🙈

Jade was so sweet and attentive! The food came out quickly, I ordered a few small bites— cucumber salad, garlic rice and tempura shrimp. Jade recommended the lychee martini! She even added a cool smoke bubble, def wow factor!

Date night at Jinya Ramen Sugarland was an absolute blast! The presentation on the food and drinks were absolutely impressive, and our server, Bao, gave some great recommendations for additional toppings in both our ramen choices! The dining space was a little small, but it was also cozy, intimate, and modern-feeling with a nice mural up front. Overall, we were very happy with our experience here, and we couldn't have asked for better food and service from the cooks and staff! Definitely worth visiting again. ❤️❤️❤️

She absolutely went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Honestly, it was an even better experience than I’ve had at the downtown location. The atmosphere was welcoming, the ramen came out hot and flavorful, and thanks to Kalen, the whole evening felt extra enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back here more often!

Jinya is a relatively quick in/out experience. Restaurant is loud, tables are small and uncomfortably cramped, but the food is fantastic with large portions. Service staff is happy and with their Japanese greeting they make the restaurant feel fun. Try the cucumber salad - a very nice surprise !
Deviant was very attentive , service deserved the 5. Although kitchen sent pork out cold and not braised to MY liking, I had to give the food a 4. The taste was spot on (thin noodles) also def would have loved my bok choy (paid $2 extra) to be chopped up so it can spread through my entire bowl. Of ramen included, got the tonkotsu black/ extra dollop of the hot sauce on top.
