⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ P.F. Chang’s continues to be a great spot for flavorful food, creative drinks, and a fun dining experience. Everything we ordered was excellent, and the service made the visit even better. The lettuce wraps are always a standout. Fresh, perfectly seasoned, and full of flavor, they are a must-order every time. They never miss and set the tone for the rest of the meal. We also had the slow-braised pork ribs, both the barbecue style and the northern-style preparation. These were a true delicacy. The meat was incredibly tender, packed with flavor, and cooked just right. You could tell they were prepared with care and attention to detail. The pan-fried pork dumplings came out sizzling and were absolutely delicious. Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and full of flavor. Another item that is hard to beat. To top it all off, we ordered the Midnight Gallop cocktail with tequila. While there is a bourbon option, my wife and I are tequila lovers, and this drink was outstanding. Smooth, balanced, and refreshing. If you enjoy tequila or bourbon, this is a drink you need to try. Hands down, it is that good. A big shout out to Jared, our bartender. He was very attentive, professional, friendly, and genuinely enjoyable to talk with. His energy and vibe made the experience even better. P.F. Chang’s delivered on all fronts. This was our first time here. Ordered the Valentine's special which gave us choice of 1 of 3 soups, 3 appetizers, 4 desserts and 2 entrees. The coconut monitoring was wonderful and the lunar elixir was a neat drink too. Our waitress Jola was attentive and very kind to us. We appreciated her. The place was clean and the atmosphere was wo derful.
I recently had a lunch meeting with my client at P.F. Chang’s in Sugar Land and it was a truly wonderful experience. The food was absolutely delicious n fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. What really stood out was the service. Our server, Ms. Jola, was outstanding! She was attentive, professional, and made sure everything went smoothly. Her efficiency and helpfulness added so much value to our dining experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – 10/10 for the food and 10/10 for Ms. Jola’s service. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back!
Kasey the manager was the most amazing manager! They were super busy when we came in for our reservation, and she profusely apologized for the wait. The private room had a cancellation so she let us be sat there, as well as took care of our appetizers! She handled the food allergies like a pro and made our night fun and memorable! If you come here for anything definitely come for the food, the staff, and the butter cake! Thank you Kasey and her amazing staff!
We had the nicest time! It was my mom’s birthday and the staff was so kind. Nelson made sure to remember my mom’s birthday and gave great advice. Lots of vegetarian options!
JOLA was an amazing server, super fast and caring. Was on top of everything especially refills, before we got the chance to ask she was already there with a new drink and I love to see that kind of care when it comes to being served. Super friendly , very efficient. Come here and ask for her!

We were served by Ms. Jola, very friendly, quite knowledgeable. She explained the menu and her recommendations were great. The meal was delish, and the drinks (frosted cranberry cosmos and apple spice & everything nice) amazing. 💯recommend.
We went here for End of years of celebration dinner with our family. We felt lazy and did not wanted to cook. They were able to accommodate all 8 of us, and the service was outstanding. Our server was Nelson—let me tell you about this guy! His level of service was management-level: excellent communication skills, kind, and knowledgeable when it came to making recommendations. Tonight I went to the Sugarland location for my Granddaughters birthday. It was my 1st time . The food was great but the best part was our server Israel . Once he learned I had a Mushroom allergy he went above and beyond . Made sure I had a print out menu to show the safe options as well as a red plate to make sure the kitchen staff did not cross contaminate any of my order. He also brought out the most wonderful sparkler candle for my granddaughter. Thank you for making this a great night ( the manager also came to the table to make sure I understood the printout menu)
Dined this Thursday night (6:30)Front desk not staffed at all , bartender took over, three other staff literally standing 5feet away never turned to greet or seat! (Talking and looking at their phones….)That said, the service when seated was nice. Another server stepped up several times to offer assistance and it wasn’t his table. Leviticus, was cheerful, full of positive nature and very personable (not in an annoying way!) He is the reason alone for the high rating.
We arrived early for our dinner reservation and was immediately seated in a booth which was preferred. Our server, Brian, was attentive and provided great service throughout our meal. We began with a Mai Tai and moved onto Crab Wontons and BbQ Spare Ribs for appetizers. They were both excellent. With Brian's input, we ordered the Combo Noodles with beef, chicken, and Shrimp as well as our old favorite, Mongolian Beef. We were really pleased with the taste and preparation of each entree. This was one of our best P.F. Chang's experiences and we have been going to PFCs around the country for more than two decades! We highly recommend the Sugarland location!
Jola was a fantastic server. The food were outstanding. Everything came out quickly and very fresh. The music is a little loud for lunch but you are able to talk over it pretty easily.
Me and my boyfriend had a really good time. It was a 10 /10 experience our server was really nice and was on top of his stuff and yeah we enjoyed it:) I forgot to the waiters name but he was a guy with brownish/blackish hair and we sat in the booth area

I went with my family of five to have dinner, and we had a fantastic experience. As soon as we were seated, our server Gaby greeted us with amazing energy and immediately took our drink and appetizer orders. She was so friendly, upbeat, and professional—it really set the tone for the night. When we mentioned that my little brother has a mushroom allergy, Gaby didn’t hesitate. She paused our order, put down her notepad, and went straight to get the manager. The manager was just as wonderful—she brought out a printed list of everything my brother could safely eat. He even said he felt special because of how much they cared. Both Gaby and the manager were incredibly attentive to his allergies and made us feel confident and cared for. The food was also amazing—especially the dumplings—and the whole atmosphere was great. Gaby had such a fun and positive vibe; she was great to chat with throughout the meal. This location has top-tier service, and Gaby and the manager truly went above and beyond. They deserve way more credit and way better tips!
Sugarland PF Changs is always awesome!! My server, Jola knocked the customer service out of the park with her professional service, her food suggestions and her kind demeanor! Came fir lunch to celebrate sons' college graduation. Our server Nelson was welcoming & offered suggestions. Everyone enjoyed the food & the service. Nelson even gave the twin graduates celebratory red velvet cakes!! Will definitely return.
I ordered 4 entrees . The total was $75. The portion sizes were appropriate. We were able to eat off this food many times before it was gone. If you have a gift card that is for multiple restaurants be sure to go on the website a day or 2 in advance and insure you don't have to select P.F Changs as the company you intend on using the card for. Apparently some of the new gift cards have to be loaded 24hrs before you go to a restaurant. It's not enough to just make sure there is money on the card.

This particular PF Chang is somewhat dated and in need of an interior makeover. The service was excellent and when one server was occupied, another stepped in to assist which was a very appreciated effort. The lettuce wraps are a traditional “go to” appetizer, however, the lettuce cuts were too narrow to properly wrap any of the food. The wonton soup had zero taste - hot water broth with soggy pork and shrimp dumplings offering no added taste which was a surprise. Everything else we ordered was very tasty. BBQ Short ribs, chicken with black pepper, and other very exciting plates that are shareable.
