My favorite froyo store EVER!! I’ve been going for a couple years and the shop owner and I have actually become friends. She is one of the kindest people and provides excellent service to everyone. I love the froyo here and the store is always very clean and put together.

Was in town for a day and decided to look for a. Ice cream spot. Came upon Swirll and decided to try out their frozen yogurt. I wasn’t prepared to be as pleased as I was. I honestly didn’t think frozen yogurt was going to give me the flavor and taste I wanted from ice cream. I like the area where this shop is located. It’s an upscale shopping area with a hotel/conference center and lots of restaurants and shops. It’s a really cute area and it’s not far from several hotels. There was lots of parking on the street too. The shop looked dated on the inside. The frozen yogurt machines and even some of the signage looked old. The setup is also dated. There are some improvements to decor and layout that would do this business some good. There was one employee working and she was really helpful. She allowed me to taste two flavors and I was impressed with the flavor. The machines were clean and so was the rest of the shop. Some flavors were out and there was handwritten signage to indicate that. Your items are weighed and that is how cost is determined. I paid $25 for two bowls of frozen yogurt. It was worth it. Everything tasted amazing and I enjoyed all of the topping options. The ones in the back were harder to reach, but the options were plentiful. I almost wish they would make that the responsibility of an employee because I kept dropping toppings in other toppings containers. Overall, this was a good place to get my ice cream fix. I’d come back if I were in town again.

Very nice fro-yo location. It is always clean and customer service is very friendly. Their yogurt flavors feel refreshing and tasty. Not to mention the great variety of toppings they have. The only thing that kept it from a 5 ⭐️ review was the limited availability of yogurt flavors compared to similar businesses. But great spot to satisfy your sweet tooth!

very, very unclean bathroom, there were bugs EVERYWHERE I looked and it had to be at LEAST 75 degrees in there. service was not good, cashier was very rude and snappy and overall had a horrible attitude. the yogurt is delicious, but the fruit topping looked like they had been sitting out for multiple days.

This place is located in a great place but once you enter it the smell is not the best. They sell frozen yogurt but honestly it tastes like regular ice cream. The pistachio flavor is good. The toppings are not fresh.

It was busy, but the line to the yogurt machine wasn’t long at all. By the time I reached the machine to assist my daughter with getting yogurt.. I noticed two roaches crawling on the machine and were eating the remnants. I notified the owner of the roaches! She acted surprised and was like no way. Came from around the corner and mashed the roach on the yougurt tray that captures the droppings. We didn’t get and yogurt and left. This place is totally unsanitary and has been reported.

I use to love Swirl and looked forward to going to get frozen yogurt ice cream. I went and it was disgusting. The frozen yogurt taste like ice milk and sides taste old and like they have been sitting there for days. Wasted money straight to the trash

Never have I experienced such terrible service when entering an ice cream place. I had to ask four times for the price, I felt as though the server was pushing to order. After my father had poured an once cream, the server wouldn’t give a spoon! She kept pushing. I thought this boiler room type selling wouldn’t exist at an ice cream place, needless to say I won’t be going here again.

Waste of money and dangerous to eat. The yogurth ice cream is overly sour and rancid. The fruits are clearly not fresh. When pointed out to the store attendant, they didnt even offer to change the ice cream, neither reimbursement. Extremely awful experience.
