This is my 1st experience with this salad bar,It was disappointing that their was not more handicap parking spots so I drove around about 5 times before I could park in front of Salata. I'm not sure why these salads are so expensive nothing special with the ingredients! I ordered a spinach with eggs,chicken,shrimp,green peppers,cheese,and red onions small not large it cost $20.41 and bowl of soup. The soup was reasonable price and very delicious. I bought the salad for a friend,and she was happy with her lunch. I think I will return for a salad to see if I could make this place a go to for a great Salad.

First time visit. Salata person fixing the salata was well informed and patient as I decided on my ingredients. He was able to walk me through quickly. The portion for a regular salata is enormous and I had leftovers for later.

I like the friendly smiling staff here, salad ingredients and selection are all fresh and good. We all like our salads for lunch. I will be back! (Minus is parking during busy hours)

I was skeptical coming to this salary location because I have heard people say that it is very dirty and the staff are rude, but I went in and it surprisingly was very clean and quiet. There were only two employees working at the time, and they were very busy with everybody’s order. Also, I always get a wrap when I eat at salata. The wrap is the same quality here as any other location.

This place was had so many options it was crazy, I almost could not choose. You can honestly customize your dream salad...I know I did. It was also super chill and not alot of people were there so my wife and I had a nice time eating and conversing without having to worry about folks next to us.

Salata has a great variety of options to add to your salad from fruits, veggies, and lots of protein. The ingredients are fresh and the staff are friendly. It is pricey for lettuce and toppings, but it's good and when you want something fresh and fast, it's the place to go.

Nice concept. You can't get more than 2 dressings, otherwise it's a high upcharge to get more. I think the amount for a half avocado is highway robbery. Paying almost $20 for a small salad should allow a piece of a bit more options. Otherwise customer service was great!!!

I enjoy the salads here, its a healthy option near by… and customer service is always great, everyone is very polite. The only reason Im taking away 2 stars is because almost $4 extra bucks for chicken ? making my salad total up to be $16 with the drink. Pretty pricy for a salad, if it was any cheaper I would get it almost everyday.

Somehow my family likes Salata. I couldn’t stand the smell in the store. Got tricked into paying $3.95 for a spoon of quinoa and a small salad quickly added up to $20+ which was insane even in today’s economy. I think overall it felt different than it did 2 years ago. Maybe management changed?

I really didn't know you could mess up a beautiful salad. We walked in, and it was a mess. Salad on the floor, salad on the tables. I was shocked it wasn't clean. Got to the line, and we waited for a few minutes to be served. It wasn't that many people in there, but there were several workers. Somebody come get on this lettuce, please lol! My salad was doused with dressing, and I didn't realized it would be too much until I started tossing it in the bowl. It was more dressing than salad. The young lady who checked us out was on her cellphone. I'm thinking I'm sure there is something in the employee handbook that discourages cellphone usage on the line, but I digress. I will stay in my lane. One thing that is also interesting was when we ask a question in English, they began to speak to each other in their native language. Now maybe she speak minimal English and needs translation, but why put her on the cash register? She seemed to have an attitude about our question. The final straw for me was the fire alarm going off and no one says anything. I love salad, but I won't go back to this location in life. Overall, it is not the best experience for such a wonderful concept.

I ordered a salad with turkey, and the turkey smelled spoiled immediately after opening it. When I called the store, I was told it couldn’t be spoiled because the turkey had just been received the day before. To make sure I wasn’t mistaken, I had multiple people in the medical department at my hospital smell it, and they all agreed it was spoiled. The store did refund my meal, which I appreciate, but they said they do not remake salads. My concern is less about the refund and more about food safety and how the situation was handled. I hope management takes this seriously and reviews their food quality checks.

Beware ordering to go at this location unless you are going to thoroughly look through your salad to make sure they put everything you asked for before you drive off. EVERY single time they leave multiple items off even things you pay extra for like avocado or extra dressing which is the reason why I stopped going here in the first place, I hadn’t been in years but tried to give it another try yesterday and of course no egg or sun dried tomatoes in my salad I thought maybe they just ran out (which they still should let you know but don’t) but nope there was egg and sun dried tomatoes in my dads salad guess they just felt like I didn’t need what I asked for on mine…I keep trying to give this place chances but it’s ridiculous that I have to go through the line and watch them make it if I want my order to be correct cause otherwise they just do whatever and don’t care to compensate. Salata is too expensive to be doing this to their customers.

Back at it again with another review. This location acts like it's a crime to ask for more toppings. It makes no sense. 1 scoop of strawberries for a regular salad?? The same scoop you would put if I got a small.. might I add I'm a very frequent customer and I went in once and they charged me for adding extra toppings such as ORANGES, STRAWBERRIES AND CRANBERRIES. I was under the impression that's free especially when I regularly pay $20+ each time I come in. I thought hm.. maybe paying for extra toppings is new. Since that day they never charged for extra again.. so either that was a short term policy or someone stole my money.
