Boulevard bagel is a breakfast gem in the heart of Sugarland. I had the lox sandwich and it was such a satisfying breakfast. Capers and onions with smoked salmon on a perfectly toasted bagel and cream cheese. I also got a half dozen bagels and a tub of scallion cream cheese to take home, definitely will be having these for breakfast all week. The bagels are all made in house. The price may be an issue for some but I would encourage everyone to support this local family owned business. They prefer cash, so if you're able to avoid credit cards with them they would sincerely appreciate it. I gave the atmosphere 3 stars only because the fridge that is front and center in the dining area is extremely loud. Maybe it needs to be cleaned, maybe it's just old. But it could probably be drowned out with headphones if you're looking for a cute cafe to work in.

Easily one of the best bagels I’ve had in a long time. Fresh, perfectly chewy, and clearly made with care. The spreads are generous, the ingredients taste high quality, and the staff is friendly and efficient even when it’s busy. This place is worth going out of your way for — I’ll definitely be coming back.

Stopped here at 11 am and service was speedy. We don't live on this side of town so we tried eating at a small mom and pop shop instead of a big chain. The bagel sandwiches here are exactly how I love them. Crispy bagel with the right amount of stuffing. We ordered three classic bagels, two with bacon and one with sausage. Two lattes and a tea. Everything was warm and tastes Home made. I would definitely recommend stopping by if you want a quick bite, however, we did dine in as the restaurant is very nice and clean. My only feedback is that I would love if they offered jam/jelly and creeme cheese. I would happily pay extra to have it as a side option. I wish the owners a lot more clients and success.

really nice local, family-owned coffee shop to get some work done in. the space is filled with greenery. you can tell they have regulars but it never got too noisy during my visit. the cashier brings out the food which great customer service. for these reasons i would return. for $19 i got the steak and egg bagel along with an iced latte with caramel. i saw really good reviews for the steak and egg bagel but to me it was just ok. the bagel was a little hard. the latte was a bit underwhelming but not nasty. just not delicious, pretty basic. for $19 i’m not sure it was worth the price. but i’d be willing to buy something just to be able to work in the space. really nice people and space.

Food is good I had the Lexington Lite Bagel. My laptop battery died but they have plenty of electric outlets, and they have WiFi. My Latte was weak tasted like milk and water with a hint of coffee. I would come back and try the other food on the menu though.

Came in after beryl today, and I think they are still trying to ramp up service. The people dinning here were so obnoxious but I’m trying not to allow that to affect the review. The bagel was great and the service was great. But look guys, this is a dime size bagel shop… if you are around loud people you will hear everything. Customers on top of customers. I want to try this again to give it the full attention this place deserves. Good tea

It was a nice place to do some work! The bagel sandwiches were yummy, but they were a bit overpriced. I believe the shot of espresso was as well. Although I’m sure they use great ingredients, I think you can find similar things at a different bagel store, although the ingredients here are way fresher!

Food is not worth it. This place charges $12-$15 per bagel menu,Portion is too small, coffee is too small to refill, price is the most expensive in the United States, if you have a big meal, you need to buy three Bagels to eat, beef is frozen, not fresh, no side dishes, not commensurate with the advertising on the menu, the cost is between $1.8-2.0, eggs are only half, beef is the same size as McDonald's hamburgers, indoor atmosphere is good. But the bathroom was terrible.The staff didn't give a receipt. Why?

Used to come often, decided to try it after some time, unsure if there was change in management. But it’s definitely not what it used to be, smaller portion sizes, bagels aren’t light, fluffy and crispy on the outside, $10+ per bagel is not worth it anymore. Disappointed

I dont like to put negative reviews but this place is a rip off!! I got 3 bagels (1 Cinnamon and Raisin, 2 Bluberry ones). 2 large coffee. I also ordered one cheese spread and when opened at home it was this tiny container that you usually get free sauce from other restaurants. Look at the picture!! 2 large coffee which is almost like 9 oz! Why on earth did I have to pay $18.00 for 3bagels and 2 large coffee. Bagels don't even look fresh. Never going back.
