Came in for a late lunch with my daughter. Had the place pretty much all to ourselves. Our server - JJ - was great! Food came out quick, hot and oh man was it ever delicious!! We got fried pickles that were delish! Crab boil delectable and the popcorn shrimp was seriously the best I’ve ever had. The shrimp was so tender and fried to absolute perfection! Super delighted we found our new crab boil location!

Jacob was kind and very humble. I asked him for several things unexpectedly and he was calm and laid back. He also made a suggestion that on the menu that suited well for what I want to order. Walked in and we were immediately given a table. Our server JJ was amazing and very helpful! I got the #7 and the crabs and shrimp were cooked just right and tasted amazing! Will definitely be going back!

Party of about 14 were there for a birthday celeb on Sunday Sept 28. Our waitress JJ was supreme! Although she waited on the entire party alone,she didn't miss a beat! Service was great! No long periods of waiting for drinks nor food! Wasn't fond of the margarita ,food was mediocre, this young lady made the experience worthwhile so a big thank you to JJ!

The name says it all, the food was juicy, and delicious. So good! The portions were great and filling. I shared a number 6 with my child, and we could not finish it together. The shrimp were tender and easy to peel, the potatoes were super soft, the corn was great and the sausage, tender and perfect. The service was good, as the waiter kept stopping by to ask what else we would need. My son loved the bibs provided to protect your clothing and the gloves to protect your hands if wanted.

The food was great, but the service was quite slow and the atmosphere left a bit to be desired. Our server and his backup disappeared for a LONG time. By the time I got the 1/2 dozen raw oysters, the ice was nearly completely melted. We would've ordered more drinks, but could only get one each despite us being there for over 2 hours. That's a loss of revenue on their part. The atmosphere was quite lifeless. No music, very boring, etc. The food was great though. My husband said the fried fish was good although he would have preferred that it was a bit crispier. Still the rest of us loved our sausage and various types of crab and seasoning! So good! They also offer a military discount which is great and we still tipped our server over the standard 20%. He can't control everything. I do recommend checking them out. Maybe it'll be livelier at dinner time.

The Juicy Crab is amazing! Chloé was our server and she was phenomenal! She is professional, personable, and our needs were met. Before our glasses were empty, she returned to refill our drinks. Also, everyday happy hour is all day. Can you say $5 lemon drop martinis? I'm sold. Full. Satisfied.

The best low boil we have ever had. The blend of seasonings was amazing and something we’ve never tasted before. Calamari was tender and not at all chewy. The crawfish were huge and easily came out of the shell. The shrimp were tender and cooked to perfection. Easily the best - Service was phenomenal!!

A late night dinner. It was very tasty....and the service was fast and excellent! No wait, we were seated, greeted and served! Thanks to the kitchen and waiter Alex for providing A+ customer service. My family and I want to say Thank You! We had a great time and will visit again.

I had the Thai Chili Shrimp appetizer with a Thai Chicken Salad and it was delicious. Service was excellent and really enjoyed our lunch. Bread is only available per request before 5p. I haven't been in awhile and was glad I asked so be mindful if you are not a regular patron. I'm kicking myself for not remembering thewo derful woman that took care of us. Take care of raise who take care of you while patronizing restaurants. Will definitely be back!

We celebrated my daughter. Service was wonderful. Our waiter was perfect to handle our large table. Love the Memorial City location because of the yard between the restaurants. Love having somewhere that children can go play and have fun. I will say, prices have gone up and portions have gone down, particularly the cheesecake slices. The slices are so thin they can't stand up in the container. And I think they've changed some recipes because the turtle and oreo slices tasted off a bit. Overall we still had a good time. The waiter was wonderful.

I have frequented this restaurant numerous times, but hadn't had the opportunity to provide feedback until now. Upon visiting late one evening, despite the crowded atmosphere, the staff efficiently arranged seating. Our server demonstrated exceptional helpfulness and friendliness. Food arrival was prompt; however, there was errors with our orders. Fortunately, we were accommodating diners and didn't mind. Notably, the mushroom burger and chicken alfredo were outstanding. Huge selection of cheesecakes. Overall, this establishment offers a casual, average dining experience.

I waited at the curbside pickup for over 10 mins and no one brought my order. After calling to advise I was waiting, I was told it would be out soon and waited another 7 minutes and decided to walk inside to pick up. Cheesecake was great as always always!

mozzarella sticks weren't good. probably microwaved. Didn't have fresh crayfish but advertised it. the one thing that got me was that we walked in the doors. 4 mins before 11 they pretty much told us to go outside. we wanted to wash our hands and warm up . we came in straight from the Run Htown Rockets 5k. they said we're still setting up. it was just me and my son standing there. not a crowd of us.

Let’s get right into it. Upon walking in, the doors are super heavy, causing strain if not ready to pull on the door. I had to help an older lady out. So walking in you have to look for the hostess stand ahead.. it’s tall, and no one is there, the front is crowed due to the cheesecake to go orders. So they maybe don’t know you are standing there waiting to be seated or standing around waiting for to go cheesecake. As workers pass by one had his finger twisting his braid on his scalp, and he went straight to getting out cheesecake for customers. They didn’t see him walking from the kitchen to the cheesecake area like I did because I was standing at the hostess stand. He didn’t wash his hand nor sanitize.. he just kept messing with his scalp, and braid or dread? So finally someone comes to seat us. The brown bread I know it’s good, but the other bread was hard as a rock, we ordered apps, and per the waiter’s request they said “wait to see if the app food is good to see if you want to order anything else” all that did was make me question if the food was good or not. I have been to a Cheesecake Factory before, but not this one in particular. So I saw another worker also messing with his dread or braid, just walking around looking lost. I don’t know why management doesn’t tell them have some respect, wash your hands, or don’t play with your dread just walking around the dining area. What I did order was good.. but the lolly gagging, slow walking, dragging feet, and doing nothing but messing with their scalp while we ate was disrespectful. The cheesecake is too soft it needs to be addressed, and maybe get an authentic base first before any toppings are out on. The classic cheesecake is small I don’t know why, you can see how small it is compared to the others next to it. For the price for a slice, it’s a no. I will update this review if I see any improvement. This store is on the list, so my job is almost done. I travel to save you time, and money… my following knows that.

Visited The Cheesecake Factory recently and tried quite a few dishes everything was delicious! The Shrimp Alfredo Pasta was rich and creamy, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The Pineapple Shrimp and Fried Shrimp were both amazing crispy, fresh, and seasoned just right. The Mac & Cheese Balls were a total comfort bite cheesy and satisfying. The Cucumber Salad was a standout too good, too good, too good, too good! Fresh, crisp, and full of flavor. The Nachos were okay, not bad but not a must-try. And the Crab Bag (or Crab-based dish) was also really good, flavorful, and filling. everything tasted fresh and well-prepared definitely a place where you can try a variety of dishes and rarely go wrong. I’ll be going back for that Cucumber Salad alone! To end the meal, I had the Pumpkin Pecan Cheesecake, and it was absolutely divine rich, perfectly spiced, and the ideal balance of pumpkin and pecan.

The pasta was a bit on the dry side, but overall I had a good experience. The atmosphere had great vibes, and it was an enjoyable place to relax and enjoy a meal.

Food was okay. I had a big party so wait wasn’t bad for the amount of people with that being said took about another hour for the food to show up. Served got ticket wrong and food left a lot to be desired. Went for my daughter birthday wasn’t too impressed

Food was ok. The calamari didn't taste like anything. Green beans were tasty. My daughters boil was ok...but it had a flavor that just tasted off. Was decorated very nice.

Recently went to @juicycrab.sugarland, was in the mood for some oysters. nice ambiance but seemed like they were a little understaffed. now for the food we ordered the Oysters, Fried Tilapia, Fried Shrimp and Cajun Green Beans. overall the food was good. great portion size and flavorful.

It was my sons birthday today and all he wanted was to go to Cheesecake Factory and he loves cheesecake. Sadly to say, we never got a cheesecake. We sat down and service took 5 minutes to get to us. I ordered the calera wine and my mom ordered the New Zealand. The wines tasted like they’ve been opened for several weeks. I drank mine and didn’t complain because my mom already complained about hers but I should have asked them to just take it away. My sons milkshake took 10 minutes to come out. Our drinks came out before his, and it’s his birthday and he’s turning 9 today. My mom had the filet mignon and it came out with around 5 pieces of steak in a sauce. And I ordered the ribeye. It was a really thin cut that cost $45. Before we ordered, we looked at the menu, we contemplated and I didn’t want to eat there but since my son loves cheesecake, we decided to stay. We brought our own cake. The plan was to say happy birthday with the cake we bought and eat a cheesecake afterwards. The service was lagging and there was a lack of initiative. We didn’t want to leave because we had a whole bunch of gifts for my son to open. The whole reason we came to the Cheesecake Factory was for a cheesecake and never got one. We probably wouldn’t have bothered buying one but honestly don’t even know how it would taste given the facts previously mentioned. My mom was very upset. There was a lack of empathy and I understand our server is young but it came off as very ignorant.

Service tonight was not good at all. My appetizers were room temperature and when I finally received my food after almost an hour wait the food was not hot at all and you could tell it's been sitting around. I ended up sending my food back and going someplace else for dinner. My wife ate most of her cold food because we sat so long she was hungry. The server should have checked on us on a regular basis and giving us updates but that didn't happen either. This was definitely not a good experience but I will definitely give them one more try in the future. II tip very well and I am a stickler for food and service because I pay for it. Unfortunately, I left hungry and did not eat anything. Please know I did inform the managerif the sisuation and gave us a slice of cheesecake. I am not happy mainly with the kitchen and the server

The service and crawfish was terrible. The crab was good. The waiter didn’t get anything of our order right and I still had to pay full price for everything. Also they started to close at 9:00 while there were people still eating. I had to leave a pound of crawfish left at 10:30 because they turned the TVs off, chairs up and basically felt like we were being pushed out. If they wanted to leave early they should’ve stopped selling food at an earlier time. The crawfish was also super expensive, small, and the seasoning was just alright.

Ok the service was really good I can’t lie my appetizer was good and my margarita was good my food was not fresh at all…. Now I did pay for it but I didn’t eat it and as a server, if someone doesn’t eat the food u shouldn’t charge them for it but maybe he was a rookie either way I won’t be back I left more then 20% but I was not satisfied at alll and I will not be back!!! You were good Yader but cmon man DO BETTER!!!! (The food is trash) so many places better I’d rather go to Cheddars

I just finished giving birth to my second child. I asked my husband to get me an impossible burger from here with no cheese. I opened the burger and to my surprise, there was a yellow square where the cheese used to be. And they had put it on the bottom so you wouldn’t see it unless you picked up the whole patty. I guess refiring the order would have been too much huh? I scraped the cheese remnants off the burger and bottom bun because I had no choice. So sad that a second time mom had a terrible first meal after baby.

Bad customer service and bad crawfish as well ! I’m not the type to leave Google reviews at all, but I have a big problem when it comes to my food and my money. As some of us know, this place is not cheap, and I live 40 mins away from there . I order combos, and in one of my combos, they didn’t add my crawfish or the potatoes I paid extra to get . The other combo had no eggs that I paid extra to get ! And then when I called, they transferred me to the manager and texted her pictures. She said they checked the cameras and all my food was there ! When it wasn’t ! I’ll never go back to this place ever again ! Customer service is a big thing for me ! Plus, the crawfish taste like frozen crawfish, just plain nasty. If y’all want good crawfish, I suggest Mike’s Seafood !
