I work in the fast food industry, so I really notice the details — and Smashburger did great. The place was very clean, and they brought the food to our table quickly. Everything was hot and fresh. Even the bathrooms were clean, and the atmosphere was pleasant. I totally recommend it!

The restaurant was really clean and the young lady who took our order was really nice. The wait time for the food wasn’t too bad as it was made to order. I had the jalapeños burger and it was good, I just wish it was spicier. The kids chicken strip meal was huge, the strips are the size of small patties- we had plenty of leftovers for later.

It’s a casual restaurant with counter service. We opted to eat outside on this beautiful day. They brought our food out. Burgers were superb! I had the All American double because I really didn’t want the usual lettuce, tomatoes etc. This was primarily the delicious meats, red onion and pickles, mustard & ketchup. My guy had a bacon double smash burger. Brioche buns were fresh. Lots of bacon, he says. French fries were thin cut but fried to perfection, crunchy. This place is located in the lovely Town Center in Sugar Land. Overall a good place. Plenty of free parking and clean restrooms. Wheel chair accessible.

This is my first time trying a smash burger restaurant…. So let’s get this out of the way—-> ROSEMARY FRENCH FRYS WHERE YOU BEEN MY WHOLE LIFE!?!? The burger and fries are a SMASH! Loved it. The guy taking care of the customers was friendly and top notch. Food excellent. Prices are fair. I shall return!

The spicy jalapeño burger was great and that’s why I didn’t give 3 stars. The man taking my order wouldn’t even look at me. The dining room was dirty and there was not one single clean table. I had to wipe the crumbs off of one myself before sitting. They were not busy and plenty of open tables. I was really wanting a burger and to sit for a bit which is why I stayed, but this place really needs people to care a bit more about working. Almost $15 for a single burger and drink. The young lady who brought my food was very friendly and smiled. I haven’t been here in years and not sure if I’ll return.

The brussels sprouts are delicious! The burgers are good and are good sized. Tots are crispy and good. Will come back again.

We had the classic burgers, the Colorado burger, wings with buffalo sauce, smash fries and sweet potato fries. Everything was good but I did not enjoy the Colorado burger as it seemed to be overloaded with some kind of whipped cheese. The cashier was upset about something when we walked in. Took up to 2 minutes to acknowledge us. Turns out she was upset at someone in the kitchen and proceeded to curse at them in front of customers. I dont mind she was upset but we don't need to know you're arguing with your coworkers and the profanity was unnecessary. The food was excellent as usual!!

I love Smashburger and their burgers were always great. However, this is not the case for here. I ordered crispy Brussel sprouts, which weren’t crispy but very oily. The French fries were soft, and my Truffle mushroom burger was put together haphazardly. The patty was over seasoned too. The only saving grace was the chocolate milkshake, which as usual, was delicious. Staff were friendly, and there were plenty of seats. There is plenty of free parking.

I feel the Smashburger Sugarland is very different from the Smashburger in the Galleria area. Food was below expectation. The burger was drier than I remembered. Tables were not clean when I got there as the beginning of lunchtime on a weekday.

There was no one in front when we arrived. I had to ask someone to get our order. Our food was pretty good it took longer than expected. It was not busy. The are where you get your drinks was messy and trash on the floor in the area. I was appaled at spending $35 plus some change for what we got. Also the pickles are horrible 😫. Just ordered for the first time. Ordered 3 burgers+sweet potato waffle fries+brussell sprouts. Delivery was very quick. But when opened the bag which was sealed (so it wasn't the delivery driver/company)...very disappointed to see the Brussels sprouts... the container barely had any Brussels sprouts in it. Picture for reference. So yea if you choose to order be ready for a very tiny portion.

This is the second time I show up to this location 20 minutes before it closes and the folks inside have already locked up and have started cleaning up. It really sucks to drive all the way out here to find out that the staff got lazy and locked up earlier than the advertised close time. For management: The time was 9:12 when I showed up. It is 9:15 as I write this review. The date is February 23rd, 2026. Multiple folks inside. Very unprofessional.

I have never felt so disrespected by a food establishment. My family arrived at about 8:20pm and was told they were only taking to-go orders. I asked what that meant and the cashier told me that they were just putting the food in a bag. I asked if we could still sit down and he said yes so we proceeded with our order. We waited about 15 min for our food to not receive a bun less burger. Another customer pulled out and checked their bag and it was mine. It was a patty thrown in a styrofoam box. Mind you this meal cost me $15. They threw wilted lettuce in the box and handed it to us bc that also was missing. Right after my husband and I complained between ourselves about the cost vs what I got (upside down patty) we were mumbled by who I am assuming was the manager for the night “ you got a to go order?” I asked him to repeat himself out loud because he mumbled and then rudely told us”you got a to go order so that means you take your order to go!” At this point I am upset because I was forced to do a “To-go order” and was told the difference was the bag. We live 20 min away with 2 kids and would not have ordered had I known I couldn’t sit down. Basically I took it as though this team was lazy to clean up before closing at 9:30/10pm. We were told again that the dining area was closed and our only option was to go or sit outside. We will never come to this place and the work ethic this place has hired is truly ridiculous. My $15 burger attached…unreal!
