Customer services 10/10 I got my 1 day juice cleanse and I literally cannot be more excited! The whole experience was great! Very clean environment & a lot of options to choose from. Personally the charcoal juice is my favorite! I will definitely be returning!

I was visiting Sugar Land, TX and was looking at options for Acai bowls around and I found this one. The main reason I wanted to try this one out was because of the vegan and gluten free avocado toast they offered. I loved the Acai Berry Bowl and the Avocado Sirracha Toast.

I love main squeeze , The staff are very knowledgeable, patient and seems very caring. I really like how they explain what's in the bowl, sometimes they don't know that I've been there before because it's different people but they try to explain make sure that I want everything in the bowl. They don't make it feel like they're just doing their job. Anyway I've only had the portable but I've already had it like six or seven times, I am one of those people who like some thing and just get that one thing maybe I will try other things. I know that my sister when she came she tried all the juices and her favorite was detox she was going to get a lot to take home with her to Maryland but I thought it would be kind of interesting for her to be drinking that and then getting on a plane LOL long story short I love it, my husband always gets all the different kind of bread things that they have LOL I guess avocado toast I called this banana bread

i went to main squeeze's drive through recently and the girl who took my order and the girl who handed us the drinks were both really friendly and nice,, love the customer service. plus they're environmentally friendly!

This is definitely the best place in Sugar Land that I've gotten juice from. I crave pressed juice a lot, so this place was a perfect find for me. Some of my favorites are Detox, Awaken, and Alive. Everyone was so sweet and patient during my first visit. I was able to sample a few juices before settling on any of them. I ended up buying 4 different juices on my first visit. My second visit I tried the acai berry bowl and also bought 6 more juices. They loaded up the bowl to the brim. I couldn't finish it all, but it was so refreshing. I always see them coming up with new juices and I can't wait to go back to try them.

I found this place close to my yoga 🧘🏾‍♀️ studio. They have a good selection of freshly squeezed juices. You can sample them before purchasing them, which is a plus for me. They also provide other healthy foods , like smoothies/acai bowles/foods ect. All things good - fresh- healthy ❣️

My daughters wanted an acai bowl and Main Squeeze came highly recommended. This is a nice place to get your juice and health fix. Everything felt so fresh and clean.

Staff was rude when I asked a question about the sanitation process... If they won't answer you can only suspect it's dirty back there. Smoothie bowl tasted like it had old fruit and the juices were bitter, won't be coming back here.

Location says it is open, ordered online took our money and gave us an estimated wait of 15 minutes. Showed up and location is not open although it advertised online and on their door that it is open today (Sunday). This location has also double charged me in the past saying my transaction did not go through and ran my card again to find out later I had two charges.

TERRIBLE taste, TERRIBLE service, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! If I could give this place 0 stars I would!! I advise anyone who wants some fresh juice to AVOID this location at all costs!! Took forever for my drink to be made because of some punk was just dragging his behind (didn’t even look like he knew how to do his job and no hairnet or hat near the blenders EITHER)! My juice tasted absolutely disgusting like if the fruit wasn’t fresh at ALL. Waste of time and money, the people running the operation here need to be either trained properly or get promoted to CUSTOMER.

Stay away from this Main Squeeze especially if you go through the drive thru. I just had the worst experience one could ever have. It took over 10 minutes to get a smoothie after going inside. The two young ladies could clearly see I was upset by the long wait. I asked why did it take so long and the young lady that was working the drive thru told me to calm down. Was completely rude. I will never do business with this place again I guarantee that. I recommend staying away from this place. Always under staffed and the wait times are beyond ridiculous. Better management of employees needed. The young lady working the drive thru on 10/1/25 should be terminated asap!!!!

I wish I could echo the other great reviews on this platform, but I cannot! I have visited this location three times and each time the customer service has been poor at best. On our first visit, the sales rep was obviously new and being trained by a manager who was unattentive and constantly on the phone using headphones. The order was mixed up and charged incorrectly, and reversing their mistake was a nightmare—too much to reiterate here! On our second visit, the manager was again on the phone and very inattentive. On the third visit, the manager waited on me and at the same time turned her back to text constantly on her cell phone. Lastly, I referred my boss to order a gift of juice from this location. She informed me today that she has called constantly for the past week and no one answers the phone! We love the juice at Main Squeeze but not the poor customer service at the Sugar Land location. Until things change, we have decided to use and recommend the Missouri City or Katy Locations. I hope you can fix this soon because I am going 7 to 10 miles and 15+ minutes out of my way to get the juice. I enjoy so much.
