Great service and amazing drinks! The steak had excellent flavor, though it was slightly overcooked for my taste. Still, everything was enjoyable. The service truly stood out—friendly and attentive. Happy Hour is the best bang for your buck. Just a reminder the plate comes out hot!

Where should I start? Went here for a bday celebration with my fiance. The moment we walked in the door, we were greeted with a friendly smile. Immediately sat down, bread was delivered hot and ready, water was poured and our waiter ( Victoria) was on stand by and we didn't have to wait for our order to be taken. They even sprinkled confetti on our table in celebration of our birthdays. It was our 1st time dining here and she made our experience worth it. She broke down the menu, suggested an appetizer which was the calamari tossed in a sweet chill sauce (but we got the sauce on the side). The best calamari I've had so far. I had a ribeye medium well, mac & cheese, and a loaded baked potatoe. When I say that steak was seasoned to perfection. My fiance had a ribeye, cream spinach, and lobster mac. For dessert we had a cheesecake and bread pudding. Even the drinks were delicious. The sides are big so be careful when ordering too much. Lol . Superb service, definitely a must try and we will be returning again. Thank you again Victoria!

Dasia was an amazing server! We were a party of 8 girls, and not only was she super welcoming, she made sure all of our orders were perfect and made the night an unforgettable experience❤️❤️❤️

5 star restaurant. Starting with the service, Jonathan and Kenny take care of us and make us feel like kings. The food was excellent. They do have special with appetizer, entree and desert included. That’s very affordable for every day lunch. I went for the T-bone, was perfectly medium cooked and then desserts brought from heaven. Creme brûlée is mandatory to try it. 5 stars well deserved.

My friends and myself dined at this Ruth Chris location last night for one of my best friend’s birthday dinner. We were a large party of 10. From the moment we were sat until the moment we walked outside of the restaurant we received nothing but 5 star A1 top service! Our servers were Deja and Marco and they were exceptional! Super genuinely friendly, articulate, observant, and they made us feel extremely welcome. Deja in particular went above and beyond. I have dined at numerous Ruth Chris locations in different cities and this service was by far the best. It’s not easy to take care of 10 crazy chatty women at once but she pulled it off effortlessly and seemed to be having fun with it, yet still professional. I like the food at all Ruth Chris but to me service is everything and for that alone I will be returning to this location and requesting to be sat in her section. Thank you for. Celebrated my birthday here and the food was very very good. The atmosphere was so elegant. Staff members came by during the meal to thank me for choosing to celebrate my birthday there. (got the birthday confetti 🎉) The birthday cheesecake was amazingly delicious. The food is pricey, but worth every cent. I will definitely be back again...I ordered the stuff chicken breast

Excellent service, fantastic food, nice atmosphere. We had a lovely meal celebrating our Anniversary. All the staff were wonderful, from the host- Latoya, I think, to our server Wendy. Fabulous. Nice touches, above and beyond. The manager came over to say hello. Couldn’t ask for more.

It’s a lovely atmosphere and the food is always delicious at RC. The manager and Willie were friendly and kind. Jeremy and Carlos were equally attentive. Overall a lovely experience. I had just landed and was hungry. Here for a meeting. I’ll be back before I go home! The apple pie was outstanding!

Truly an enjoyable meal and experience. Rachael was a very friendly and hospitable waitress as was Miguel who served our table and is also a very knowledgable Sommelier. It is a wonderful restaurant to go to for special occasions, and we will definitely be returning.

Wife and I sat at bar, and to our surprise the bar staff did great! Willy and Carlos rolled out the red carpet for us. Great service, great drinks, perfect recommendations on the food. You could tell Will has been doing this a while, true professional. Miami usually has terrible service but Will and Carlos showed me this place was different. Food came out stellar, steaks were perfect. Everything came out in a timely manner. The manager was even nice and the ladies in the front were terrific! In a time where a lot of chain restaurants are lowering the bar, this Ruth’s Chris showed me differently. Definitely coming back!

We walked over from JW Marriott turnberry for dinner after seeing the prices at the hotel steak house. This place is classy. steak and service were superb with Gluten allergy friendly menu. Would highly recommend

Naveen is an absolutely outstanding server who always goes above and beyond to make sure your experience is perfect. He’s incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive from the moment you sit down. His service is lightning-fast, but never rushed—he’s got that perfect balance. Naveen always checks in to make sure you’re comfortable and have everything you need. He remembers the little details and treats every guest like they’re the most important person in the room. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the people he serves. You can always count on him to deliver top-notch service with a warm smile. Simply put, Naveen is not just a great server—he’s a genuinely great guy.

Always heard nice things about Ruth's Chris. Never had the privilege of coming before. My first time was phenomal. Dasia is probably the best server I have ever had. Attentive, but not bothersome. Cheerful and authentic. Food was amazing. I came for the Thanksgiving special. I can't wait to try the steak. Green beans with garlic is such a good side. I loved mashed potatoes, but kept finding myself picking at my wife's beans. Pumpkin cheesecake was lovely. Bread arrived shortly after the water to quell any excess hunger you might have. It's pricey but give it a try. It's really good!

Another Anniversary celebration success. Willie at the bar will take good care of you with an excellent Happy Hour offering. Then went to the dining room for more excellent service from Daniel and crew. We had the 3-Course for $55 and was excellent. Great 8oz Strip cooked to perfection and the Chicken which was also perfect. One Caesar appy and Soup of the Day was Onion and both were great. Then 2 mini cheesecake desserts that just hit the spot. 10/10.

Food is amazing! At the Aventura location the service is amazing. Managers present and checked on us and even got our dessert order. Our server Jacob was so nice and recommended the filet and Christopher chicken. AMAZING!! the drinks were delicious, went with espresso martini. Thank you for a great night off with my husband! Just had an amazing Anniversary dinner at Ruth Chris in Aventura, Fl. Great atmosphere with huge windows to see outside. Miguel Barradas made the experience ever better with his friendly personality and excellent service! Perfect food and service. We will be back!

What a great experience AND food! ☺️ I was greeted warmly and with a smile and seated quickly. My table ambiance was very welcoming and all the staff I encountered during my meal were so polite and friendly. I was checked on by two different managers aside from my server to make sure my meal was amazing and that showed me that my meal and experience was important to them! My server Rachael R. was especially great, she recommended items on the menu since it was my first time there and she did not disappoint. 😊 She was so friendly and attentive; she made me feel like I was a regular there! If the customer service excellence alone doesn’t have you in your car and on your way there, the food…WOW! My steak was absolutely perfect—cut like butter! The sides are large portions too—they don’t short you anywhere! The sweet potato casserole was heavenly. Definitely hats off to the chef and rest of the kitchen crew! Without you all—there would be a lot of h-angry people! I also ordered the pomegranate martini (Rachael’s favorite drink) and it was the perfect mixture of tart and sweet; a great compliment with my meal. Thank you again to everyone that had a hand in making my first time visit here memorable. I will be sure to come back anytime I am in the area. 💗

Came here to celebrate my mom’s birthday and had an amazing night. Naveen was awesome, super friendly and made us feel really welcome. The food was incredible, and the staff went above and beyond. I actually work here as a valet, so it felt special to experience it from the other side. Huge thanks to Naveed and the team for making it such a great night!

My experience at Ruth Chris was amazing, the food was fantastic as always but something that made my night here extra wonderful was our amazing waiter, Miguel. He’s extremely welcoming and friendly, and was especially kind to me and my partner.

Even though I had a not so pleasant experience on Thanksgiving Day, I felt compelled to come back and acknowledge Frank for his genuine concern. He immediately called and apologized after reading my initial review. Moreover, he addressed my concerns with his team. I appreciate Frank's hospitality and professional. Carlos is the best from service and personality and the resturant quality food. However. Carlos is the shining star and just the best part of our Miami trip.

I’m in Miami only for two nights for work and I was excited there was a Ruth’s Chris right across the street because I absolutely love their barbecue shrimp appetizer. I went last night and I got to try the goat cheese artichoke dip which was amazing and the Ahi tuna but I went back tonight because the bartender was amazing. She made me feel welcome. I miss the days where you could go to a bar and meet people but now you go to a bar and everyone’s on their phone so it was nice to have a bartender that treated me as a friend, thank you Dasia B. And was lovely to meet Daniel tonight. Who’s fantastic also and I got to have my barbecue shrimp.

Had such an enjoyable time with my husband and daughter. We ordered shrimp cocktail, Filet Mignon, NY Strip, Asparagus and Baked potato. Everything was excellent, just as I remembered (hadn't been to Ruth Chris's in 20 years.) Our favorite part of the experience was Rachel, our server, she is so personable, knowledgeable and genuine; she was the highlight of our night. Four stars for Atmosphere because I think the decor could be better, it felt a little generic like a hotel lobby. With that said, it was a beautiful night, and we'll be back very soon.

Christmas eve is my husband's birthday and we went this year to Ruth's Chris Aventura. For many years we have been going to Ruth's Chris for my birthday in February in Fort Lauderdale and more recently in Aventura, but this was our first time on Christmas eve. We prefer to eat early and as usual made a 5:30 reservation. At that time in Aventura with a large latin population the restaurant would normally be empty, but on Christmas eve it was packed. (I am guessing that people were unable to get later reservations.) Even with a full house, the attitude and service was impeccable. From being greeted and taken to a table, with the hostess being aware we were celebrating a birthday, to the server, Josh, and his assistant, everyone conveys the message that they are very glad we are there. I am gluten free and while the convenience of a printed gluten free menu is offered, the entire menu is relatively limited and the gluten free menu more so. My husband started with onion soup and I with the wedge salad. The wedge is huge and could easily be split among two or even three. We ordered a 16 oz strip steak to split and they are happy to cook the two halves to different doneness. For sides we chose the garlic mashed potatoes and when we hesitated about a second side because there was nothing gluten free we both enjoy, Josh asked if there was something else we might like. I was very pleased -- and very surprised -- that when I asked about sauteed spinach which is not on the menu, we were told it was no problem at all. For a birthday, a complimentary dessert is served, just one more point in Ruth's Chris favor. There is no question that the restaurant is pricey, but in this case you absolutely get what you pay for. Thanks Ruth's Chris and thanks Josh for a spectacular birthday dinner.

Date night was fantastic. Our server JL was AWSOME! Great suggestions, and always around without crowding us. In speaking with JL, he said he was fairly new at this establishment (3-4 months). We'll we couldn't tell. He was a seasoned professional. Food was delicious and did not take long to arrive after ordering. I highly recommend dinning here.

My husband and I recently celebrated our 13th wedding anniversary at Ruth's Chris. It was as first time and it will not be our last. The food was of course amazing and worth every cent but the staff was over the top. Emily the hostess had been made aware of my disability literally came outside and greeted me and escorted me to my table while my husband parked. And the manager Frank held my chair and made sure I was all completely comfortable until my husband joined me. They had rose petals on the table and gave us an anniversary card. But then there was our server Miguel. This man alone made us feel like royalty. He was so kind and helpful. He basically spoiled us. The evening was a beautiful experience. We will be back and will only have Miguel as our server. So thank you Emily, Frank, Miguel and all your staff for a beautiful anniversary dinner.

We had the pleasure being served by Josh. My husband and I celebrated our anniversary last night at Ruth Chris. He really took very good care of us he is very polite , well spoken , and very attentive we will definitely be back and plan on requesting Josh as our server. He was phenomenal

Ruth's Chris is one of the many chains that specialize in steaks. Their restaurant in Aventura always delivers. Even a steak well done is still tender and deliciously flavored. Friendly service, especially the hostesses at the entrance and the bartender, where I enjoyed a cocktail waiting for the rest of our party. The atmosphere is nothing out of the ordinary. Some nice flower arrangements, high ceilings, spacious tables, and some booths. All in a beige/ gold color palette . Clean restrooms. Outdoor tables for the cooler months. Restaurant participates in Miami Spice: 3 course dinner for 60 $ .

It was my first time at Ruth’s Chris Steak House. Unfortunately, I did not order a steak however the Salmon and Shrimp, asparagus, and sweet potato’s was amazing! The tables and booths are so close as if you’re having dinner with everyone instead of the person(s) you came with. If it’s only two people I recommend sitting near the reserve room for a more intimate feel. Our waitress was amazing and answered all of questions. Possibly they could reconsider their to-go boxes for hot food given the material lets off toxins when there’s heat to it. Overall the experience was nice and dainty. As of now this restaurant wouldn’t make it to my top 5 restaurants however, this could change once I try their steak! 🙂🙂

Food was very good and so was the service! The only thing I disliked was the Mac and Cheese I don’t too much care for it or like it. It wasn’t good at all. Other than that, everything else was superb.

A decent place. The food was good, I would have to say the lobster mac and cheese and the truffle steak were at the top of my list. I did think that the prices were a bit expensive for the quality of food provided, but the atmosphere was nice. Has a very traditional old school feel to it, which adds to the place’s charm. It’s a good place to have a business dinner / discuss business.

Very expensive restaurant - your meal can easily be $85+. Chicken on its own was priced at $40+ - then you had to spend $10$+ for a side. There was very minimal parking availabile so we had to VIP valet park for $20+ tip. For 4 people the bill came out to $375 (that was without any liquor). The server was attentive and funny. The food came out quickly and very hot. The Cesar salad was delicious, the mashed potatoes were good, the steak was alright (came undercooked) and the manager was arguing that it was cooked perfectly (it was not). The crème brûlée and cheesecake were very good. Overall I feel I could have paid half and gotten more meal satisfaction from other steakhouses so I don’t think I will be back.

I dined at the Aventura location on November 15th for dinner. It was my first time visiting this location. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed by the seating arrangement. I was seated on the far right upon entering the restaurant, and everything seemed fine until I went to use the restroom and noticed another dining area on the left past the hostess stand. What concerned me was that most of the white guests were seated in the main dining area, while most of the Black guests including myself were seated on the right side. I have never encountered anything like this in a restaurant, and I found it completely unacceptable. That said, the food was enjoyable, and my server, Zachary, provided excellent service, which helped improve my experience despite the seating issue. I wanted to bring this to your attention because it is a serious concern and something no guest should experience.

Visited 9/25 family of four. Server Daniel and his assistant completely neglected my table. Never manicured the table. Took over 30 minutes to bring bread. He was nowhere to be found the entire time we were sat. At one point I asked for a refill it never came.My 11 oz filet ordered medium it was rare so I brought it to temp on the 500 degree plate. My table was piled with dirty plates empty cups etc the entire time. Me and my mother had to ask another server to help us out because Daniel never came back. Zach was the only saving grace here and kindly helped us from beginning to end. It felt wrong even leaving a tip for Daniel because Zach did all of the work but I did and still tipped more than he deserved. I’ve been dining at Ruth’s for over 15 years across several locations and ever since Dardon took over, it’s gone down hill when it comes to service. You can’t put an Olive Garden server in a 4/5 star steak house and expect the same service. Ruth is rolling in her grave! Highly disappointed and if I do return I will be requesting Zach.

I visited this location last night and I was very disappointed. First I sat at the bar with my friend whom was already having a cocktail. I had to waive a bartender down to order my drink and same for my food. The bartenders were all male staff who were not very attentive to the guest at all. I even had to ask for silverware. When it was time to pay the bartender advised me they don’t accept Apple Pay. That’s should be writing somewhere visible before I ate. The manager came and she wasn’t pleasant at all demanding to see my ID in order to use Apple Pay. Unfortunately I had left my ID in my car which was parked at my friends house. Finally the bartender comes over and gives me his cashapp to send the money to and the matter was resolved no thanks to the rude manager. I will not be returning to this location.

Manager continues to allow dogs to be a nusiance even after District Manager informed her policy is dogs outside. The last 2 times we went food issues , its time to get a better manager. She actually told us Ruth Chris policy is dogs can sit at bar. RIDICULOUS! Spending $300 to eat with people's pets at bar. Until they replace her we wont be back Ruth Chris you response is ridiculous. I previously talked to your district manager who said dogs unless SERVICE dogs must be outside. The manager states your company policy is she cant say anything about dogs. Problem is city of Aventura says dogs need to be outside. The dog in question was NOT A SERVICE DOG. A service dog wears a special vest and they are trained they do not bark or jump on patrons the way this dog did on several occasions. You have a manager issue as 2 weeks in a row we had to send back food this week raw scallops. Last week the osobuco ravioli came out so salty un eatable. So called manager she said she would cook it without the sauce and bring on the side to dip, she brings out again cooked same way to salty for human consumption. And when I said you said you would remake without the sauce she said but they cook it in the sauce. Then why wouldn't she adress the issue why it was so salty. She more concerned with allowing. Nonservice dogs in restaurant that she does a terrible job managing the kitchen. When you spent $300 a week there and food is going down as bad experiences are going up because of barking dogs you have a management problem. Service dogs are Not a nusiance , allowing nonservice dogs that are a nusiance is why you need a new manager. You may always want to clarify you policies as she things every dog is a service dog when they are Not
