Orange chicken = 5 points, broccoli and chicken=5 points. I would give 3 points for flat noodles with shrimp (because flat noodles were not good but there was a good amount of shrimp inside). 13/3 = 4.3 but they are good people lets make it 5.

Our go to Chinese restaurant. The lady there is very very nice and accommodating to any customizations we request. The food is always delicious and definitely worth the wait during peak hours.

Singapore Chow Mei Fun is my favorite! I can call them or order in Seamless paid by credit card, that is so easy and their service is great too. Highly recommendation!

They actually customized my order to meet my dietary needs...so this is the reason I always order from them On the other hand they are really busy when it comes to deliverys and there are chances for them to screw your order so that's why I always pick up my food.

I was excited to move to the area because of the various options for foods from all corners of the planet. I've been there two months now and have to make a concerted effort to go anywhere other than New Empire. Hands down the best Chinese food I've ever had. All at a great price, too.

Topical Chinese spot but I will admit very tasty too.lets be honest thier are Chinese spot in every block but this one stands out from them with only one thing... The oil for frying is either better quality or they change it more often. But the chicken wings taste better in this spot than the rest!!! I highly recommend this spot

They don’t velvet their chicken which allows for a better taste imo. They are the only place that actually uses WATER CHESTNUTS!!!! That right there is a five from me. They’re friendly and always accommodate a request from me for a slight change to a dish. The boneless spare ribs - are in themselves worth the trip. They use real roasted pork in their LoMein and fried rice giving it depth. Their orange chicken is awesome. Ok, I do agree w a user that they tend to over cook broccoli. That’s my only complaint but for a busy place once in a while things happen.

Most Chinese takeout food is too greasy but this place isnt bad for takeout and you can tell their meats and veggies are very fresh, as is the oil they use. Their fried items like sesame chicken are crispy and meaty, not gummy and chewy like many other places. Every time I walk in here at night they're firing on all cylinders, phone ringing off the hook. They all work really hard and get the food out very quickly. I hope they know how much their takeout is loved and appreciated in this neighborhood! I refuse to order from anywhere else because their consistency and quality can't be beaten

Excellent! I was impressed by the flavors in the Ma Po Tofu and the fresh veggies in the vegetable Chow Fun (although the latter needed to be spiced up with some garlic chili paste at home). Great food. Awesome place for take out. Dining in can be uncomfortable since the place seats very few. The service is very good. Staff is very friendly. You Can order by phone(cash only) or order online to use a credit/debt card.

Decent neighborhood Chinese takeout at reasonable neighborhood prices. Delivery is quick and reliable. Special kudos to the woman who takes the orders over the phone and sometimes does delivery. She is super-cheerful, her English is really good, and I really appreciate her!

It wasn't amazing but it also wasn't horrible!!! Chicken wings were pretty good. Wonton soup wasn't bad.

Found a hair today in my food. Extremely disgusting and couldn’t even eat after this. I have been coming here for a long time buying food. Hence why I still gave them 3 stars. Please be careful prepping peoples food, this is really gross and makes me think twice now before buying food from here again.

The food wasn’t very good at all. The dumplings were really chewy and not tasty. Definitely frozen. The rice was also not good. The shrimp and broccoli were okay, but I hate that combo plates come with a soda and not an egg roll!

They don’t accept a credit card for delivery orders. Who does that now a days? What a pain, just moved to area, not walking 10 blocks to pick it up and pay.

The delicious pepper steak with onions had so little beef it could have been a vegetarian dish😳
