Love love love this place! They never disappoint and ive eaten here a couple times. The chicken is super yummy and crunchy 😋 while the inside is juicy. The truffle fries were so good and crunchy as well. I also have tried their spicy bbq, sweet & spucy lv 2, and honey garlic sauce; all delicious. (On the side of course bc i love dipping. ) The meal came with coleslaw and daikon which were both pretty tasty. This place is definitely a must try!

My family and I had a wonderful experience from Pelicana, we came here to celebrate mother's day. We ordered the Half chicken soy garlic boneless thighs,truffle fries,calamari, and Tteokbokki. The chicken was crispy and flavorful, it came with two sauces, the calamari and truffle fries were crispy as well. The tteokbokki portion was huge, keep in mind the heat level, because it is accurate. Their servers are very friendly and attentive to your needs. Overall, we are satisfied with Pelicana and come back again. Shoutout to Jane, for being an amazing server.

Amazing !!! Chicken is awesome, beer is unlimited after $16 something and today because of Valentine’s Day, they gave us chocolate. It might not mean much to anyone but the fact that they gave us something it tells a lot from the mission of the company. The mission is to keep the customers happy. I am very glad I came today.

Love this local joint. They have deliciously juicy Korean fried chicken. The sauces are a mix of spicy and non spicy and their signature is perfect in spice and thickness. Kimchi fried rice and truffle fries were also good. Friendly service too.

Food should be better than now. It was good before but it's not what it used to be. The server was very polite but only one person was serving the entire business and I saw his supervisor not working at all, which was very disappointing.

The food was decent. I got their collab meal and it was a lot of food. The chicken was good and it was crunchy. The only issue I had was that they gave very little fries and their sauces did not have much flavor. The staff were very nice and the environment was pleasant to be in.

Honestly, the taste, portion, ans price are OK imho, but i have to say at least they can speak english fluent to handle customer, cause the guest not only from Korea. But, it's OK, recommended for everyone look for korean chicken experience.

Great fried chicken! I went here in a Saturday night at about 10pm and shared a plate of their French fries and a whole fried chicken with their signature sauce. The fries were really unique with a type of sweet cheddar dressing on them, the fried chicken was really crispy. This was enough for 4 people and the price was on point. The service was also really friendly. The downside was that it was a quiet restaurant with only maybe 2 tables being used, but the music was still blasting like if they were hosting a frat party on New year's Eve. Just felt that it was a bit unnecessary.

I used to order the chicken wings from this place quite often, but my most recent order was a huge letdown. The wings were overcooked and very dry, and the seasoning was overwhelmingly salty—to the point of being bitter. When the food arrived, the skin had already lost all crispiness, making the overall experience pretty unpleasant. The packaging was also damaged, which didn’t help the situation. This was especially disappointing coming from a place I used to enjoy. Hopefully this was just a one-off, but consistency and quality clearly need improvement.

Ok, I've been a regular customer here over the years. I dined in several times and the servers have been always nice and so great that made me feel sorry and evoked sympathy. At my very recent visit, there was no draft beer available but only two three kinds. Scallion garlic scallion chicken was out for my last three visits. I saw the owner was in the restaurant a few times and he was letting only a guy work most of the evenings. If it's your operating philosophy, no words to say. But come on. Come on. The only restaurant in nyc where I can see one guy working, haha. I feel bad for guys working but from when, I just go for drink only without any expectation.

Terrible place… I didn’t like this place, actually I didn’t like anything in there… and one time we found this place on internet the restaurant was seems open! Anyway as soon as we saw it open, we were near the place and we headed the location but store was closed! And after the day we went one more time in other day! I didn’t like the food. The schedule times of restaurant so stupid you can never get that when it’s open or how many days open or closed…so complicated place. I would never go one more time this overrated place. Workers don’t have warm welcome to you

I understand it snowed last weekend. Today is friday though. Called Pelicana in advance 9:15pm if they’re able to deliver despite the snow. The person said yes. I live 15 minutes away from the restaurant. 10:30pm supposed delivery but still nothing so I feel off. I call & apparently uber & doordash system is malfunctioning, food is already prepared, but there is no delivery personnel. And the manager says he doesn’t know when there will be a match & it’s been like this in all other restaurants. (Which I don’t fully understand because I Doordashed two days ago and it came alright.) I asked him why they went through with the delivery if they were aware of this issue in the first place. He refunded the chicken (thank you) and went ahead with the delivery. I’m still waiting for the chicken. The driver was matched at 11:15pm but instead of driving towards the direction of my house he went the opposite. I call to ask. Driver is dropping off other orders before coming to me. I ordered at 9:30pm and it’s arriving 12:30. The delivery guy went to Astoria now he is in Fresh Meadows….. Three hours delivery? No…… absolutely not. I probably won’t be ordering from here again. I absolutely do not trust this Sauce app service they use for delivery either. I’m off to bed now. I don’t care what happens to the chicken. 😂

I got a Korean ramen but it thought they served in a bowl 🍲 this was not the case here at pelicanos 😣😖. They rushed us. Two black ladies walked in to dine in and they waiters completely ignored them this beautiful ladies were Standing at the entrance for more than 10 minutes and nobody bother to welcome them. I feel so bad. No person should be treated this way. We all customers and we all deserve respect. But obviously if you are not Asian or white you are not welcome

Ordered via UberEats and paid $20 for 10pcs of wings and they had the audacity to send me these small, super skinny wings. I have never seen wings so thin before, it was literally only bones. I opened the box and thought maybe only one or two are like this but they all ended up being this thin (see pictures). Won't ever be supporting this business again! Mac and cheese was tasteless, horrible honestly better off going to Mad Chicken instead of wasting my money at this horrible establishment!
