I’ve been ordering from spot cafe for the last 3 years. It’s conveniently located close to my workplace. I love their coffee, wraps, sandwiches and omelettes. The food is always great and wrapped carefully when delivered. One of my favorite places for lunch.

I’d give this place 6 stars if I could. I’m visiting from out-of-town. The breakfast sandwiches here are the best I’ve had anywhere. The cold brew is also the best I’ve ever had. Truly amazing.

Octavio and the staff at the Spot really go the extra mile. Always friendly, the quality is consistently excellent, and they’re great neighbors. Yesterday I ordered a bunch of sandwiches and salads for a lunch meeting, and not only was everything delicious, they included some thoughtful touches: extra silverware and cups for sharing, a little treat. When I order from the Spot I can tell they really care—and I feel cared for.

I've only tried one sandwich and it was good. A little too overpowered by the Arugula but will try other and I'm sure they be very good!

Their food is good, but they kind of just keep you there sitting while someone makes their choice instead of taking someone’s order if they’re ready, the food takes pretty long. I went into order two eggs not on a roll. They wanted to charge me five dollars but yesterday when I ordered those two eggs in a roll, they charged me 3.50. Does that make sense? The person explaining it to me, couldn’t even give me a reason as to why two eggs would cost more by themselves than on a roll. Just “this is how the pricing is” I work right around the corner me and all my coworkers would usually get from there, but I won’t be going back :(.

Ordered an iced latte and received a hot one today. Mistakes happen. When I clarified politely, the guy in the front barista chose to argue repeatedly with me—going back and forth multiple times—more focused on being right than resolving the issue. He insisted I ordered incorrectly and hadn’t listened, even though neither the verbal order confirmation nor the screen indicated hot or iced. No apology—just defensiveness and escalation over a simple oversight. Surprising approach for a neighborhood café. Poor customer service. He’s got to check his ego.

The raised the price of an egg cheese to 7 dollars, mind you that’s the cash price. I found out when I was paying not when I called in the order . It’s an egg and cheese bro, 7 dollars???? It’s not that special. Their food is good but I’d rather get my egg and cheese from food universe down the road, it’s not that big of a difference in quality. Before you order ask about the price change. This is a neighborhood spot but now they want to charge gentrified prices. I understand businesses need to adjust prices to survive but they also need customers. They just lost a consistent one.
