I see this place every day on my way to work but never stopped by until last Friday. I enjoyed every detail: the decor, the lighting, the variety in the menu, the ordering touch screens, the very friendly service, even the specialized cups and straws. Then I tried the Yogurt Mango Tea, and I was sold!!! Best bubble tea I’ve ever had. Will be returning soon.

My favorite bubble tea store, their tapioca is very good quality and they actually use fresh fruits and real taro instead of taro powder. The workers are very kind and the overall place is very cute. They have so many flavors but my favorite its probably the Strawberry Cheese Foam with tapioca pearls.

I love this bubble tea store so much. It's right next to my middle school and I used to go here all the time (The only reason i don't go anymore is because I don't have money lol) But this is my favorite all time bubble tea shop, which is a very high rating from me because I've been to many bubble tea shops all around NY (because bubble tea is my favorite drink) and this is definitely my favorite. The workers here are so kind and hardworking, and it definitely shows because the tea is always very good. This is one of the very few bubble tea shops I've seen that actually use REAL crushed taro instead of taro powder. Some people say the taro color here looks different but that's just because they use real taro. And they also use fresh fruits and its so satisfying to watch them make the drinks. The price here may be more expensive than other bubble tea shops but it's definitely worth it. The strawberry cheese foam bubble tea taste very good which is shocking to me because I usually dont like strawberry flavor stuff because its bitter but the strawberry bubble tea here isn't bitter at all. Theres so many flavors to try and the drinks themselves are very visually appealing. They sometimes also give cute bear shaped lids for the drinks which I think is so cute. The inside of the store is quite small, as it is supposed to be take-out, but it is very pretty, theres fake flowers on the wall and a screen thing where you can order digitally in store which I think is so cool. Also the tapioca pearls are such good quality. Theyre not too soft and not too hard and have the perfect texture. Overall, this is a very great place.

Fantastic staff. Very eager to help guide through the menu. Very expansive options! The donuts are so dense and rich, the whipping cream wasnt even necessary! They have very intereting flavours like matcha and black sesame. We felt brave and went for their cajun seafood boil and were very surprised. It comes with all the trimmings and made fresh. It was on the sweeter end of cajun seasoning which was a little different that expected but still delicious shrimp.

I ordered their large taro. Whoever made it was a professional who showed me a true quality product through this drink. Life changing view of bubble tea as a drink. I didnt know it could be expressed this way. Wow.

As someone who drinks boba often, I judge a boba spot based on boba texture not too soft or too hard and tea quality. This spot is a go to for me because they’re always consistent with their boba and tea. My go tos are the super fruit four seasons oolong tea when I’m feeling something refreshing and fruity. Then I get the dahongpao milk tea when I want something more caffeinated!

I love Moge Tee!! The tea is phenomenal and so delicious. The staff here are so welcoming and nice, too. There are kiosks to order the tea electronically so if you have some social anxiety (like moi hehe) it’s easy to order without anxiety.

Love my taro tea, fill me up

The menu in English and Chinese weren't consistent. I ordered a milk tea with tapioca add in and when I got it, it was almost half cup of tapioca. Then I realized that in Chinese menu the tapioca pearls were included however not if you read the English menu, so you will have to pay for the add in. I pointed out to the staff about the issue, but they didn't offer to make a new one or to refund me for the price difference. Hope the issues are fixed now. Btw the pearls are more soft compared to other boba chains, if you like chewy and harder pearls.

Cute little spot ! We were in and out, my husband and I are very picky about sweet things, we don’t like to much sweet so this spot met our expectations and we were very pleased about it, also they have so many delicious/intriguing choices. Will be going back! To try more for sure.

I ordered a hot Rose Bubble Milk tea, and I could barely taste the tea. I was drinking warm sugar water with milk. Also, the boba was overcooked. The consistency was way too soft. I gave the place two stars because the person behind the register was nice, and queer. Sadly, there aren't many places to get bubble/milk tea in this area. I imagine this place will do great with the middle schoolers in the neighborhood.

I ordered a taro and it felt rushed because when I got it, there was this thick taro paste all over the cup and the color was so off. The bubbles also were a weird consistency I’ve never experienced before. It tasted horrible. The staff were somewhat nice. Bit disappointing.

I’ve been coming to this store since it opened around 2021 and have ordered many drinks over the years. It was one of the first bubble tea shops in the area and I was so excited about it having lived here my whole life. It feels like slowly this place has gotten worse with customer service and it saddens me that a place that used to be so lovely has employees that are pushing customers away. I’m shocked at the treatment I received today over something as simple as removing the wrong ingredient and something that was not even my fault. Most of the employees are nice. I’ve had my drinks remade if something is wrong with it, but today is the first time an employee had a nasty attitude with me and even yelled at me for requesting another drink since it was made wrong. I ordered my drink on the app and read the description, which did not contain popping boba. I returned and simply asked to get the drink made the same but without the popping boba since my receipt does not include it and it is not what I paid for. On the menu it only mentions green tea and strawberry flavor, so I know that I did not misread the description. The employee told me the policy is drinks cannot be remade if I change my mind, but I did not change my mind, I just did not get what I paid for. My receipt lists all the ingredients I wanted. The employee was yelling at me and said I was being rude because I said the drink was made incorrectly. Stating that a drink is being made incorrectly is not being rude. I approached her politely when requesting my drink to be made as I ordered and she exploded. I’ve never had an employee yell at me like that. I stopped talking to her and had another employee help me and she continued to yell at me! I’m not sure why she wanted to continue doing that if it was clear I did not want to argue with her. I ended up getting my drink remade by the other employee who was much kinder. As I left she continued to yell at me. As I opened the door she yelled “Thank you for being rude!!”. Not once did I yell at her or be rude to her. It was so strange. I also have had drinks fixed her before by other employees if it needs to be fixed and they are mostly polite about it. I didn’t even want the drink remade, I just wanted the toppings adjusted. Not sure why such a big deal was made over something so small. Employees should not be yelling and arguing with customers like that especially if I am not the one at fault. The pictures below show what I ordered and the description of the drink that does not include toppings. Such a silly situation for a mistake on the company’s end.

I ordered cheese foam tea, which had no tea flavor or taste, just the taste like water. The cheese foam was not fresh, like it was overnight. Very bad experience, this problem has never happened in other stores.

Sunnyside local who used to love this place but now I will never go again. The heavier, taller man in glasses, started talking to the other employee in Mandarin Chinese and told him how my clothes made me look like a 婊子 (literally a wh*re/pr*stitute/b*tch). I was shocked and turned to ask him in Chinese if he really just said that about me and instead he just covered his mouth with his hands and said nothing. I’ve been in here before and they’ve spoken about other customers in Chinese but I was floored to hear something as foul as calling a customer any of those words above because he thought I wouldn’t understand.
