White Castle has never changed. Always the same great quality. If you're looking for a great burger any hour of the day or night. This is your place!

I've been coming to this White Castle for around 20 years and I've never really had any problems with the food or the service. If anything, the few times I've had problems they've just been weird due to having to deal with drunk patrons wanting a bite to eat before heading home. I realize that tends to happen at just about every fast food restaurant that's open after midnight, but it seems to happen more often at this White Castle in particular. Aside from that, there are no real problems with this location. I felt inspired to write this review due to the service I got when I decided to buy a 30 slider crave case yesterday night. I'm sure many of you reading this will think it's irresponsible to be going out to purchase fast food during a pandemic, but seeing as how a shelter in place policy has yet to be officially enacted and no other customer was there, I felt secure in going in and out to buy food here. In particular, I felt really good with how one employee treated me. I'm not sure if she's a supervisor or just a senior employee (she was wearing an all black uniform), but she saw that I was standing on line and even if she wasn't by the cash register, she still asked me what I needed and she immediately got to work. Any other person wouldn't have done this at all and it made me feel appreciated. Seeing her work, she was dedicated and eager to get me my order as soon as possible. It made me feel happy and service like this makes me want to keep coming back. In general, when you come to White Castle, you're generally here for the sliders, that's it. I usually go with the regular fries and chicken ring as sides, so I really can't say how the other menu items are. Due to never really having problems with the food that I've previously ordered, I'm sure that the rest of the food's fine. There's a wide variety of sliders to order, but I usually just stick to bacon cheese sliders with extra pickles. Seeing as how they're much smaller than your typical burger, I'd say you should at least have three to feel satisfied. I could easily eat 5-10, but 6 is usually enough for me.

I had 10 cheese sliders to go. Hadn't had them in a while. They were delicious. They were pretty fast with the order, and there's plenty of seating inside.

They've been here for a really LONG time, their burgers are always tasty and fresh. The staff is very friendly and the place is kept clean most of the time. If you are craving for burgers late at night you should definitely try them out, their combos are awesome and their prices have been the same for years. Very recommended

Been to this location numerous times and I've never had a complaint about it. Sometimes its a bit of a wait if they are busy but that's no big deal. Leaving a review now because I finally got the chance to try the impossible burger and omg was it good. I'm not a vegetarian but I could definitely see this as a great alternative for someone who is looking to cut meat out of their diet a bit or completely. Very happy to see a fast food restaurant offering this on their menu and even better its slider size. Gives the consumer a chance to try a new product like this and not spend an outrageous amount.

I went here on a recent trip to NYC, like I do everytime I go there. They have never disappointed. The sliders are of course the best and man do they do them well. I recommend the classic cheese slider, but don't sleep on the other offerings either. The variety of alternative sliders will keep your taste buds busy. Prices are very reasonable. The fries are good, but nothing to write home about. I get the 30 pack for the family and everybody is satisfied at the end. Try one or two of the originals to see if they suite your liking and change as necessary. But careful, this place is addictive!

I've rediscovered my love for white castle after stopping going to a fast food chain which shall remain unnamed. Even though it's a bit out of my way, I love to treat myself by getting chicken rings and mozzarella sticks. The food is always hot and fresh, which I know isn't the case for many other fast food establishments, so I appreciate it even more.

We actually had this White Castle delivered to our room by Uber Eats after being out at a bar until a little after two. I had never had White Castle except for the burgers you pop in the microwave from the grocery store. We received our food still hot, it was so good and we got 10 burgers, 2 fries, 2 cheesecakes on a stick and 2 drinks for around $20. Can't beat it!

I had my 40th birthday catered by this white castle. I worked in Manhattan and I took a cab out to Sunnyside and ordered all the food and brought it back in and everybody in the office was beside themselves. They all loved Castle. I live in Florida now so I buy the frozen ones and the supermarket. I let them thaw out and I microwave them for about one minute and they come out just like the real ones.

Had such a fun time here for Valentines Day! The White Castle had been decorated so nicely and everyone was so kind, making the experience even better - we had the best time!

Good old New York comfort food. Used to go to the one in the Bronx on bluffner boulevard and White plains road. Then moved to Jersey so the White Castle at the beginning of Bergenline avenue and 90th Street. Or just the border between West New York and Fairview. And finally, the photos with this review are my last local White Castle in Sunnyside Queens. Don't forget people, wear your masks!

I was visiting New York City. This was my first ever visit to a White Castle and I had a coupon. I got 10 sliders, krinkke fries and a medium vanilla shake. It was fantastic! The burgers were flavorful, the shake was great. I'll definitely eat at White Castle and next time I will try the fried clams (yes, fried clams) because I love those too!

Got Crave Clutch! Not often. But not every day that they have the Impossible Sliders. Also, they don't have too many White Castles. This one was conveniently located by the 7 train so I missed a couple of trains but it was worth it. Be sure to add cheese because it doesn't come with cheese. And next door is a Seven Eleven so order the munchies at the Castle and get the drinks from Seven Eleven. Doesn't get better than that!

This is my favorite place in uptown New York to eat some fast food. It's simple but really good! I love White Castle, I really enjoyed revisiting my childhood because I used to eat here a lot! Best eaten at 3a like God wanted us to. These sliders are legit. Seriously may be one of the burgers (does this count in the same category) that I've had. They just get the ratio down of the thin patty with the onions cooked on top and the condiments aren't overly sweet or overwhelming. This is the bomb dot com and I highly recommend you check out this place. Worth trying all their different sliders (we opted for the classic with american and the jalapeno, but have to try to the cheddar next time. Can't just have 1-2! Definitely will order 6-8 next time 😋😋

It’s so hard to find a White Castle. The once great fast food chain that rose into pop culture with Harold and Kumar now finds itself only receiving customers in that 28-38 age range, and there’s nothing wrong with that. Very nice staff here, we got our 36 case whenever we are in NYC, lasts about 2 days. Fries are fresh, sliders were fresh, they followed our no ketchup extra pickle order to perfect. I don’t recall White Castle costing $50 but I guess I’m not surprised at the cost of food anymore.

The addition of the Impossible Burger has made for some very happy customers in both my friends and myself. Most of us are vegan or vegetarian. Pictured is their burger and loaded fries. The plant-based meat is so convincing we all thought we had eaten real meat at first. The burgers are just as good as I remember the original sliders being before I went plant-based. This location was clean and the staff were very efficient. They had our mobile order ready early.

Hey, I love sliders, since I ate my first one at age seven. This location has the best sliders with beautiful onions, but the noise level is high, the customers often have their own issues, the inside bathrooms are locked, and in the winter, the temperature inside is freezing. Your best bet is takeout. But the taste is pretty darn good.

This is conveniently located along Queens blv. they have a drive thru and a parking structure. Drive thru is tight and sucks for big cars. Quick service and yummy burgers.

Best drive thru experience I've had at any fast food restaurant in years . I should have gotten her name 😔, she automatically bundled my order to help me save money and explained the incentives of getting the WC app. Also she provided extra sauces and napkins that I didn't have to ask for. That is not the norm anymore since FF restaurants don't even want to give napkins if you don't ask. This is one of the few surviving WC in Queens so whenever the crave hits this is where I go. Burgers are always consistently fresh.

Double cheeseburger is the way to go here! Most of the staff they hire are very nice so be patient with them as they’re usually always short staffed and high volume! Don’t get the chicken rings or chicken sliders if you know what’s best for you! Extremely processed and nasty! Over the years their French fries fell off and so did their impossible burgers! The best is their egg sliders, strawberry lemonade smoothie, and double cheeseburgers 🍔

The staff here are really friendly. We went for takeout during lunch time. Even though their drive thru was very busy, they were able to get people in and out quickly. Fries, onion rings, and the fish sandwich were the best. I do have to knock a star off because my breakfast waffle combo was put onto hamburger buns instead of the waffles. If you live in Brookly or Manhattan you know that they are few if any White Castles in those boroughs. Thankfully thats not the case in Queens. This white castle is the classic one that looks like a castle with the added bonus of having the option of eating outside (see pictures). They also have a drive through. Service is fast and friendly. The food is white castle at its best, love those steamed burgers and the impossible burger that they now have.

I never thought I’d see the day when White Castle offered a vegan burger, but I’m pleasantly surprised to be wrong. I heard through word of mouth that this fast food chain is offering a plant based “impossible burger” so I wanted to give it a try. I asked for the burger without cheese, since the cheese is made of dairy. They were able to accommodate my request, so I made my order. With tax included, I paid a total of about $6.50 for three burgers...a little more than $2 per burger. I enjoyed it! The taste was good and I was pretty full after the 2nd burger, although I did have a salad elsewhere shortly before going to White Castle, so three burgers would’ve been perfect for me if I was on an empty stomach.

The sliders are always good but the people who work here doesn't really pay attention to your order. I asked for no pickles on my sliders 2 times last week and they still put pickles in my sliders. And they don't give ketchup with your fries you ask for them.

Came here for the impossible slider after hearing from a friend that it would be worth trying. The staff was really friendly and the service was pretty fast but the food was alright. It's a White Castle so you should know what to expect regarding menu items. The staff was pleasant and the restaurant was clean enough. I received my order in a timely manner. My only complaint was during my last visit, they did not have the menu item I ordered and did not mention this until my order was nearly prepared. When I asked for a different item, they had not placed the item in my bag. I was still charged but should've checked my order for accuracy before leaving. I suppose I'd return.

I come every couple of years because the brand has a hype to it. I remember it was best at the end of a long night out. Went there recently and wasn't convinced of the taste or the consistency of the sliders. After I left, I only had a fat-aftertaste, not a good less burger aftertaste. I guess as you get older, things get old.

These burgers are hit or miss, You might get lucky and get a real fresh White Castle burger here or you might strike out and get a bad one. Teat your luck.

Food is decent, being from the neighborhood it's a nostalgic pleasure. Wen in to pitck up a crave case and some sides. In all honesty the kid with the orange hair had no clue whatsoever. From mixing up orders and actually making double food for orders that already went out he was a complete mess. If it wasn't for the two ladies that were working there nothing would ever have been accomplished.

they were great maybe a month ago, now they are barely surviving. Idk if it’s a staff shortage but it seems like the orders are taking forever to be made and you would assume if it’s longer atleast the food will b hot & fresh but it’s quite the opposite. I loved this place growing up and am glad they are still in the neighborhood, that being said dealing with some employees with attitudes there was not part of my plans for today. There was a new woman there n the older Filipino lady. After u received my order I asked for ketchup. For my breakfast sandwiches. They asked me how many and said a little extra, again asked how many I said as many as u feel u can give me, then she again and I said ok 10, she asks new lady and she's like no that too much. Here's 4. Why could they not just put a few in a my bag. No they had to be wierd we were embarrassed for asking for some extra ketchup. Also I am glad they employ older ppl who prob need the job. But being rude (especially over some ketchup) is gonna keep ppl away.

Not the fastest service but the food was prepared well and tasted good. Everything seemed fine until when I went to pick up my order. Initially, the worker (black woman) smiled at me when she called my order # but as she handed it to me, she gave me a mean/dirty look. I thanked her but she walked away to receive the next customer. Pretty rude, in my opinion, esp. when she didn't do that to another customer (white man) who was actually being difficult/demanding before I ordered. Staff don’t know how to behave with customers

I’ve always wanted to try White Castle since there aren’t any where I live, so we made a special trip here for lunch when we visited NYC for a long weekend. What a terrible idea. My husband and I both got so sick afterwards that we couldn’t keep our dinner and show reservations that we we were most excited about. Also I had to ask 3 times for someone to let me into the bathroom and no one ever did. They told me only the men’s room was working, but I saw several staff members use the woman’s room as we were eating. I guess they reserve that one for themselves. The burgers were no better than McDonald and getting sick pretty much ruined our trip. Avoid.

The Lady In The Casier Doesn’t Know How to Talk With Customer And Deliver Drivers

Lately been waiting a long time for relative small orders when ordering in person. Almost like drive through has priority over dining in. Terrible experience. I don't blame the workers but I blame the management for not having enough workers Update 7/23/23 3rd time I've walked out for waiting in line for so long. If you guys can't properly manage the place, consider different management, or just closing the place. This wait is frustratingly annoying.

This review isn’t based on the food, but the service. Extremely slow service and very incompetent employees. I placed a small, simple order thru the app and waited over 30 minutes for it. I didn’t say anything because I saw others were waiting a while for their orders as well. But once it passed 30 minutes, I asked where my order was. I then had to wait 5 more minutes to get my food. There are multiple people in the kitchen and not even that many people ordering, so there should be absolutely no reason for that to happen. Literally never experienced such an UNNECESSARILY long wait at any other fast food restaurant ever. Absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous. And this isn’t the first time this has happened, either.

Ordered through the app for pickup. Went to the location right at designated time for pickup. THEY DIDNT EVEN START MAKING MY DAMN ORDER YET!!! I had to wait another 45 min for my order to be ready. 45 MIN!!! I ordered 10 sliders with jalapeño cheese, bacon and pickles with no onions. They first made the sliders with just jalapeño cheese. Then as they were packing it they noticed that the order had bacon so they unpacked everything and added bacon and repacked. Then they realized the order had pickles so they unpacked everything again, added pickles and repacked. These people have no idea how to read an order properly. Waste of my time. With the amount of time I used from ordering to receiving my order, I could have sat down at a nice restaurant and order a steak, eat it and leave without the stress.

Early morning December 15th 2024. I put a mobile order in. I put a note on my burger saying only onion and cheese on them. I told the guy on the front counter just to clarify they got my note to make the burgers only onions and cheese he took a look at them. Never say that they were or not all she told me was if I needed sauce. Left this White Castle to find out they put Ketchup on my burgers!! It happened again and EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO TO THIS WHITE CASTLE THEY ALWASY SCREW UP MY BURGERS!!! Oops! They also forgot to GIVE ME MY DRINK TOO!!!!

I ordered the number 1 on May 22nd had to return the fries they didn't look fully cooked the person that took my fries was very nasty then the first burger fine the second I found foreign items in the burger more than 1 I wrote to the link on the reciept and they never responded but they sent me a receipt of my feed back. Not happy
