I actually contacted the corporation on this location...why u ask? Bc they made the best potato I've ever had at a Wendy's and I only eat those from Wendy's...theyw ere acomidating to what I wanted inside the potato and they way they did it it looked like it belonged in a five star resturaunt...the cheese w asnt just thrown on or slapped together...it looked like they took the time to layer it and even cut it and smushed it to make the potato fluff. If u know how I mean I'm trying to describe it as best I can lol

Best Wendy’s ever. Get delivery from time to time from this location and never been disappointed. We get the lettuce as bun option and they are carefully made and packed and not messy at all. There has been the occasional forgotten item, but hey it happens. Whoever works the fryer here…you are a magician.

Wendy’s app is ridiculous! It’s like it’s purposely designed to ensure no one uses their specials. Thankfully a Wendy’s employee, a nice young man, at this Wendy’s location helped me navigate the stupid app. Even he had trouble with it. Anyway, the food was good as always and the service was friendly and prompt at this Wendy’s.

Edit: I tried them again today, and had a five star experience. Right around 11:15am, so I hope it wasn't an opening freshness fluke, but the fries (the new ones they are offering) were super hot, fresh and crispy, the first time in 5 years I experienced that, and the burger was perfectly made and super fresh. I will come back again soon and see if they keep up the good service. Old: This location in particular is TERRIBLE. Either it's always a slow moving line or terrible food quality or both. Has been this way for years poor owners.

It's a popular Wendy which little bit expensive than the one in lower manhattan.$4.44 for a meal is not bad at all. The one located in Nassau and Fulton is the best, high tech self-order machines with no lines and the price is cheaper.

A decent fast-food outlet. Good selection of burgers and chicken sandwiches. But the service could be quite a bit better. It's really hard to hear the drive-thru order taker, and they don't pay close attention. It's actually quite unusual for them to get my order 100% correct. They forget to give you ketchup, or else give you the wrong sauce for your chicken nuggets. That's just ridiculous.

You know what to expect when you come to Wendy's, probably the best out of the 3 fast joints (McDonald's and Burger King) that have the best food. I've been to this location plenty of times and I don't have any complaints whatsoever. Good food, good service, the location is pretty clean overall and no homeless/mental patients harassing you for change. Definitely hit them up if you're in the area.

I've been coming to this Wendy's location for over 20 years, but honestly, the service you get here varies. Sometimes the cashiers will ensure that your order is well taken care of, but other times, much like I experienced a few days ago, they just want you gone as quickly as possible. The result of this is that your order will frequently end up missing some items or you'll end up uncomfortably taking your order home. Most of the time they'll give you a cup holder whenever you order more than one drink, but this time I didn't receive any. Seeing as how my order was fairly large, I ended up with three separate bags of food and I needed a larger bag to be able to comfortably take my food home. I asked for a bag and I was given a large one, but these paper bags are way too flimsy. Maybe it's my own fault, but soda started to spill and before i knew it, the bag ripped open and some of my food fell out onto the street. It's possible that could've been preventable if I had received double bags or at least a cup holder, I don't know. Overall, this Wendy's can be hit or miss. The food's good (In fast food terms), but offering inconsistent service can lead to you either having an alright experience or a mediocre one.

Wendy's is Wendy'a pretty much the same across the board . My issue is with customer service . I had to repeat my order at least seven times before it was entered. I even asked them to repeat it back to me .. yes that's right them .. because apparently it takes more then one person to take an order . (I think the kid was training, but it seems as if it was his first five min there ) I pick up the order it was incorrect and then had to stand there for five minutes and explain politely this isn't what I ordered only to be told it was what I ordered . I eventually gave up and was about to leave and they fixed it . I even offered to pay the difference just to get out of there. There wasn't anyone in front of me when I got there by the time I left it was packed and chaotic with no one having their order taken . I will not be coming back to this Wendy's .

Been going to for years, but over the past few months the food is not hot where you feel the heat thru the wrapper, some days really nice an hot, and then other days the food looks cooked well, but it's barely warm to the touch wrapped, and in your mouth.

They continue to overcharge my order by upgrading the size even though I specifically ask for the regular. I want small and both meals came out large. They don’t ever give you a receipt for you to catch it. Just very frustrating when you correct the lady multiple times and they still do as they please. I want my refund. On top of it the Diet Coke is always bad on multiple occasions. Only soda that comes super gross.

The cashiers here always seem to have an attitude and it never fails that something is either missing or wrong with my order. I feel its because they're in such a rush to complete your order they're not paying enough attention to ensuring the customer is treated well and everything is correct with the order. One occasion I placed a mobile order for $40 and I waited 30 minutes for cold food if I didn’t ask for the manager I would have never gotten my food. Another occasion I ordered by mobile app and when I got to the drive through window I told them i didn’t order this item and they were giving me a hard time. After spending almost $60 in two occasions with two different customer representatives I felt that the customer service needs serious help and proper customer service skills are needed and goes a very long way when it comes to keeping customers for the long term

Visited this store a few days ago & ordered through their app. It took a bit for them to complete the order. The service was okay. The food was alright or below average than other Wendy's. The lettuce was not fresh (zoom in!) and they made the sandwich pretty dry. The nuggets and fries were okay but the pumpkin drink didn't meet the expectation at all! They have a nice place to sit. I have mixed feelings about this place. I'm not sure if I will visit this store again... maybe I have to be really hungry 😂 to go there. It's not bad, it's not good - it's just below average 🙎🏾

They have coffee too so all I can say for this place is friendly staff and easy for parking.

Food was fine. The staff/manager has a terrible attitude. New workers and she was scolding them loud and embarrassing them in front of customers. It was painful to see and hear. People deserve to be treated with respect. Not only was that manager rude to the new staff but she was rude to the customers as well.

French fries were saggy. Hamburger was just okay. My rating is in comparison with Burgerking.

I ordered Dave’s Combo, chili, and a baked potato, but they forgot the fries. I only realized it when I got home and was about to eat, which was really disappointing. I didn’t feel like going back, so I just ate what I had. I hope this doesn’t happen again in the future. When I picked up my order, there weren’t many people, and it was already prepared, so I wish someone had double-checked it. It was my first visit, and I’m really disappointed.

That’s why I order through the app and this is my last time going to this location.

Place is run by cheap management. We were told we were not able to substitute any items in our biggy bag. I said Wendy has always let us substitute before. I was told they don't do it at that location. Which is simply not true given that we have eaten there before and substitutions were allowed. I placed an order on UberEATS and when I got there like 15 minutes later it still wasn't ready and all I had was 10 nuggets and a Caesar salad. They had me wait another 15 minutes for the salad and I'm guessing they didn't take care in hygienic practices making that salad because I got explosive diarrhea the day after, multiple times. And that was the only thing I ate that day. Or maybe they gave me old chicken that was sitting out or something. The tables always have dirty, sticky streaks on them indicating they were wiped down with a dirty towel. I'll be reporting all of this. The only plus side is their lobby closes at 1 AM unlike most places.

As with most fast foods places the staff here is rude. They generally ignore you standing in front of register or speaking them. There are about 10 people working they all seem to be prioritizing drive through...they really don't want people in the dinning area. There is a long wait for food apx 10 to 15 minutes...once you get it it's the usual Wendy's taste. I guess my advice if you have a car use the drive through and if you don't have a car don't visit Wendys. Dinning room is a mess.

As I normally like most Wendy's locations it pains me to write this review. 1st of all I ordered 4 sandwiches only for a total cost of $30 OK it's overpriced but I understand it. Then they tell me I have to pull over into a parking spot and wait to receive my order. We notice the people in front of us and 2 cars behind us receive their food and we're still waiting. After waiting more than 10 minutes we go inside to get our food. We then check everything in the car and find out they got the orders totally incorrect cheese when it was not requested et cetera. We then pull around to the drive-through window again and I explained to the cashier Esther that the order was incorrect and she's like "so what". I asked for the manager and she just gives me a blank stare. We just then gave up and drove away. I would never go to this location again I would definitely not recommend it to anybody and I will also file a formal complaint with Wendy's corporate. They should correct this attitude of service.

Although the food is good, the customer service is horrendous to a point that it feels like we are getting scammed for their own benefits to do well in the district. For the second time in a row, we have ordered two single Bourbon Pub burger meals and were charged for triples and doubles. We were also charged for a second time for a Frosty coupon book neither of us wanted. As we went inside, the manager was rude to us saying we did order triples and doubles, when we didn't. The manager was quick to refund us the dollar for the unordered coupon book, but hesitant both times to give back the price difference between the burgers. Firstly, the food is okay as always. This review is related to the customer service. I was there to mobile pick up my food. The young cashier was complaining and crying about working too late. Waited for several minutes, went up and asked him to check my food, he said he don't see it. I waited about fifteen more minutes and went up again, he checked and lo and behold, my food was there all this time. He filled up the drinks and handed me the order with NO apology at all. Just got ripped off from the over night shift right before they closed did not give me the right food , over charged me and then claimed the registers were not printing receipts. They loaded the burgers were did not ask for with mounds of onions and tried to literally force spicy Wendy’s nuggets on us after we said no because they claim they ran out of regular. Giving this location a 1. Sending out a delivery order of 6 combos, but only sending 4 out of 6 drinks, and a completely wrong sandwich, horrible. It's your job to make sure the online order is correct and complete before sealing and packing and handing off to ubereat/grubhub etc. It is not fair for the delivery driver to be hit with any complaints or issues when they didn't pack the order, nor work for the restaurant directly. This location isn't great with dine in service also, so this is a cumulative score.

They usually screw up the order here with missing items, and the menu always has wrong prices. They will overcharge you by upgrading your order from small to medium or large, without asking you, so overcharging is quite rampant. Also the chicken nuggets are not well done, or hamburgers have been sitting around, so the meat is hard and tough, not moist. Avoid this Wendy's at all costs.

The cashier was extremely rude. Food was wrong. Food was missing. Store had a huge line (like 10-15 people), and the manager was taking care of one of the registers. At one point she just left the register and started training a new employee how to clock in when the store was ridiculously busy. They are unorganized, with delivery service drivers blocking the whole counter where instore customers pick up their food as well. I would not recommend this location to anyone! Not even my worst enemy! These people are ruining whatever reputation Wendy's has left. I don't know why, but out of the few times I have visited this particular Wendy's there has been a problem with my order. This is the third and last time. Particularly today, I ordered a Pretzel Bacon Pub, double (which I had to make sure that I told the cashier that it was a double and she "corrected it") and another item. I check the bag and from outside it looks like everything is there. However, when I got home it was a chicken Pretzel Pub... how does that even happen. I'm pretty sure I was over charged as well because I check my receipt now I was charged $9.49 for a Classic Pretzel Pub and an extra $3.00 for gods know what. Moral of the story is if you order from here make sure they listen well to what you order because otherwise you are going to get something else.

Terrible choice. The order was wrapped in a very clumsy way . It looked like it was just thrown in the bag with the stuff coming out of the sandwiches . They replaced adult size sandwiches with kids size sandwiches. The manger on Friday at 8 pm was very rude and unprofessional. I went to tell her that they made a mistake in my order . She denied it and told me to go check my order and they are all the same size for adults and children . They messed up the order for other customers the same day too . Very bad experience at that branch . I am not going back there and certainly I don’t recommend it to anyone. Upon reading other reviews, it seems that the common complaint is the manager’s rude attitude and the food .

Went there today....my to go order is missing a sandwich....the burger is cold and the nuggets way over cooked ...and looks like the manager was not having a good day ....so got the rude treatment......so sad ....I remembered this Wendy's been one of the best . What happen.....save yourself and go to McDonald's is just a couple of blocks at least the service is better

REQUEST YOUR RECEIPT!!!! On 4+ different occasions I caught this Wendys overcharging my order & charged me without my knowledge for upgrades & for their frost books. They purposely don’t give you a receipt for you hoping you don’t catch it. On last visit fully knowing they scammed me before, they tried to give me my order without receipt AGAIN. When asked for my receipt the manager tied to give me an excuse why I couldn’t get my receipt immediately & I would have to wait for it. I made it clear I wasn’t leaving without 1. Long behold, this location provided me a receipt with 1 amount, but when check my bank account they charged me way more that was stated on the receipt. I reached out to my bank for FRAUD. Why does this location don’t provide receipts with EVERY PURCHASE? Why is this not a mandatory practice? Very suspicious and questionable activities at this Wendy’s.

Terrible costumer service. I came here for first time because of TMobile was offering a chicken burger, I went nicely asking for it, and they said “Mobile order is not working”. They didn’t help me at all and I just have to leave without anything. Crazy.

Been going to this Wendy’s my whole life. But man has it gotten crappier and crappier within the last 3 years. Every time we go they always get something in the order wrong. We’ve started to pull over after drive thru to check our bags. Last night really just made me think i rather spend my money at McDonalds then here. The quality of the food was disgusting. Use old meat or left over meat in our burgers. Just take a look at the pics. The burger was cooked more than once. Tasted like rubber, definitely not fresh. And when i opened my jbc i thought the patty was missing cus it was day old and reheated it had shrunken. This is such a shame on Wendy’s. I sent a picked to my friend who used to work there and he verified it was left over meat which usually goes in their nasty chili. Never going back. Definitely my last straw. Fresh never frozen? More like Always Day Old and Reheated! Workers there also need an attitude check. If ya’ll hate the job than quit. Because there are plenty of people to gladly take your place. Management needs a face lift. ✌🏽

In this restaurant they do not accept offers, I will show up today with a coupon for a breakfastfree with the purchase of an item and they will send me to order the item from another store because according to them they only accepted the offers of the app, and the truth is that I don't understand why the coupon was delivered to me here. I think it is not convenient for them to give offers. pay your employees better so they treat customers better

TERRRRIBLE!!!! I used to be a Wendy's fan. Ordered food through UBER Eats from this place. The food was terrible! Ordered one chicken sandwich and a cheeseburger, and some fries, and it was a disaster. First, found the cheeseburger patty was burned, and dry, but OK, switch to chicken sandwich, and it turns out the chicken sandwich was even worse. As you can see in the picture, the chicken breast was so dry and stale, it almost became a chicken jerky! The gray area, that I marked on the picture, was due to dehydration, and you can see, the chicken breast was like paper thin because of the dehydration. Only the thin layer in the middle remains hydrated. The breading was even worse. It was like rock hard. I tried so hard to "tolerate" the dryness and eat it, but I failed after I ate half of it, and had some gum pain. OMG. I used to be a Wendy's fan.
