Amazing orthodontist! Dr. Chiang is extremely skilled and knowledgeable. He is exceptional. I had all kinds of misalignment and I was able to get my braces off after 3 years, which is quick considering that I almost never wore the bands and would sometimes forget to crank the expander. After 5 years, my teeth have barely shifted, which I think speaks to the exceptional quality of the orthodontic care provided by Dr. Chiang. For example, my bottom teeth seem to have slight gaps between teeth in the back, but aren't misaligned, and my top teeth are still good although there is a slight overbite now. However, these changes are honestly really minor considering that it has been 5 years since I got my braces off and that I never wore my retainer. When I was in my teens, I would often run into my classmates at Dr. Chiang's office, which shows that Dr. Chiang has a strong reputation for his high quality orthodontic treatments. I needed a new retainer recently and he remembered me even though I got my braces off in 2020! Thank you Dr. Chiang!

Highly recommend Dr. Chiang from my invis-align experience! He exceptionally professional, caring and meticulous in his work. Pain-free experiences are a huge plus! One area for improvement: check-in wait times often exceed 20 minutes, especially Fridays.

Dr Chiang is very nice and professional. Most of staff is professional as well. However, there is one lady, whenever it was her turn to adjust my wire, she left extra wire poking to my mouth, so I have to come back the day after and request some other staff to correct that. She alway said that it is hard to see what's happening in my month and asked me to feel it myself. That particular lady also seemed incompetent and always confused by those machines. I believe the other staffs are fully aware this lady's incompetency, because whenever I have them adjust my wire, they would ask me who did that last time. And they would shake their head, and signed. I am hoping Dr Chiang can ensure consistent customer experience by more employee training and making sure right staff at right place.

I first approached the doctor because of my general dentist's referral. I consulted if an ortho service can be provided and the price. The doctor said okay in the first place with a reasonable price - which made my primary orthodontist to order for invisalign braces. After two weeks of waiting, on the day before my appointment, I called to get the final confirmation from the front desk and got rejected to the appointment because the doctor "doesn't feel comfortable enough to perform the service". ??? You have all the time (more than 2 weeks) to let me know in advance but instead you just cancel the appointment in the last minute? They have no respect to others' time. If you can't do it, don't say yes in the first place. Completely waste of my time and money to ask my ortho to send my traces when I could just have flew back to NY to do the procedure.
