Love this family owned restaurant! Try their tom yum soup..It's delicious & my family's favorite...Dining in, I love their presentation with the satay chicken/beef..My favorite is their BBQ chicken & pork..Order the dinner/lunch special..really worth it for the price...It comes with a choice of wonton soup or salad, white rice or fried rice, & comes with fried wonton/eggroll appetizer....I've probably ate everything on their menu & pretty good..no complaints 😊 & they also filmed Son of Anarchy here...

Update....still love it, add d a photo of their pink milk drink.....Ilove this place! The food is amazing! (I personally love the curry fried rice and BBQ pork best) When my husband and I started dating I introduced him to Dome Pochana and he immediately became addicted. We even used them to cater our wedding and it was done perfectly, they went above and beyond our expectations! You should not leave Sylmar without trying this place (it should get more than 5 stars).

This is my go to place for Thai in the valley if it's not Vims. I love this place so much. The quality of the food is wonderful, the portions are really good, the service is kind and friendly, and honestly I come here more often than I should Iol. I can't recommend it enough. There's no website and no ordering online / delivery etc and they close for lunch and stop orders close to their lunch hour. The parking lot is awful but that isn't their fault. Everything is worth it here and their extra large strawberry iced milk is BEYOND AMAZING. if you do anything, you've got to get that. They really care here and the staff is so kind and sweet. You can tell it's like family owned or something and they really make a huge effort. If you're craving good Thai and want to support a small local business, please do so and come here. I've gone early and afternoon and it's usually dead. Dinner time especially close to closing can be pretty hectic. I'm not sure if they do reservations or anything but they are always quick to pick up the phone. Please come and support! You won't regret it!

Desperate to find a good enough thai place in the San Fernando Valley I did my research and this little place came up... I was super excited to try it. Fast foward to today I have had their Pad Thai a couple of time and they never ever disappoint. All the employees are nice, respectful and accommodating. You can always count with fast service and fair prices here at Dome Pachana.

Menu online needs to be updated the prices have gone up. the majority of them are off a few dollars on the 1s ive ordered, beef fried rice is $14.27 for the plate other than that food is great

I was surprised to find this quiet, tranquil and clean restaurant in Sylmar. Its great if you are a local not wanting to drive too far for Thai. The portions are okay but I've gotten more elsewhere. Also 1 of the 3 waitresses is always moody/rude ( don't know name but young and chunky). This place has potential but also has place for improvement.

This is a small Thai restaurant hidden behind Yum yum doughnuts. It was very busy the day we went. I had the pan-fried noodles with chicken. My husband had the dinner special with salad, BBQ chicken, rice, egg roll and fried wonton. The egg roll and fried wonton was over fried. The chicken was dry with too much bones. The pan-fried noodles was tasty but a bit oily.

I used to love this restaurant. But, my last experience was horrible. The waiter apologized about three times. Even he knew the food and experience was not good.

Even though there was a sign up front that says "no mask no service" no one wore a mask (the employees and clients). This place looked a bit cramped up and the cleaning appearance is soso. The decor looked old. It looked like it was falling apart. Their bathrooms are located near and inside of the kitchen area which looked dirty from the entrance, some tables were placed next to the restuarant trash. The condiments on the table were sticky. The aquarium on the entrance was the only nice touch. Overall, it felt humid inside. Not to mention of the somewhat poor service my father and I had when we were there. Being treated by 3 waitresses who switched places and gave us our order in an hour, forgot to refill drinks (even though we directly asked), asked if we got someone else's order, and gave us an incorrect price check. We both assumed that these waitresses were on their first day on the job or managment wasn't so great or we probably didnt come at the right day. I take it it was bad management since I notice the guy who I'm guessing runs this place micro managed everybody and obviously they looked stressed. The food was mmmeh. Although the grilled chicken was ok. The chicken pad thai was drowning in sweet sauce, I didn't really tasted the flavor I'd expected from pad thai. It was too sweet. I was unsatisfied. Having seen that this place is about 4 stars makes me wonder who rates them. I didnt have a good experience and neither did my father. I dont think ill come back. Not a big difference to the restuarant but a difference to me.

Food was great except when we where finished rat pellet fell from the ceiling and landed in my water.

This use to be my go to spot being local and all but this place has severely drop in quality, taste, and service. There a lot more better thai food if you travel a bit out. Dissapointed how this place has lowered their standards. The food is now really plain for thai food. They don’t use spicy or herbs anymore in their food. There is Thai markets selling fresh ingredients near sun valley area. Absolutely no reason they aren’t using these ingredient when they’re widely available. Every dish I’ve bought in the past year or so is usually not fresh and provides a mediocre amount of protein. It’s mostly the valleys peoples fault, you guys need a taste bud check. They taste fish sauce and soy sauces in their dishes and thinks it’s Thai food.

The yellow curry Thai was so watery that it did not have any flavor. I took two bites and mentioned it to the staff. All they had to say was we can’t offer anything else unless you pay for both, and that’s how we serve our curry, if you want more flavor you have to ask for it spicier. Like that would really change the watery mess. Did NOT offer to please the customer in any way. Horrible service! I hate to see that my local spots are like this. Don’t come here!

This restaurant was shutdown for about two weeks in the middle of year 2023 for unknown reason, after that shutdown and re-opening, its dishes became extremely salty, it is hurting customers' kidney and causing high blood pressure. It will hurt customers' health, be careful.

Nope. Dont waste your time or money here. Negative 3 stars. Horrible experience. The so called waiter ( he had a dirty wrinkled shirt, baggy jeans and shoes with holes )paid us no mind for about 10 mins. We ordered an appetizer which arrived AFTER the main course was served and it was COLD. We ordered sweet n sour chicken and were served something that had shredded chicken with carrots and POTATOES. ???? The rice was hard and cold. Horrible. 👎👎👎👎

I really wanted to like this place because I absolutely love Thai food, but despite my open mind.....I found a hair cooked in with my fried rice after I was half way through. Gross!! Not only that the rice is a weird color and the chicken leaves a lot to be desired. I would never eat here again.

Carpet was dirty, bathroom were nasty as hell and back kitchen area was dirty like nasty dust grease bombs. The food was still good.... The men's restroom had a wet cardboard sign in the urinal that read out of order with piss in it... Nasty, Nasty, Nasty!!!!! Grease dust were all at the bottom of the walls and carpet.... They over charge me and I ordered off the lunch menu and they wouldn't give me an itemized Bill until I demanded it.. The just gave me a total at first of $76.28... When I had the lady add it up for me it only came to $62.56, so that mean they were over charging me by $14.00... Now I went online and check the menu prices and they changed my $14.27 for sticky rice mango dessert... Lol that is more then the cheese cake at the Cheese Cake Factory... (see picture)... If I add up the total from the menu prices online they over charge me another $20... This place just not the same and if the restaurant is dirty as hell, what do u think the kitchen food if cooked.. WONT RETURN..
